Departing from Catania Airport, this airport hotel is just a 4-minute drive away. The room was quite spacious, but the facilities were very outdated. Since we arrived on a late flight and were taking a bus from near the airport to Palermo the next day, it was the perfect choice. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport, and the shuttle bus clearly has the hotel's logo on it. (There was some miscommunication between the hotel and Trip.com regarding the late-night airport pickup, which led to ineffective communication. We eventually figured it out by using common sense and spotting the vehicle's logo at the airport drop-off point for departures, though it caused quite a delay before we successfully got on board.) On a positive note, the hotel also provides free luggage storage, which was a nice touch!FromAED 343

Love the very convenient location right in the middle of Via Etnea, walking distances to most of the major attractions. Front Office is warm and very helpful in providing us with information and map upon checking in. Room was great and very comfortable. We were an hour early for check-in, and the room we booked wasn't available then. Instead, we got a surprise to be able to check-in into a bigger room. Breakfast is fabulous with lots of choices. Highly recommended.
The property is right opposite the Rinascente departmental store. Before careful if you are claiming VAT refund. My tax refund of over 200 euros was disallowed as the tax refund form prepared by them deliberately omitted the last digit of my passport number.FromAED 475

I found myself very good! Most careful and kind staff as well as pleasant! I would say a really great stay!
One point, but it is not critical because I understand that it is a space problem. The breakfast room is lunch is rather small and the restaurant service, but I understand it is due to the small space, it does not offer the opportunity to make a little more important dinner.

The hotel is great, the most central part of Catania, in the middle of the church and Elephant Square, but very quiet and private. The whole hotel has a good smell of aroma, simple but not simple, the bed is very comfortable, sleepless every day. The staff is very good, the English is OK, there are a lot of delicious people around, they will also give you advice. There are homemade toiletries, carefully crafted with Sicilian fruit, great. There is a private spa room on the first floor, you have to book in advance, the technique is very good ~ cost-effective. The service staff are very kind, enthusiastic and help solve various problems! Since the flight arrives in the middle of the night, contact the hotel to book the pick-up beforehand, and the room will be reserved until midnight. The driver who picked up the airport was also very kind. Even in the cold midnight, I felt that the driver warmly welcomed you and assisted in getting on and off the luggage! Hotel location is located in the city center, restaurants, department stores are nearby, walking distance! I was very surprised to find that the Christmas market was right next to the hotel. I spent a comfortable night in the CALCEDONIO REINA suite and it can be said to be very beautiful. The room is large, beautifully decorated and soundproofed. Great bed and endless space. The double hydrojacuzzi in the dedicated area is very beautiful with TV and air conditioning. A significant plus. Two separate bathroom partitions bring unique relaxation, huge bathroom with large shower. Suite includes breakfast.
Staff were friendly (although the desk is not open 24 hours, phone number is provided if need help). Hotel is located in the city center, opposite the beautiful garden. It is a perfect place to stay but there is no elevator that has to take the stairs, which is something to remember.FromAED 178

The room was clean, the mattress was comfortable and the bedding was good.
The service is particularly good, the 24-hour front desk has staff on duty, very friendly, polite, good English, especially responsible for providing guests with travel assistance, such as contacting the tour group to Rtna volcano, providing restaurants, station news.
Drinks at the bar are not expensive.
The hotel has a very classical garden. Breakfast can be eaten in the garden corridor. The breakfast is very rich, there are many types of desserts and the taste is excellent.

Perfect location — everything is within walking distance. The room was clean and, very importantly, completely quiet — no noise from outside or other guests. The air conditioning did make a bit of noise, but this stopped once it was turned off. At night, it wasn’t needed anyway, thanks to the good isolation. The staff were also friendly and welcoming.
One thing to note: late check-in (at night) comes with an additional fee of €20, also be sure to inform the hotel in advance about your check in time.FromAED 574
