The location of the hotel is slightly off, and the location marked on Apple Maps is wrong. It is recommended that you use Google Maps to find it. The room is large with a terrace; the a la carte breakfast has a lot of choices and good taste. The beautiful boss is very beautiful, she is good at English and Chinese, and the service is very enthusiastic and very good! The swimming pool is also very beautiful, but it is a pity that I hit the corner of the bed when I got to my leg and injured it.

I was extremely satisfied with our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Cambodia. First and foremost, the service was exceptionally attentive. Despite being a bit of a distance from Pub Street, they offered free tuk-tuk service, which only required a reservation. Furthermore, whether we were checking in, checking out, or simply returning to the hotel for a short break, staff members would always greet us at the entrance with jasmine-scented cold towels and iced water. The dining experience was also unforgettable. The chef was particularly kind and engaging, always interacting with us after serving the food to ask if it was to our liking. On mornings when we had to rush for our itinerary, the hotel staff would proactively pack the food we needed, including two delicious iced coffees, which was incredibly thoughtful. Lastly, the in-room experience was fantastic. Even though air conditioning isn't common in many places in Siem Reap, the hotel consistently ensured our room was perfectly cool, making for a truly pleasant stay. I only wish I had brought more cash to give the staff more tips to thank them for their hard work and dedication.

I stayed here for a business trip, specifically to use the hotel's seminar facilities. The room I was assigned was incredibly spacious, and the interior, with its warm wooden accents reflecting traditional Cambodian architecture, was absolutely beautiful and provided a very relaxing atmosphere. The location is super convenient, right on National Road 6. There are plenty of local eateries scattered around where you can sample authentic food, and with a convenience store and supermarket just a short walk away, I had no trouble with shopping during my stay. The breakfast selection was also very diverse and satisfying; I looked forward to it every morning. The only minor disappointment was the poor hot water pressure. I hope they can improve their facilities in that regard. However, the staff were friendly, and overall, it was a comfortable stay, even for business purposes.

Very beautiful hotel. Was really impressed driving into the driveway. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helped us arrange a tuktuk for the day to see the temples ($25). The gym was air conditioned and huge for a hotel (about the same as a commercial gym). Siem Reap was hot so it was nice to have a nice hotel room to come back to. Only downside is that there is no self service laundry room and the hotel laundry service charges per item of clothing (like $3 for a t shirt and even more for a dress - and no it's not even for dry cleaning!). I thought this was far too expensive. We ended up going to a laundromat 8 mins away which charged $1 for a kg. It's a shame they don't offer a similar option. However I would stay again.

Our stay at Memoire Palace Resort was a mix of delightful hospitality and frustrating miscommunication. Positives: • The staff were consistently warm, polite, and welcoming, always greeting us with genuine smiles. • The massage itself was excellent — relaxing and skillfully done. • Resort facilities such as the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and restaurants were top-notch, adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. Areas for Improvement: • Communication between the reception and the spa, as well as between staff during shift changes, was poor. Despite confirmed bookings, our itinerary was disrupted multiple times. • The spa seemed understaffed, often reducing or rescheduling the committed time even after prior confirmation. • Transportation arrangements were unreliable. After booking a ride to the airport, the agreed price was unexpectedly changed at the last minute, which was disappointing. Overall Impression: Memoire Palace Resort has wonderful staff and excellent facilities, but operational inefficiencies in communication and booking management significantly impacted our experience. With improvements in coordination and reliability, this resort could truly match the high standards its staff and amenities suggest.

PROS: Good service (Reception only, not the restaurant). + Quite location away from busy pub street but still quite close. + Great service from service manager Mr Ny and Mr Thom (I think that's his name) + Mr Ny was very professional and quick to apologise and offer solutions to whatever issues guests encountered. + Mr Thom smiled a lot and was very proactive in helping to carry luggage. + *Most* of the staff at reception greet you warmly when you leave or enter the hotel. CONS: - Limited food options nearby but that of course, is the tradeoff for being in a quieter location. - Supposed to be a non-smoking room but room 208 had a lingering smoke smell. (Quickly changed to room 406 thanks to helpful Mr Ny). - TV in both rooms were very unresponsive to the remote. You have to click several times and at a very particular angle just to change channels. - Body soap and shampoo in large dispenser had a bad smell. It was obviously not changed for a long time. - No hot water in room 406. It was however, quickly fixed by kind and helpful Mr Ny. - American breakfast comes with 2 eggs. I asked if it has to be 2 eggs of the same type or can we choose 1 each of different types (e.g. scrambled and poached which I ordered). Waitress said both are fine. Order came and only had 1 scrambled egg. Raised the issue to another waitress and no apology, just said 'Oh, you want *another* poached egg' when I didn't even get 1 in the first place. Eventually, the missing poached egg did come but the experience was unpleasant. May visit again if they fix the above issues.

