The location of the hotel is slightly off, and the location marked on Apple Maps is wrong. It is recommended that you use Google Maps to find it. The room is large with a terrace; the a la carte breakfast has a lot of choices and good taste. The beautiful boss is very beautiful, she is good at English and Chinese, and the service is very enthusiastic and very good! The swimming pool is also very beautiful, but it is a pity that I hit the corner of the bed when I got to my leg and injured it.

I was extremely satisfied with our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Cambodia. First and foremost, the service was exceptionally attentive. Despite being a bit of a distance from Pub Street, they offered free tuk-tuk service, which only required a reservation. Furthermore, whether we were checking in, checking out, or simply returning to the hotel for a short break, staff members would always greet us at the entrance with jasmine-scented cold towels and iced water. The dining experience was also unforgettable. The chef was particularly kind and engaging, always interacting with us after serving the food to ask if it was to our liking. On mornings when we had to rush for our itinerary, the hotel staff would proactively pack the food we needed, including two delicious iced coffees, which was incredibly thoughtful. Lastly, the in-room experience was fantastic. Even though air conditioning isn't common in many places in Siem Reap, the hotel consistently ensured our room was perfectly cool, making for a truly pleasant stay. I only wish I had brought more cash to give the staff more tips to thank them for their hard work and dedication.

On weekdays, perhaps because there were fewer guests, they only opened a small dining hall. There weren't enough seats, and people had to wait. My group felt obliged to give up our seats to them before we had even finished our meal. On the weekend, they opened the larger hall, and we had plenty of space to enjoy our meal. What I liked most was the swimming pool. It was kept very clean, and I appreciated its length, about 25 meters, with a depth ranging from 2.2 meters to 0.6 meters.

Positives: • The staff were consistently warm, polite, and welcoming, always greeting us with genuine smiles. • The massage itself was excellent — relaxing and skillfully done. • Resort facilities such as the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and restaurants were top-notch, adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. Areas for Improvement: • Communication between the reception and the spa, as well as between staff during shift changes, was poor. Despite confirmed bookings, our itinerary was disrupted multiple times. • The spa seemed understaffed, often reducing or rescheduling the committed time even after prior confirmation. • Transportation arrangements were unreliable. After booking a ride to the airport, the agreed price was unexpectedly changed at the last minute, which was disappointing. Overall Impression: Memoire Palace Resort has wonderful staff and excellent facilities, but operational inefficiencies in communication and booking management significantly impacted our experience. With improvements in coordination and reliability, this resort could truly match the high standards its staff and amenities suggest.

PROS: Good service (Reception only, not the restaurant). + Quite location away from busy pub street but still quite close. + Great service from service manager Mr Ny and Mr Thom (I think that's his name) + Mr Ny was very professional and quick to apologise and offer solutions to whatever issues guests encountered. + Mr Thom smiled a lot and was very proactive in helping to carry luggage. + *Most* of the staff at reception greet you warmly when you leave or enter the hotel. CONS: - Limited food options nearby but that of course, is the tradeoff for being in a quieter location. - Supposed to be a non-smoking room but room 208 had a lingering smoke smell. (Quickly changed to room 406 thanks to helpful Mr Ny). - TV in both rooms were very unresponsive to the remote. You have to click several times and at a very particular angle just to change channels. - Body soap and shampoo in large dispenser had a bad smell. It was obviously not changed for a long time. - No hot water in room 406. It was however, quickly fixed by kind and helpful Mr Ny. - American breakfast comes with 2 eggs. I asked if it has to be 2 eggs of the same type or can we choose 1 each of different types (e.g. scrambled and poached which I ordered). Waitress said both are fine. Order came and only had 1 scrambled egg. Raised the issue to another waitress and no apology, just said 'Oh, you want *another* poached egg' when I didn't even get 1 in the first place. Eventually, the missing poached egg did come but the experience was unpleasant. May visit again if they fix the above issues.

Service is minimal as there are no food outlets in the hotel, but just step outside and you’ll discover curious restaurants serving local cuisine. The room is clean although spartan in furnishing. It’s a great value for money hotel.

I'm Japanese. I stayed for 2 nights from July 15, 2026. I previously reviewed this as a good hostel, but I need to correct that. It's an amazing hostel! It was so good that I extended my stay. There are very few downsides, but if I had to name them, the key cards break easily. I stayed a total of 3 days and they broke twice. They were replaced immediately at the front desk, but some people might find it stressful. Also, there's no water dispenser, so you have to ask the bartender on the 4th floor for water. It's free, but a bit of a hassle. Another thing is that the bicycle parking is unclear. When I tried to park outside, someone told me 'not here,' but then at night, the location changed again, and I was directed to a locked garage next door. There's a guard-like person there 24/7, so it's best to ask them. The cleaning staff is quite...

Recently stayed at the Anjali hotel. Chose the hotel due to the nice pictures advertised. Overall, our stay was very average considering it isn't that cheap of a hotel. The hotel is quite dark, and our pool access room was smaller than anticipated. They don't provide slippers or toothbrush unless you request it. The mosquitos were also a problem (we left covered in bites). The swimming pool is also very cold, even in the Cambodian heat. Otherwise, the staff are friendly and attentive. They offer a free shuttle to the night market in the evenings (I guess because location isn't perfect). They also packed a breakfast-to-go for us before we went on our sunrise tours.

It's located right in the tourist center of Siem Reap, which was incredibly convenient for evening strolls – bars, restaurants, markets, shops, and tuk-tuks are all nearby. The hotel itself is clean, green, and has a lovely, cool swimming pool. Everything in the rooms worked perfectly. Honestly, there's nothing to fault! A special thank you to the staff; they were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic. The entire hotel even celebrated my son's birthday, decorating the room, providing a cake, and singing a song. AMAZING JOB! Overall impression: 200 out of 100!
