The price-performance ratio is very good. The food tastes good. The breakfast buffet was excellent: fruit, scrambled eggs, black beans, meat, chicken, jam, freshly squeezed juice, cappuccino on request, etc. The service was very courteous. Everything was wonderful.

We checked in after arriving in Nairobi. The staff at hotel were really polite especially at the front desk. We were able to exchange money which was great and saved us the hassle of searching for another place.
We wanted to go to the Masai Market and asked the concierge how much it would cost for them to organise a car. It was extremely overpriced at $40 for a return journey. We ended up downloading the uber app and paid around $8 dollars for a return trip! Definitely useful to download Uber!
The room was clean enough and we had a great night's sleep as we were shattered from the journey.FromCAD 117

We booked a five day stay at Sarova Stanley and honestly it was the best decision. From the moment we arrive, we are greeted warmly by the staff and took care right away of our baggages. Upon entry they took care of us with warm towels and refreshments which was absolutely lovely. We arrived early at the hotel at 11am inspite of the check in time of 2pm they immediately processed everything as they gave us consideration because we are travelling with an infant, we are so lucky and did I mention we were given an upgrade! We were always looking forward to breakfast as the food is chef's kis. Location is amazing Pool is always cleaned and not crowded at all. The staffs are very attentive to your needs. Stanley Sarova is indeed a stort to tell and I highly recommend staying especially with family.

I recently stayed at Golden Tulip Westlands Nairobi and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is fairly new, well-maintained, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and the room was comfortable and met all expectations. Breakfast was also very good with a nice variety of options.
However, I was quite disappointed with the swimming pool. It was not properly maintained — the water was dirty, and the surrounding tiles were broken, making it unsafe to use. Unfortunately, this was a major downside to an otherwise good stay.FromCAD 120

As im a tourist from overseas, not sure if my diarrhoea was from the dinner/breakfast here or it was from not being used to the food/food from the previous place. Nonetheless, enjoyed my stay. Our stay in Best Western Meridian Hotel in Nairobi was an amazing experience. In the five days we stayed, the room cleaning service was excellent and the people serving in that were swift to assist us with anything. Furthermore, the breakfast given to us every morning was top of the range. The hotel is nearby to plenty of shops and restaurants. When we stayed in our room, what we loved most about it was that there was no noise heard at all from the outside. Also, the hotel is 15 minutes away from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Overall this hotel was good. The breakfast food spread was amazing and the A-la-cart items you could order at dinner were very fancy and delicious.
The staff was friendly and kind (but they often seemed overwhelmed with work). There was a huge walking path in the back of the lot. The grounds were beautiful. The hotel was clean. The gym was small; it included a rack of dumbbells, two or three treadmills, an elliptical machine, and one yoga mat. The water jug in the gym was empty.
We wouldn’t stay here again because there are really nice hotels nearby for 1/3 of the cost. Maybe the food variety wouldn’t be as good as Eka, or less beautiful grounds, but Eka was not worth the extra cost. We stayed two nights and the entire time couldn’t see where the $125 a night value was coming from.
Sadly, the other Nairobi hotel ratings on Trip are lower, like 3.5. An example hotel is Maison Royale. But if you’re looking for a good hotel just a bit less fancy, go somewhere else.FromCAD 146

Loved the warm friendliness, the comfortable room, great breakfast, and the view of zebra and ostrich at the nearby waterhole.
