The location of the hotel is slightly off, and the location marked on Apple Maps is wrong. It is recommended that you use Google Maps to find it. The room is large with a terrace; the a la carte breakfast has a lot of choices and good taste. The beautiful boss is very beautiful, she is good at English and Chinese, and the service is very enthusiastic and very good! The swimming pool is also very beautiful, but it is a pity that I hit the corner of the bed when I got to my leg and injured it.

I was extremely satisfied with our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Cambodia. First and foremost, the service was exceptionally attentive. Despite being a bit of a distance from Pub Street, they offered free tuk-tuk service, which only required a reservation. Furthermore, whether we were checking in, checking out, or simply returning to the hotel for a short break, staff members would always greet us at the entrance with jasmine-scented cold towels and iced water. The dining experience was also unforgettable. The chef was particularly kind and engaging, always interacting with us after serving the food to ask if it was to our liking. On mornings when we had to rush for our itinerary, the hotel staff would proactively pack the food we needed, including two delicious iced coffees, which was incredibly thoughtful. Lastly, the in-room experience was fantastic. Even though air conditioning isn't common in many places in Siem Reap, the hotel consistently ensured our room was perfectly cool, making for a truly pleasant stay. I only wish I had brought more cash to give the staff more tips to thank them for their hard work and dedication.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient for exploring Siem Reap and visiting the temples. The pool area was a nice place to relax after a long day. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we would happily stay here again.

The buffet breakfast was great, with a wide variety of delicious options. We stayed on both weekdays and the weekend. On weekdays, perhaps because there were fewer guests, they only opened a small dining hall. There weren't enough seats, and people had to wait. My group felt obliged to give up our seats to them before we had even finished our meal. On the weekend, they opened the larger hall, and we had plenty of space to enjoy our meal. What I liked most was the swimming pool. It was kept very clean, and I appreciated its length, about 25 meters, with a depth ranging from 2.2 meters to 0.6 meters.

Very beautiful hotel. Was really impressed driving into the driveway. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helped us arrange a tuktuk for the day to see the temples ($25). The gym was air conditioned and huge for a hotel (about the same as a commercial gym). Siem Reap was hot so it was nice to have a nice hotel room to come back to. Only downside is that there is no self service laundry room and the hotel laundry service charges per item of clothing (like $3 for a t shirt and even more for a dress - and no it's not even for dry cleaning!). I thought this was far too expensive. We ended up going to a laundromat 8 mins away which charged $1 for a kg. It's a shame they don't offer a similar option. However I would stay again.

Our stay at Memoire Palace Resort was a mix of delightful hospitality and frustrating miscommunication. Positives: • The staff were consistently warm, polite, and welcoming, always greeting us with genuine smiles. • The massage itself was excellent — relaxing and skillfully done. • Resort facilities such as the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and restaurants were top-notch, adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. Areas for Improvement: • Communication between the reception and the spa, as well as between staff during shift changes, was poor. Despite confirmed bookings, our itinerary was disrupted multiple times. • The spa seemed understaffed, often reducing or rescheduling the committed time even after prior confirmation. • Transportation arrangements were unreliable. After booking a ride to the airport, the agreed price was unexpectedly changed at the last minute, which was disappointing. Overall Impression: Memoire Palace Resort has wonderful staff and excellent facilities, but operational inefficiencies in communication and booking management significantly impacted our experience. With improvements in coordination and reliability, this resort could truly match the high standards its staff and amenities suggest.

I'm Japanese. I stayed for 2 nights from July 15, 2026. I previously reviewed this as a good hostel, but I need to correct that. It's an amazing hostel! It was so good that I extended my stay. There are very few downsides, but if I had to name them, the key cards break easily. I stayed a total of 3 days and they broke twice. They were replaced immediately at the front desk, but some people might find it stressful. Also, there's no water dispenser, so you have to ask the bartender on the 4th floor for water. It's free, but a bit of a hassle. Another thing is that the bicycle parking is unclear. When I tried to park outside, someone told me 'not here,' but then at night, the location changed again, and I was directed to a locked garage next door. There's a guard-like person there 24/7, so it's best to ask them. The cleaning staff is quite...

Recently stayed at the Anjali hotel. Chose the hotel due to the nice pictures advertised. Overall, our stay was very average considering it isn't that cheap of a hotel. The hotel is quite dark, and our pool access room was smaller than anticipated. They don't provide slippers or toothbrush unless you request it. The mosquitos were also a problem (we left covered in bites). The swimming pool is also very cold, even in the Cambodian heat. Otherwise, the staff are friendly and attentive. They offer a free shuttle to the night market in the evenings (I guess because location isn't perfect). They also packed a breakfast-to-go for us before we went on our sunrise tours.

I absolutely loved the welcome and reception, it even moved me to tears. Mr. Thong offered tea, fried bananas, and a rolled-up towel to clean my hands. Then he explained everything about my stay and even gave me a traditional Cambodian scarf. Since I was wearing a Cape Verde hat, he recognized the team that had played against Spain in the World Cup, and we chatted about it. He offered the option of booking private tours to Angkor Wat through the hotel. He also asked if I would be skipping breakfast any day. I told him I'd be skipping it both days. He was incredibly kind to arrange two breakfast boxes for the next two days since I was waking up early to go to Angkor Wat and then to return to Phnom Penh. I traveled through 4 countries and stayed in 6 hotels on this trip, and this was the best reception I've had on the entire journey, and even in all my travels! 😁🙌🏽😊 A special thank you to the young man who was working the night shift on the 20th and 21st. He was very kind and helpful. I loved my stay at Central Suite Residence and would definitely come back again. The pool is excellent, and the water was warm. The decor is spectacular.

I initially thought it would be à la carte, but perhaps because there were more guests, it was changed to a buffet. It wasn't very clean, likely due to the rainy season making it difficult to maintain, so we barely used it.
