The TV Netflix interface is very basic, and you can't even watch Netflix in the original room. The drain hole in the shower is seriously blocked and almost flooded. After reporting to the counter, the hotel staff said that they would use their time out to deal with the room. After coming back, they told us that they had dealt with it, but there was no result. As a result, I had to call the counter to complain in the middle of the night. After a long time, they opened another room for us to watch Netflix. The service attitude of the hotel staff was very good. It was entirely a problem with the hotel's own hardware equipment. Although the attitude was very good and apologized the next day, the compensation plan given was to delay check-out by 2 hours + give a free upgrade coupon for the next stay. To be honest, why should I spend 8,000 or 10,000 to suffer? But it is worth praising that the breakfast is delicious. Breakfast is the only place that makes me feel worthwhile on the whole trip.
