The location of the hotel is slightly off, and the location marked on Apple Maps is wrong. It is recommended that you use Google Maps to find it. The room is large with a terrace; the a la carte breakfast has a lot of choices and good taste. The beautiful boss is very beautiful, she is good at English and Chinese, and the service is very enthusiastic and very good! The swimming pool is also very beautiful, but it is a pity that I hit the corner of the bed when I got to my leg and injured it.

I was extremely satisfied with our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Cambodia. First and foremost, the service was exceptionally attentive. Despite being a bit of a distance from Pub Street, they offered free tuk-tuk service, which only required a reservation. Furthermore, whether we were checking in, checking out, or simply returning to the hotel for a short break, staff members would always greet us at the entrance with jasmine-scented cold towels and iced water. The dining experience was also unforgettable. The chef was particularly kind and engaging, always interacting with us after serving the food to ask if it was to our liking. On mornings when we had to rush for our itinerary, the hotel staff would proactively pack the food we needed, including two delicious iced coffees, which was incredibly thoughtful. Lastly, the in-room experience was fantastic. Even though air conditioning isn't common in many places in Siem Reap, the hotel consistently ensured our room was perfectly cool, making for a truly pleasant stay. I only wish I had brought more cash to give the staff more tips to thank them for their hard work and dedication.

PROS: Good service (Reception only, not the restaurant). + Quite location away from busy pub street but still quite close. + Great service from service manager Mr Ny and Mr Thom (I think that's his name) + Mr Ny was very professional and quick to apologise and offer solutions to whatever issues guests encountered. + Mr Thom smiled a lot and was very proactive in helping to carry luggage. + *Most* of the staff at reception greet you warmly when you leave or enter the hotel. CONS: - Limited food options nearby but that of course, is the tradeoff for being in a quieter location. - Supposed to be a non-smoking room but room 208 had a lingering smoke smell. (Quickly changed to room 406 thanks to helpful Mr Ny). - TV in both rooms were very unresponsive to the remote. You have to click several times and at a very particular angle just to change channels. - Body soap and shampoo in large dispenser had a bad smell. It was obviously not changed for a long time. - No hot water in room 406. It was however, quickly fixed by kind and helpful Mr Ny. - American breakfast comes with 2 eggs. I asked if it has to be 2 eggs of the same type or can we choose 1 each of different types (e.g. scrambled and poached which I ordered). Waitress said both are fine. Order came and only had 1 scrambled egg. Raised the issue to another waitress and no apology, just said 'Oh, you want *another* poached egg' when I didn't even get 1 in the first place. Eventually, the missing poached egg did come but the experience was unpleasant. May visit again if they fix the above issues.

This has nothing to do with the staff; they were all great. But this is honestly the most uncomfortable hostel I've stayed in recently. As soon as I walked in, I saw clutter and bags everywhere on the floor, along with dirty clothes and smelly socks, giving off a terrible odor. My roommates weren't around during the day, but they'd come back at 3 or 4 AM, making a lot of noise. In the morning, some would even play videos loudly on their phones without headphones. The worst part is the room had no windows, and I seriously felt like I was running out of oxygen while sleeping at night, which was very unpleasant. Laundry was also a bit too expensive at $3.3 for 1.5kg, and even after washing, my clothes still smelled of sweat. The location, however, is excellent, very central and close to everything, and the staff were very friendly.

Recently stayed at the Anjali hotel. Chose the hotel due to the nice pictures advertised. Overall, our stay was very average considering it isn't that cheap of a hotel. The hotel is quite dark, and our pool access room was smaller than anticipated. They don't provide slippers or toothbrush unless you request it. The mosquitos were also a problem (we left covered in bites). The swimming pool is also very cold, even in the Cambodian heat. Otherwise, the staff are friendly and attentive. They offer a free shuttle to the night market in the evenings (I guess because location isn't perfect). They also packed a breakfast-to-go for us before we went on our sunrise tours.

As a Canadian living in Cambodia for over 14 years, I have stayed at many hotels in Kep, Kampot, Koh Rong Sanloem and at Siem Reap, this hotel is outstanding and the best compared with the others. I attribute it to the staff who really go out of their way to do everything possible to make you enjoy your stay. This will be my go to hotel next time I visit Siem Reap and will be recommending it to other friends as well. A big thank you to all the staff and keep up the great work! The service level is exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive towards our children, making us feel very welcome. The only minor issue was the lack of clarity regarding the dining discount for guests. We only discovered at checkout that the discount could only be applied once, rather than throughout the entire stay. It would be helpful if this policy could be explained more clearly upon arrival to avoid any misunderstanding. Despite this, it is a highly recommended resort and we truly enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is in a very convenient location, is very comfortable and decorated with taste. As one would expect from a hotel of this category, the hotel is impeccably managed and the freshness and hygiene are spotless. We stayed here in the off-season and found the value for money to be excellent. The only issue - a minor one - was that the staff, while always courteous and professional, came across as being somewhat distant and impersonal; apart from the initial welcome and efficient assistance in the organisation of transport to execute our visit programme, we felt somewhat overlooked during the rest of our stay. While a few small compliments of the house every now and then, together with a little more personalised attention, would have made our stay even more memorable, we were generally very satisfied with our choice of this hotel and can certainly recommend this otherwise excellent establishment without hesitation.

The hotel and room furnishings/facilities are a bit old, but still pretty clean. The air conditioning and fridge work really well; the ice and drinks get super cold, which is great! However, the water is incredibly yellow and has a bit of an odor, and the drain is slow. Next time, I'm definitely bringing my own filter. There are a lot of mosquitoes and bugs outside; every time I sit on a chair by the pool, I get bitten several times. The pool itself looks quite clean, but the shallow end is too shallow – I scraped my knee getting in. Adults should definitely stick to the deeper end. I didn't really experience any service, but then again, there were no major issues. Breakfast was pretty standard, but decent for the price. It's quite cheap for a hotel in China, though not particularly cheap for Siem Reap.
