At first I couldn't find the way, and the boss came out to pick me up. The boss is very good and very careful to introduce the facilities of my homestay and take me up. I live on the third floor. When I open the door, I feel that I want the comfortable personal space. There are also some aromatherapy books in the room. Very intimate ～ I also introduced me to a lot of Hengchun Kenting to see the place. Next time I come to Hengchun Talk will also stay here ～

Encountered a few minor problems, but the lady boss’s service was too good, and they were all resolved. From a hearty breakfast to a variety of warm tips and introductions. When I finally left, there was a problem with the car reservation, and the lady boss arranged a special car. This service is worth 6 stars

The hotel has a great location and the front desk staff were very friendly. However, the bathroom in the room had several problems: there was only one sheet of toilet paper left upon check-in, the shower leaked, leaving the bathroom floor wet and smelling foul (probably due to poor ventilation). Also, the stainless steel drain directly under the shower head made a dripping sound, requiring a towel to be placed inside to cover it. The room was also poorly lit. A beautifully presented hotel but the area felt a little dirty. Straight across from the train station with transport galore right outside (tram, metro, bikes, scotters and more!) Chinatown next door and the zoo as well however this area feels unloved and dirty. Walking down towards Meir and onwards to Grote Markt you see the real Antwerp with beautiful ornate buildings, markets and shops. Nighttime is when the whole place feels magical. The hotel room was clean and comfortable in size. Bathroom was lovely and the beds were fairly comfortable but the room was hot. The tv casting didn’t work and we could get any of the uk channels which was disappointing. The gym is ok - not massively well equipped and the pool is so cold. Sauna and steam good although not that hot in either. Recommend as a one night pit stop but wouldn’t want to be there for longer than a couple of days.FromUS$99

Very close to Antwerp Central Station. If you take the south exit and walk south for about a minute, you'll see the hotel across the street. The front desk staff were very friendly. The room had a fridge and a kettle, but the bed was made of two single beds pushed together, and the seam in the middle was uneven. It's about a 10-20 minute walk to the city center, and there's a Metro (which is actually a tram) under the train station that goes to the city center.FromUS$109

Nice room ,the space is quite big and look comfortable.
The hygiene is good! Very clean!
The breakfast place is acceptable bit the variety of food is not more. The picked food areas are not very big enough to many people to line up to pick good!
I recommend all come to have breakfast as early as you can.
Overall I sleep well in the night! Thank you!
The housekeeper is helpful. The reception desk is helpful too.

This hotel was absolutely perfect in every way! It's close to the station, and the views from the hotel were lovely, all while being a very reasonably priced stay. Luggage storage was seamless, and I really appreciated the complimentary 24-hour coffee and tea service. There's even a terrace, so I could enjoy tea while soaking in the pleasant evening breeze. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room lacked cleanliness and needs improvement. There was dust in the corners of the room and on the bed railings. Empty plastic bottles and tissues were scattered on the floor. Additionally, some guests were inconsiderate. Breakfast isn't amazing, but the location is excellent, right across from the train station. If you prioritize convenience, I'd recommend booking an inner-facing room, which should be quieter. Hilton felt like a really good 4 star hotel, the staff is really nice and welcoming, they are also very helpful and respectful.
Rooms are dated and tired but still up to standard with all the needed amenities.
We were upgraded to an executive room on the top floor and it was a great experience with the rooftop lounge views and services exclusive to the executive rooms.
Breakfast was awesome with good salty choices and okay savory choice, but everything was of good quality.

This hotel is very old and run-down. There's a strong smell coming from the bathroom. The first room we were given, when we opened the door, there were suitcases and men's shoes inside, but no one was there. We were very shocked and asked to change to a second room. When we opened the second room, the bathroom smell hit us with a very strong odor. The third room we got was very cramped. If possible, you should choose a different hotel.FromUS$67
