We enjoyed our stay at the Raffles very much. The hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent. The only thing we were disappointed with was the spa. The receptionist was not very professional. I tried to make appointment for facial, she told me that she would call me back but never did. My sister-in-law had booked for a manicure but when she went to the spa, she was told that they couldn’t do it as they did have enough staff.

As a frequent business traveler, this place came highly recommended by a colleague and truly delivered. It offers excellent value for money, the service is incredibly friendly, and the transportation is very convenient. Being so close to my office is a huge bonus. I'll definitely be staying here again next time.

it was an extremely luxurious hotel for us. the swimming pool, hot pool and gym were out of this world. they even had a steam bath and himalayan salt room. the location was very near all the major attractions and right outside there’s a very yummy spring roll kiosk to satiate our supper cravings. the staff were very accommodating and friendly. i would recommended this hotel for sure

Incredible hotel, beautiful and impeccable rooms, where everything is thought out to the smallest detail, excellent soundproofing, very comfortable bed, tea, coffee, water in the room, very tasty breakfast, incredible and friendly staff. On the territory there is a beautiful swimming pool, sauna and a pool with hot water. You can order a massage (very high quality). This men's hotel is the pearl of Phnom Penh. I highly recommend it.

Stunning hotel, ideally located near restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is beautiful and in great condition, very clean and the staff are super nice. Also there are plenty of vegan options for breakfast. We wish we could have stayed longer on this trop and we definitely plan to stay there on our next trip to Phnom Penh!

In Cambodia, Huahuiguan Shijiantang is my ”China Office” This time I came to Phnom Penh to investigate investment projects. After two days, my friend recommended me to stay at Huahuiguan Shijiantang. As soon as I placed the order, a butler contacted me to understand my needs and the purpose of my visit to Phnom Penh. As soon as I got out of the elevator, a dedicated butler greeted me. When I checked in, he introduced the hotel's services, from breakfast arrangements to free laundry, covering everything from food, clothing, housing and transportation, making me feel like I had a life secretary. When I learned that I was in Phnom Penh for investment inspection, he also helped me make an appointment with the staff of the Business Information Department. 3. I didn't know much about the Cambodian market, and it was my first time to explore the market, but through their resource library, I was directly connected to a local high-quality and reliable professional investment service company. I felt that I had wasted the first two days. I immediately signed a service contract with the investment service company. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.
