The location of the hotel is slightly off, and the location marked on Apple Maps is wrong. It is recommended that you use Google Maps to find it. The room is large with a terrace; the a la carte breakfast has a lot of choices and good taste. The beautiful boss is very beautiful, she is good at English and Chinese, and the service is very enthusiastic and very good! The swimming pool is also very beautiful, but it is a pity that I hit the corner of the bed when I got to my leg and injured it.

I was extremely satisfied with our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Cambodia. First and foremost, the service was exceptionally attentive. Despite being a bit of a distance from Pub Street, they offered free tuk-tuk service, which only required a reservation. Furthermore, whether we were checking in, checking out, or simply returning to the hotel for a short break, staff members would always greet us at the entrance with jasmine-scented cold towels and iced water. The dining experience was also unforgettable. The chef was particularly kind and engaging, always interacting with us after serving the food to ask if it was to our liking. On mornings when we had to rush for our itinerary, the hotel staff would proactively pack the food we needed, including two delicious iced coffees, which was incredibly thoughtful. Lastly, the in-room experience was fantastic. Even though air conditioning isn't common in many places in Siem Reap, the hotel consistently ensured our room was perfectly cool, making for a truly pleasant stay. I only wish I had brought more cash to give the staff more tips to thank them for their hard work and dedication.

I stayed here for a business trip, specifically to use the hotel's seminar facilities. The room I was assigned was incredibly spacious, and the interior, with its warm wooden accents reflecting traditional Cambodian architecture, was absolutely beautiful and provided a very relaxing atmosphere. The location is super convenient, right on National Road 6. There are plenty of local eateries scattered around where you can sample authentic food, and with a convenience store and supermarket just a short walk away, I had no trouble with shopping during my stay. The breakfast selection was also very diverse and satisfying; I looked forward to it every morning. The only minor disappointment was the poor hot water pressure. I hope they can improve their facilities in that regard. However, the staff were friendly, and overall, it was a comfortable stay, even for business purposes.

After booking a ride to the airport, the agreed price was unexpectedly changed at the last minute, which was disappointing. The hotel facilities were decent, they provided all the basic amenities, but no shower cap. The overall interior is quite traditional but clean. I'm Japanese. I stayed for 2 nights from July 15, 2026. I previously reviewed this as a good hostel, but I need to correct that. It's an amazing hostel! It was so good that I extended my stay. There are very few downsides, but if I had to name them, the key cards break easily. I stayed a total of 3 days and they broke twice. They were replaced immediately at the front desk, but some people might find it stressful. Also, there's no water dispenser, so you have to ask the bartender on the 4th floor for water. It's free, but a bit of a hassle. Another thing is that the bicycle parking is unclear. When I tried to park outside, someone told me 'not here,' but then at night, the location changed again, and I was directed to a locked garage next door. There's a guard-like person there 24/7, so it's best to ask them. The cleaning staff is quite...

Anjali was perfect. Quiet, restful, and beautiful. The pool is always shaded by dense foliage so it seemed like we were in the middle of the jungle. The restaurant was amazing, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange all our tours and activities. We were especially lucky to have Mr. Chhlen drive us around all week in the tuktuk and the van: not only was he kind and knowledgeable, making helpful suggestions for attractions and restaurants we wouldn’t have known about otherwise, but also he was very attentive to our kids and helped keep them safe and entertained when we were out temples and souvenir shops. We highly recommend Anjali and would stay again.

I absolutely loved the welcome and reception, it even moved me to tears. Mr. Thong offered tea, fried bananas, and a rolled-up towel to clean my hands. Then he explained everything about my stay and even gave me a traditional Cambodian scarf. Since I was wearing a Cape Verde hat, he recognized the team that had played against Spain in the World Cup, and we chatted about it. He offered the option of booking private tours to Angkor Wat through the hotel. He also asked if I would be skipping breakfast any day. I told him I'd be skipping it both days. He was incredibly kind to arrange two breakfast boxes for the next two days since I was waking up early to go to Angkor Wat and then to return to Phnom Penh. I traveled through 4 countries and stayed in 6 hotels on this trip, and this was the best reception I've had on the entire journey, and even in all my travels! 😁🙌🏽😊 A special thank you to the young man who was working the night shift on the 20th and 21st. He was very kind and helpful. I loved my stay at Central Suite Residence and would definitely come back again. The pool is excellent, and the water was warm. The decor is spectacular.

The service level is exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive towards our children, making us feel very welcome. The only minor issue was the lack of clarity regarding the dining discount for guests. We only discovered at checkout that the discount could only be applied once, rather than throughout the entire stay. It would be helpful if this policy could be explained more clearly upon arrival to avoid any misunderstanding. Despite this, it is a highly recommended resort and we truly enjoyed our stay!

The hotel and room furnishings/facilities are a bit old, but still pretty clean. The air conditioning and fridge work really well; the ice and drinks get super cold, which is great! However, the water is incredibly yellow and has a bit of an odor, and the drain is slow. Next time, I'm definitely bringing my own filter. There are a lot of mosquitoes and bugs outside; every time I sit on a chair by the pool, I get bitten several times. The pool itself looks quite clean, but the shallow end is too shallow – I scraped my knee getting in. Adults should definitely stick to the deeper end. I didn't really experience any service, but then again, there were no major issues. Breakfast was pretty standard, but decent for the price. It's quite cheap for a hotel in China, though not particularly cheap for Siem Reap.
