Launch your boat only 5 minutes away from the house. Kin beach offers all the family fun and bathrooms is only a seven minute drive. On the other side of the lake is paddle wheel park and boat launch with plenty of trailer parking, and camp Hurlburt fully equipped beach with picnic tables and bathrooms. These are a 12 -18 minute drive and are spectacular. Please let your hosts know if you are interested in renting a pontoon boat, kayaks or paddle boards, as we do have rentals available to our guests for any one of these places.

Between the hours of 9am - 11 am, a dedicated professional will visit to ensure that the hot tub is in pristine condition, guaranteeing a delightful and hygienic experience for our valued guests. We prioritize your well-being and want you to enjoy the hot tub to its fullest potential.

Furthermore, our indoor pool provides a unique swimming experience as it is not treated with chlorine. Instead, we maintain the pool using bromide, a milder alternative that creates a gentle and soothing environment for your enjoyment. Separate maintenance procedures for the pool are carried out between 9-11 am. Rest assured, these maintenance activities are carefully scheduled to avoid any disruption to your swim times, allowing you to fully relish your aquatic adventures without any interruptions.

Drive up to the beautiful house built in 1905! Go through the green garden gate where you will find a path lined with grape vines to a staircase which will take you to the entrance and a private deck that looks over the neighborhood. Suite updated in 2024, with some old house character remaining. Inside you will find a open concept kitchen and living room, with a table beside the window to enjoy the view. There is an induction cooktop, toaster oven and microwave as well as, plates, glasses and utensils. There is a 2 in 1 laundry/dryer open for use. One bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom across from the bedroom with a shower. A 10-15 min walk to main street downtown and a 5 min drive to almost anywhere in town, 25 min drive to silverstar ski resort. Quiet street, with many squirrels and birds, making it feel further from the city life. The suite is completely private but don't hesitate to ask for anything you may need, we are just downstairs- it is fairly soundproof. The suite is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible, there are 18 stairs leading up the the entrance and a 28 inch wide door frame, this house was built so long ago it would be very difficult to change the doorframe.
