This trip was taken by a family of seven, starting from Ningbo. The journey took about two hours and arrived at the resort at around 14:30. The check-in process was extremely efficient. The originally booked three-bedroom room in Qigu was upgraded to a three-bedroom room in Tingyun free of charge through the coordination of the housekeeper [name]. During this period, the butler introduced in detail the room layout, restaurant location, location of the sky corridor, and gave a comprehensive and detailed explanation of the precautions for using the room. The service quality is commendable. The hotel is located near the top of the mountain, with fresh and pleasant air around it and a superior natural environment, which has significant advantages in terms of vacation and recuperation. The restaurant staff has a warm service attitude and demonstrates good professionalism. However, the variety of breakfast offerings is relatively limited and needs to be further enriched. During the trip, an accident occurred. A child at home accidentally broke a coffee cup, and 60 yuan in compensation was deducted when settling the bill. In addition, the hotel's mineral water provision standard is: for 7 people staying for three days and two nights, only 6 large bottles of mineral water are provided. If additional refills are required, they need to be purchased at their own expense. The trip was generally smooth, but there is still some room for improvement in the details. I was curious how Wuyi Huatian Meidi Hotel, after three years in business, still manages to maintain a perfect score. The answer isn't its artificial landscapes, but rather its truly astonishing service. The butlers are more attentive and caring than kindergarten teachers, and even pulled off some extraordinary feats by the end of our stay. An 'insect expert' (a staff member) would ride around on a balance scooter, taking fantastic travel photos for us. He humbly claimed he wasn't good at portraits, yet the photos were so stunning I almost didn't dare post them on my social media. But hey, since real life can't be Photoshopped, one can only focus on self-improvement and inner peace! We even got to see a rare insect valued at 200,000 RMB! The complimentary activities like go-karting, kayaking, horse riding, and archery were all sadly skipped due to the scorching 40-degree Celsius heat. I heard children had to be practically dragged away from the hotel because there were just so many exciting activities to try. The restaurant's own farm-raised fish was excellent, and the portion sizes were incredibly generous.

Beishan Sanshiliuyuanxi is not far from the city but is quiet and leisurely. It takes 38 minutes to drive from Jinhua Station. The design of the guest rooms is thoughtful. The wooden and stone bedside tables, wooden armchairs and coffee tables are simple and fashionable. The rooms are clean and sanitary, and the bath water is comfortable. There is a wood-burning fireplace in the public area, which will feel better in winter~ Favorite places: The hotel environment is beautiful, the water is gurgling, and it is refreshing to walk in the gym, library and children's playground. The free travel photography effect is good, and the hot spring experience is also satisfactory. The staff, from the gate security to the front desk, from the restaurant service to the library cafe reception, are friendly and thoughtful, enthusiastic but not excessive, and comfortable. Arrange to join the housekeeper group before check-in, and answer all questions. All requirements are met. The little friend is greedy for snacks, and we consulted in the group to buy them, but there was no supply. The enthusiastic Anita took out her holiday supplies to give them to him, which was very heartwarming. Except for lunch on the day we went to the city, we had the rest of the meals in the hotel restaurant. Except for the two beef dishes that I didn't like the most (mainly because of the texture of the meat, the taste and cooking skills were very good), I was very satisfied with the rest. Some small suggestions: 1. The pillows are a little too soft and too low. There are two pillows for each person, but there is no difference in softness and hardness. Two are too thick when stacked, and one is too low. 2. There are no other businesses around the hotel. If you bring your baby to stay, it would be more convenient if the hotel can add some snacks for sale, such as vending machines~... Looking forward to seeing you again!

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the trade city, with malls and unique restaurants all around. It was super easy to get back after an evening of shopping. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was great, and the separate wet/dry bathroom design was a thoughtful touch. The soundproofing was also excellent, so I got an undisturbed night's sleep. The front desk staff, particularly Ella, Eileen, and Alice, were so warm and welcoming. They proactively recommended local hidden gems and gave tips to avoid tourist traps, and even helped with luggage storage. Their attention to detail was top-notch. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options, and everything tasted authentic. The value for money is absolutely amazing – I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

You can tell the facilities are a bit old, and because the hotel has some years on it, the soundproofing is pretty mediocre. You can hear everything happening in the hallway, and the opening and closing of doors in the next room is especially noticeable. The breakfast selection and taste are quite ordinary for a five-star hotel; nothing particularly memorable. The location is great for exploring the small commodities market, within walking distance. There are also plenty of dining options within a couple of blocks. It's more suitable for business travel than for a leisure trip to this city. Oh, and booking through Ctrip doesn't allow you to earn points in the Marriott Bonvoy program, which is a huge drawback compared to other platforms that automatically link to your Marriott membership for points.

The concierge at the door was very helpful. We wanted to take a photo of the night view at the entrance of Jinhua Junlan Hotel. He immediately agreed to let the sightseeing car guy satisfy us and warmly received us at the hotel service desk. He upgraded us to a view room. The room is fully equipped, comfortable, warm and bright. You can see the small bridge and the children's play area on the balcony. The breakfast environment is good and there are many varieties. I have shared it with my friends👍

The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and professional, making every interaction feel warm and seamless. But what made this stay extra special was that I proposed during this visit—and everything about the experience contributed to making it perfect. We absolutely loved our stay here! The room design is gorgeous, we had a loft room that felt very authentic and stylish. The whole place is so tranquil and nestled in nature. Highlights for us were the unique Chinese breakfast and the unbeatable location right next to Shuanglong Cave (which is incredible by the way; and do not get intimidated by the queue, the cave entry process is very organized). The staff went above and beyond, even helping ALL GUESTS get tickets so they skipped the queue! They were incredibly attentive to all guests’ needs over WeChat, which we really respected. We also received free tickets to various attractions including to the cave. The in-bathroom onsen was also a fantastic touch. A couple of small things to be aware of: 1. The bathroom sliding doors in our room weren’t very smooth to open and close. 2. The toilet (and I mean the toilet bowl, not the toilet room/bathroom) is really close to the bed (less than a meter), which might be awkward if you're a shy blader. 3. If you're driving, the GPS can take you on some nightmarishly narrow village roads (barely wide enough for one car!). Just a heads-up, though this isn't the hotel's fault. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return. A solid 9/10 from us!

The first time I stayed at the tent ⛺ Hotel, I felt very fresh. The environment did not have to say. It was very cold in the morning and evening. I still brought more clothes. I brought too little outside this time and I didn't dare to go out at night. Because we are with children, the front desk upgraded the family room, living in the valley room, there is a slide outside the room, the children are very happy. The whole hotel gives me a feeling that it is especially suitable for parents and children, especially young children. This time I bought a package ticket, and the hot springs were soaked, but the door was closed too early.

The hotel service was excellent, but the facilities could be improved. There were no lights at the entrance at night, and ordering takeout was extremely inconvenient; delivery drivers didn't deliver properly and just left it anywhere, although the hotel would help pick it up. The location is within Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street, which is convenient for shopping, but getting to Dream Valley and Dream Bund requires a taxi (I always thought it was a hotel inside a scenic area). Also, the rooms are very small! You need the hotel shuttle to get out of the hotel, otherwise it's a long walk (about 7-8 minutes). The service attitude was good, but I wouldn't choose this hotel again because it's inconvenient! There's no laundry room! Another point: why could my friend find out my room number just by giving him his phone number? That's so unreliable; shouldn't confirmation be done?
