At first I couldn't find the way, and the boss came out to pick me up. The boss is very good and very careful to introduce the facilities of my homestay and take me up. I live on the third floor. When I open the door, I feel that I want the comfortable personal space. There are also some aromatherapy books in the room. Very intimate ～ I also introduced me to a lot of Hengchun Kenting to see the place. Next time I come to Hengchun Talk will also stay here ～

Location is excellent middle of everything and walking distance to all attractions and museums. Hotel staff are extremely polite nice and helpful as well. We were disappointed with bed sheet last day they put it was yellowish color even though it is the color of the sheet it gives you old and not clean feeling after get used to pure white linensi almost in all hotels. Also we have give the car to valet but it seems they have put 140 km on it. It is a rental car so not big issue but it doesn’t feel good as well.

We are very satisfied with this hotel, the location is excellent, close to the old palace, Uffizi, the Lord's Square, the old bridge, tired of shopping at noon to rest and then set off, quite comfortable. It is also very close to Baihua Cathedral and the Academy Art Museum, and it is no difficulty to walk back and forth. The hotel is artistic and practical. The family room we booked is much more spacious than expected, making people feel that the size of the hotel room is too sincere. Shower equipment and space are beyond expectations. The room was cleaned very neatly. The breakfast is also exquisite and delicious. It can be said that this hotel meets all our requirements for the Florence hotel, impeccable and cost-effective, even if I have never been too lazy to write a review, I can't help but praise.

During my stay, the hotel was undergoing a large-scale renovation. Half of the entrance was sealed, the lobby became smaller, and the rooftop restaurant with a view was closed. It looks like this project will take more than a year to complete.

The service is very good, very clean and tidy, the doorman is very enthusiastic, and greets you every time you go in and out~ The room is clean and the bathroom is large, the location is good, and the pasta in the restaurant opposite is delicious. The rooftop terrace is beautiful, but you can only go up from one elevator. The other elevator goes to the suite on the 6th floor~ I didn't meet other people on the terrace, it was quiet and comfortable

Pros: While we checking in there was someone carrying luggage for us to our room, there was a bottle of wine and two small bottle of water as complimentary for the first night. Location is near to S.M. Novella Station and bus station so it's a perfect. Breakfast was a 4 star standard and the taste more or less the same throughout my trips in 3 different hotels so no complain. Cons: the shower pressure was really small and the heater inside the room was not working, after the first night experience we asked the front desk the next morning if they could check for us but ended up the shower pressure was really small, if there is a measurement lowest from 1 to highest 5, the pressure was definitely 1. So we aren't sure if they did send someone to check or not but one thing for sure they never update us after that and the heater switch remains the same as before I complained. It was really cold. One evening around 7pm - 8pm as the hotel is actually located kinda like an alley and bit darker so a guy was suspiciously following us at our back and we have to almost run back to our hotel and while we ran he speed up as well so it's really scary better not to be alone walk back hotel. Overall, location and breakfast are good. Service could be improved imo.

Can’t beat the location. In the heart of the city, very short walk to most attractions and great restaurants around. We needed an emergency dental assistance during Easter holiday and the concierge went above and beyond to help us getting help. Rooftop bar has great views of the old city but unfortunately no food options. Would definitely stay again.

Facilities: Mostly complaints: 1. The standard 14 sqm room was definitely misrepresented. We stayed at a hotel in Milan later where a 15 sqm room felt much, much more spacious. There's no harm in a little comparison. 2. The bedside table was literally just a block of wood – you read that right, not even a small shelf, just a block. There wasn't even enough space for two phones to charge. 3. The electric kettle had a large plastic lining and was broken. Luckily, we always bring our own portable one when traveling. 4. The room had a lingering smell of cleaning products, and when the heating was turned on at night, there was also a distinct smell coming from the air ducts. 5. The sink faucet wouldn't shut off completely and kept leaking. Location: It's about a 100-meter walk from the nearest train station exit, just around the corner across the street. The location is truly convenient, especially for those staying in Florence and planning day trips to other Tuscan cities by train. This is a big plus. Service: The front desk staff immediately pushed for a room upgrade (to a 22 sqm superior room). After politely declining multiple times, we were told we couldn't check in until after 3 PM, but if we upgraded, we could check in immediately. We were also asked to pay the city tax right away (which is fine, but it was strange as all our other hotels in Rome, Venice, and Milan collected it upon checkout). However, the breakfast was absolutely excellent! After enduring several days of hotels in Rome offering no hot food at all, having hot scrambled eggs, bacon, and stir-fried vegetables was pure bliss. Plus, the breakfast menu changed daily, and we enjoyed it thoroughly for all five days of our stay. Overall: The location, breakfast, and value for money allow me to give it 5 stars, which somewhat compensates for the shortcomings in the room type, cleanliness, and facilities.

EXCELLENT place to stay if you’re visiting Florence and want to be in the heart of everything.  first time to Florence and this place stole my heart. it’s the best accommodation across the main 3 cities of Italy i’ve been (venice, florence, rome) and the attentiveness from the staff were amazing. the room is extremely clean and perfect.  no complaints except that the bathroom floor might get slippery after being wet so it’s better to put floor mats. however you can easily use the towels provided.  breakfast was amazing and selection was so good.  there’s nothing else i will say except: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The hotel is in the perfect location, right on the Arno. I scored a room with a view of the river, with the Ponte Vecchio bridge to the right and Ponte Santa Trinità to the left. I could walk to all the museums and the Duomo and the train station. The breakfast buffet is pretty decent and the coffee strong. This was my first visit to Florence, and it was marvelous! I'll be back.

For some reason I got an upgrade to a suite which was sensational a lovely complimentary bottle of red wine together with a packet of biscotti. The rooftop pool and bar were sensational with sensational views as well. Not a cheap hotel by any means but well worth the money

The location is excellent. The room was not very big but comfortable and very clean. The breakfast buffet was good and they serve it on the terrace on the 6th floor where you can enjoy nice views of the city. It doesn't have parking but people in the reception will help you book a spot in a garage 100m away from the hotel. I would definitely book again in this hotel.

The rooms are designed in a light luxury style, and the price is reasonable. The breakfast was delicious, and the environment was pleasant, with a terrace. This hotel is highly recommended.

We booked two double rooms and were given a large suite. The room was beautiful, well-equipped, and the shower was very comfortable. There were also gifts: a T-shirt for each person. The mini-fridge was free, as long as there was water. The best part was the location: the Uffizi Gallery is right next door, and the Ponte Vecchio and the Fiore are both within a ten-minute walk. The only problem was that check-in had to be at 2:00 AM, which made our 2:30 PM visit to the Uffizi Gallery very stressful.

This hotel is really new and has a cool concept, especially some of the taglines, which really made me want to stay here. They have 'Angel Rooms' and 'Devil Rooms,' and the Angel Rooms are perfect for Chinese guests, haha. Remember to bring your own slippers, toothbrush, and toothpaste. All the rooms come with a safe, which is super convenient, and the service is excellent, with staff speaking great English. The location is incredibly convenient for visiting the Duomo, and there's a convenience store right outside the door.
