The location of the hotel is slightly off, and the location marked on Apple Maps is wrong. It is recommended that you use Google Maps to find it. The room is large with a terrace; the a la carte breakfast has a lot of choices and good taste. The beautiful boss is very beautiful, she is good at English and Chinese, and the service is very enthusiastic and very good! The swimming pool is also very beautiful, but it is a pity that I hit the corner of the bed when I got to my leg and injured it.

The room is very good, you can order a set meal for breakfast, the communication in Chinese is slightly obstructed, you can arrange tours and other travel projects on behalf of the car, it is very convenient, the price may be more expensive

This is what I call incredible value for money! 1. Great location, not far from the pub street but still very quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. 2. Although the decor is a bit dated, it's incredibly clean. 3. The lady at the reception was a small talk goddess! So good at chatting, and her English was excellent. 4. Every day upon returning, they'd offer ice-cold towels and water. Welcome fruits were replenished promptly, and they even helped call tuktuks. Everything made me feel wonderful. 5. Breakfast was also great!

Had a great stay. Service was great and location is quite convenient — Walking distance to shops and Pub Street. Cafes can be found nearby too. And only a block away to Koí The, my go-to mill tea store from back home (was surprised to find it in Siem reap.) I was also able to enjoy the the pool and gym ( simple equipments only ) Only issue I had was with the roim AC, it was cold enough for my liking despite having switched the temp to the lowest temp possible. I just didn't bother reaching out to the staff as I couldn't be bothered to lug my things again just in case they'd offer another ( if they even would.) So make sure to check before you unpack all your things. Overall, everything went well, no other complaints.

The rooms are very comfortable and spacious but may need some refreshment. However the overall experience was really delightful and complimentary you can receive an amazing sunrise view. We enjoyed the greenery & flowers throughout the property, and they are very eco conscious - to an extent where their straw is made of lemongrass! The staff is extremely courteous. The rooms are spacious and we took a room overlooking the pool. The bathroom was also spacious, with bathtub (not that we used it), 2 washbasins and a separate area to take shower. Other amenities included fruit basket and espresso machines and capsules.

PROS: Good service (Reception only, not the restaurant). + Quite location away from busy pub street but still quite close. + Great service from service manager Mr Ny and Mr Thom (I think that's his name) + Mr Ny was very professional and quick to apologise and offer solutions to whatever issues guests encountered. + Mr Thom smiled a lot and was very proactive in helping to carry luggage. + *Most* of the staff at reception greet you warmly when you leave or enter the hotel. CONS: - Limited food options nearby but that of course, is the tradeoff for being in a quieter location. - Supposed to be a non-smoking room but room 208 had a lingering smoke smell. (Quickly changed to room 406 thanks to helpful Mr Ny). - TV in both rooms were very unresponsive to the remote. You have to click several times and at a very particular angle just to change channels. - Body soap and shampoo in large dispenser had a bad smell. It was obviously not changed for a long time. - No hot water in room 406. It was however, quickly fixed by kind and helpful Mr Ny. - American breakfast comes with 2 eggs. I asked if it has to be 2 eggs of the same type or can we choose 1 each of different types (e.g. scrambled and poached which I ordered). Waitress said both are fine. Order came and only had 1 scrambled egg. Raised the issue to another waitress and no apology, just said 'Oh, you want *another* poached egg' when I didn't even get 1 in the first place. Eventually, the missing poached egg did come but the experience was unpleasant. May visit again if they fix the above issues.

The location was very convenient for my work purpose. The area was quite dark at night but overall felt very safe. The staff were very nice, helpful, and warm. The hotel facilities were decent, they provided all the basic amenities, but no shower cap. The overall interior is quite traditional but clean. I wish the lighting was much brighter especially the bathroom light, and more sockets.

