A 2020 built one storey modern spacious home (approx 260 sqm house and studio) situated on a hill boasting amazing lake and mountain views, whilst still being a short walk to the lake and Wanaka township. Sun drenched, warm family home with separate living and bedroom wings with a connected partially covered central deck perfect for outside dining. House is much better than pictures and pictures were great " The house has been rented out to guests through other platforms since 2020 and has achieved 4.96 out of 5 average rating.
A home that can accommodate different and larger groups of people. In addition to the three bedrooms that can sleep 6 people, we can provide for up to 2 more people with a fold out sofa queen size double bed in the media/TV room. Attached to the house is a separate self-contained studio (Self Contained Studio) which can be rented out along with the house to cater for larger groups or families travelling together. (studio is not accessible directly through house and has own separate entrance). There is a double bed in the master and bedroom 3 in the main house and 2 king singles in bedroom 2. (the double in bedroom 3 can be set up as 2 singles on special request in advance). There are 3 full bathrooms across the house and studio and there are 2 half bathrooms (separate toilet and sink). The main house has been set up with a ducted system throughout providing heating and cooling as required with a heat pump in the studio. The property also comes with a spacious double garage with internal access allowing use of a separate washer and dryer as well as space to dry ski gear. Unlimited fibre WIFI is also provided. Smart TV’s are set up in the media/TV room in the house and the studio so guests can enjoy a full range of entertainment including Netflix.(you will need to log in to your own account). There are a mixture of games/toys for different ages in the house and a child’s kayak in the garage that guests are welcome to use. Unlimited fibre WIFI is also provided across the house.

The house and studio takes 5 hours to clean and cleaner charges are $40 per hour plus GST. The linen and clean cost quoted is applicable for stays for up to 7 days. For longer stays, guests will have to pay additional costs to price quoted as linen change and cleaning need to be undertaken on at least a weekly cycle.

Very good a hotel apartment, very warm design, perfect facilities, neat and clean, just like your own home. Enjoying the sun on the balcony and drinking a glass of beer is life. The weather in Wanaka is too good. The hotel service is very nice and responds to requests. Also the washing machine comes with disposable detergent, too courteous. The bed was also very comfortable, the shower water was large enough to shower and shampoo very comfortable. Hope to have the chance to stay again next time.
2 rooms and 3 beds. Everything is good, especially this room has a garden where you can bathe in the sun and have breakfast in the morning. The host was also very polite and wrote a welcome letter, and also left fruits and wine for us, which made us feel very warm. It feels like home

The best accommodation in New Zealand! I have not seen the front desk, self-check-in, will provide keys and paper simple maps in the letterbox of the Reception, and I found the room after looking for it. It is a complete one-bedroom and one-living apartment, spacious living room, bedroom connected to a small garden, and even a cloakroom. It is very American and quiet, convenient parking, heating, kitchen and other facilities. And it is worth mentioning that the only hotel in the South Island that has stayed for two nights has a cleaning service in the middle!

An absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel's surroundings are incredibly beautiful. Inside, the decor is very unique and charming, with a lovely little garden and a pool. The front desk even gave us welcome cookies when we checked in, which was a really nice touch.
The hotel is on the hillside, close to the lake and more than ten minutes downhill. We stayed for one night and did not use the hotel's public facilities. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Of course, the price was not low.
Wanaka itself isn't a big place, and Haka is considered one of the higher-quality hostels, plus it's very close to the town center. Even during holidays, the cleanliness is consistently good. Unlike the Haka in Queenstown, perhaps because there's more space here, the accommodations are individual buildings, whereas in Queenstown, the entire second floor is dorm rooms. However, there's a gravel path leading up to this Haka, which will definitely test your suitcase wheels! Overall, it's pretty good. You can walk right out to stargaze at night and then quickly hop back into bed.
This hotel isn't in the heart of Lake Wanaka, but it's incredibly comfortable and cozy. It was my favorite hotel during this trip. There's a slight uphill walk from the lake to the hotel, but the residential houses along the way are really charming. There's a small play area that the kids absolutely loved. You can cook your own meals, and the bathroom even has underfloor heating. The owner is Chinese, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend it!
The room is clean and cutlery and utensils are spotless. Near the town centre, easy to get food. There is a stream behind the room. Lovely. Room is spacious. There is free Netflix in the room. Will definitely recommend.
We had an excellent stay. The room and whole property are immaculate. Extremely clean and comfortable bed. Kitchen with dishwasher and mini fridge was great to have. Very welcoming and warm service.
Location is a bit of a drive from the lake but there is plenty of parking around the busy area so it was easy.
The loch is a bit old, but the experience is good. Go to the lake for 8 minutes, then walk to the lonely tree for about 20 minutes, and walk after dinner is just right. It is also close to the supermarket restaurant. There are two sitting rooms where you can sit down and read. There is a small balcony in the room, you can see the snowy mountains across the lake.
Ctrip did not give my email to the store, so I did not receive the check-in guide. I consulted other guests before I knew that the key needed to be picked up at another store at the entrance of the town. At that time, the road at the entrance of the peak was basically impassable. Finally, I walked back and forth for half an hour to get the key.