The hotel facilities were decent, they provided all the basic amenities, but no shower cap. The overall interior is quite traditional but clean. I'm Japanese. I stayed for 2 nights from July 15, 2026. I previously reviewed this as a good hostel, but I need to correct that. It's an amazing hostel! It was so good that I extended my stay. There are very few downsides, but if I had to name them, the key cards break easily. I stayed a total of 3 days and they broke twice. They were replaced immediately at the front desk, but some people might find it stressful. Also, there's no water dispenser, so you have to ask the bartender on the 4th floor for water. It's free, but a bit of a hassle. Another thing is that the bicycle parking is unclear. When I tried to park outside, someone told me 'not here,' but then at night, the location changed again, and I was directed to a locked garage next door. There's a guard-like person there 24/7, so it's best to ask them. The cleaning staff is quite...

Anjali was perfect. Quiet, restful, and beautiful. The pool is always shaded by dense foliage so it seemed like we were in the middle of the jungle. The restaurant was amazing, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange all our tours and activities. We were especially lucky to have Mr. Chhlen drive us around all week in the tuktuk and the van: not only was he kind and knowledgeable, making helpful suggestions for attractions and restaurants we wouldn’t have known about otherwise, but also he was very attentive to our kids and helped keep them safe and entertained when we were out temples and souvenir shops. The staff were very polite and had great service! On our first day of arrival they gave us each a welcome drink and a small snack which was really tasty! On our first day of arrival, our check in was at 2pm on but they allowed us to have an early check in! As the weathet was very hot, they would give us cold and refreshing towels to wipe ourselves each time we came back from the sweltering heat outside! They also made an effort to remember our names which was very unique and not every staff in this line would do this! I love the hotel breakfast menu. It isn’t just the typical buffet but also an extensive menu where you can choose what to eat. In terms of location, it’s perfect! Upon coming out, you have one massage parlour next to the hotel, one opposite the hotel and a few upcoming as you walk down! There are also a few good options of eating outlets near the hotel! Furthermore, it’s just a short 5-10mins walk from pub street which is the main attraction and a fun place to grab some dinner and shopping! If anyone is looking for a Good massage place near this hotel, my father and i highly recommend Blue Spa!! It’s the best out of all the 3 that we have tried!

We just completed our stay at Lotus Blanc Resort and had a wonderful time. The service level is exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive towards our children, making us feel very welcome. The only minor issue was the lack of clarity regarding the dining discount for guests. We only discovered at checkout that the discount could only be applied once, rather than throughout the entire stay. It would be helpful if this policy could be explained more clearly upon arrival to avoid any misunderstanding. Despite this, it is a highly recommended resort and we truly enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is in a very convenient location, is very comfortable and decorated with taste. As one would expect from a hotel of this category, the hotel is impeccably managed and the freshness and hygiene are spotless. We stayed here in the off-season and found the value for money to be excellent. The only issue - a minor one - was that the staff, while always courteous and professional, came across as being somewhat distant and impersonal; apart from the initial welcome and efficient assistance in the organisation of transport to execute our visit programme, we felt somewhat overlooked during the rest of our stay. While a few small compliments of the house every now and then, together with a little more personalised attention, would have made our stay even more memorable, we were generally very satisfied with our choice of this hotel and can certainly recommend this otherwise excellent establishment without hesitation.

The hotel and room furnishings/facilities are a bit old, but still pretty clean. The air conditioning and fridge work really well; the ice and drinks get super cold, which is great! However, the water is incredibly yellow and has a bit of an odor, and the drain is slow. Next time, I'm definitely bringing my own filter. There are a lot of mosquitoes and bugs outside; every time I sit on a chair by the pool, I get bitten several times. The pool itself looks quite clean, but the shallow end is too shallow – I scraped my knee getting in. Adults should definitely stick to the deeper end. I didn't really experience any service, but then again, there were no major issues. Breakfast was pretty standard, but decent for the price. It's quite cheap for a hotel in China, though not particularly cheap for Siem Reap.
