Es nuestra segunda vez en este hotel y como Siempre la estadía es de 10. El Personal te hace sentir como en casa y siempre atentos a que no te falte de nada, en especial el del señor José Amoroso quien se preocupó todo el rato que no nos faltara de nada. El desayuno, las instalaciones son fenomenales y ni hablar de la ubicación.

Since the situation in Kenya is not so good, it is impossible to take a walk around the hotel. Exercising outside the hotel is not possible. There is no supermarket around the hotel, so purchasing miscellaneous goods is not possible. The staff at the hotel are very friendly. There is a simple playground for children in the hotel yard.

This is a really nice hotel in the Commercial Business District. The best thing about here is the breakfast which has a really nice spread including an egg station, beef/chicken sausages, and pancakes. I also used the gym frequently where they provided towels and water. Everyone was always so friendly. While it is centrally located, it’s not the safest neighborhood at night - during the day it seemed fine (but you must always take care of your phone). We didn’t mind it because we were always out and when we came back to the hotel, we never left again each night.

The room, though small, was fully equipped. It felt very secure with security checks at the entrance and exit, and access control on each floor. I stayed for two nights, and during my stay, the elevator broke down once, forcing me to climb the stairs to the 6th floor (the actual floor was the 8th). The elevator started working again halfway up. Other than that, everything else was good. Oh, and the room only had bath towels, no hand towels or toiletries. The shampoo and body wash were a 2-in-1, and there was no conditioner.

It was my first time to stay EKA. I arrived 8 hours before check-in time, having made a booking for one night. Unfortunately, my connection flight was on the same day, meaning that I wasn't spending a night in the Hotel. So grateful to have been allowed early check-in at no additional cost. A plus on flexibility of hotel management. Staff were generally warm, professional and willing to help. I will certainly be back!

Loved the warm friendliness, the comfortable room, great breakfast, and the view of zebra and ostrich at the nearby waterhole. Only surprise during our entire stay, start to finish, was the poor quality of the brewed coffee at breakfast. Kenya's coffee is better than that! We'll be back, to try the coffee again!!

I stayed here twice, once on arrival and again the day before my flight home. The first time, I was a bit disappointed because I was on the 5th floor and my window looked out onto a terrace. However, my second stay was on the 9th floor with an amazing view overlooking Nairobi National Park, which really boosted my overall impression! I could even spot giraffes and ostriches with binoculars. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with absolutely no complaints. Security was also excellent. I had expected there to be more shops within the building, but aside from about three restaurants, most of the other spaces were vacant. So, for any shopping, you'll need to venture outside.

The meals were varied, the room very clean, and special mention goes to the many attentive staff members especially to the lady at the travel desk who gave us great advice for our safari in Nairobi National Park and to our Uber driver. One negative point: the pool is not heated.

We loved staying at this hotel which is absolutely steeped in history. Staying here feels like taking a step back in history and the art deco design of the bar was just gorgeous. However, it was the staff that really made our stay memorable. They made us feel special and welcome from the moment we walked into the hotel. It just happened to be my birthday and they went out of their way to make it feel so very special. In particular, Kanja and Christine, were just fantastic and made us feel very welcome.