I was quite satisfied with the hotel; the decor is really beautiful. The shared bathrooms were also clean. I chose a bunk bed room, which was a decent size and had a cabinet, but no hangers. Also, because there was no window, the ventilation wasn't great. The water in the rooftop pool wasn't very clean, but the breakfast, which was also on the rooftop, tasted pretty good.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, with fantastic helpful staff. We stayed here for three nights in a room with our own pool, and it was so spacious and relaxing to end our trip. Breakfast is great as there is a buffet but you can also order eggs / noodles etc off a menu as well. We had a dawn tour to Angkor Wat, and were provided with a breakfast pack to take with us which was much appreciated. We also received a complimentary afternoon tea (which was very tasty) that we chose to have by the pool and a half an hour massage each. Really lovely additional touches. It’s a 12-15 minute walk into the main CBD, but there are also plenty of tuk tuk drivers to take you as well. We enjoyed exploring the restaurants around the hotel and thought it was a really vibrant neighbourhood. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel, particularly the service, has made me in love with Siem Reap. Mr Phea, Ms. Thida and Ms. Annie truly deserve my recommendation for their great hospitality, genuine care, and friendliness. I was first greeted my Mr Phea at the airport for the pick-up by TukTuk. It was a complimentary by the hotel. He was welcoming and so was Ms Thida when I arrived at the hotel. Not only with her warm smiles, I was also welcomed with a cold towel and a refreshing lemomgrass drink. We chatted like as if we had already known each other! As the room was already available on my arrival , I was granted early check-in to my room. Thank you, Ms Thida! I love my room. It was spacious and cosy. I wished the mini bar was complimentary but no biggie as there's a small grocery store just across the road where you can buy instant noodles, snacks, drinks and toiletries etc I spent the rest of my day out on a TukTuk for sightseeing and lunch. Mr Phea was my loyal TukTuk driver throughout my stay in Anjali. He was also like a tour guide and a friend to me. He brought me to an area where the Muslim community lives. There's a mosque and plenty of Halal food/restaurants. I truly appreciate Mr Phea doing this for me. Because of this, I had the opportunity to devour the delicious Cambodian dishes of Beef Lok Lak, Amok Fish, etc, without having to worry if it was pork-free and safe for me to eat. He brought me for a drive along the paddy fields and to watch the sunset. When I returned to the hotel, I was greeted by Ms Annie and Mr Panha. They were friendly too! Breakfast was alright to me. My first morning, I had my breakfast prepared and packed in a tiffin carrier as I left at 4am to go for the Angkor Wat Sunrise Tour. They packed hard boiled eggs, croissants, bananas, and little baguettes with jam. Only one morning I went to the restaurant for my breakfast and I chose Waffles with fresh fruits. There's a buffet of bakeries (bread, pastries, cakes), fresh fruit juices, cereals, and salad. I would totally recommend that the hotel look into an airtight container for the cereals as the ones I ate were all kinda soft and stale. The salad too should be covered because it was 'covered' with fruit flies and flies feasting on it. My two other breakfasts were spent in my room as requested. One of it was exceptionally good. I requested for scrambled eggs with cheese and mushrooms and I got just that. It was creamy and fluffy! I requested for smoked salmon at the side but was given smoked salmon bagel with rocket leaves and The morning on my check-out day was sort of disgusting. The scrambled eggs were dry and two of out the croissants were cold. The watermelon Juice was good though. It could have been perfect if a glass of ice was served alongside with it.

The staff were very polite and had great service! On our first day of arrival they gave us each a welcome drink and a small snack which was really tasty! On our first day of arrival, our check in was at 2pm on but they allowed us to have an early check in! As the weathet was very hot, they would give us cold and refreshing towels to wipe ourselves each time we came back from the sweltering heat outside! They also made an effort to remember our names which was very unique and not every staff in this line would do this! I love the hotel breakfast menu. It isn’t just the typical buffet but also an extensive menu where you can choose what to eat. In terms of location, it’s perfect! Upon coming out, you have one massage parlour next to the hotel, one opposite the hotel and a few upcoming as you walk down! There are also a few good options of eating outlets near the hotel! Furthermore, it’s just a short 5-10mins walk from pub street which is the main attraction and a fun place to grab some dinner and shopping! If anyone is looking for a Good massage place near this hotel, my father and i highly recommend Blue Spa!! It’s the best out of all the 3 that we have tried!

We just completed our stay at Lotus Blanc Resort and had a wonderful time. The service level is exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive towards our children, making us feel very welcome. The only minor issue was the lack of clarity regarding the dining discount for guests. We only discovered at checkout that the discount could only be applied once, rather than throughout the entire stay. It would be helpful if this policy could be explained more clearly upon arrival to avoid any misunderstanding. Despite this, it is a highly recommended resort and we truly enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is in a very convenient location, is very comfortable and decorated with taste. As one would expect from a hotel of this category, the hotel is impeccably managed and the freshness and hygiene are spotless. We stayed here in the off-season and found the value for money to be excellent. The only issue - a minor one - was that the staff, while always courteous and professional, came across as being somewhat distant and impersonal; apart from the initial welcome and efficient assistance in the organisation of transport to execute our visit programme, we felt somewhat overlooked during the rest of our stay. While a few small compliments of the house every now and then, together with a little more personalised attention, would have made our stay even more memorable, we were generally very satisfied with our choice of this hotel and can certainly recommend this otherwise excellent establishment without hesitation.
