Overrated. Too expensive for what it is. Yes it’s nice and it’s an experience because it’s iconic. Very very loud everywhere very crowded. The hotel staff wasn’t really friendly many times not even answering to a good morning, my father is in a wheelchair and there’s an area where you have to call assistance for the lift because there’s no ramp and she questioned me why were we going to that corredor and said the shops were already closed. Housekeeping came in the room before the time whilst my father was in the bathroom and the paper of “do not disturb” was on the door. The bedroom wasn’t really clean for 240€ minimum a night even the floors in the bedroom corridors were full of little trash for hours. no complimentary water tea or coffee. The parking walk until the reception was very stressful with a wheelchair and 3 bags on the email they should say that you can drop off the bags at the entrance. For a five star hotel the bed sheets were crumpled and stained a lot of marks on walls and the chair stained. Bed was very comfortable. The toilet was amazing. The casino staff are very nice. The view is amazing

It's okay. Some rooms are a lot older than others. Service needs some work. We stayed at the JW Marriott in Las Vegas over Thanksgiving in November. I booked a studio suite and I requested an upgrade through Marriott using my suite upgrade allocation. It should have put me in a one bedroom. The day before I arrived, I received an email telling me I could upgrade to a one bedroom for $60 per night. I replied back that I had requested the upgrade using my suite nights allocation. They should be able to confirm it at no cost. I did not receive a reply. When I arrived at the hotel, they tried to tell me that I needed to pay them $60 per night for my existing room. They then determined this was incorrect. When they gave me the room key, they told me that they had used my suite upgrade. I went to the room only to find that it was the studio suite that I had originally booked. I went back to the desk where they figured out that I should be in a one bedroom. They checked me in again and sent me to a different tower. It was a one bedroom. The suite was large but definitely worn and dated. It was clean but the room had no personality. The food at the hotel is just not great. We ate at their coffee shop twice. The iced tea was horrible. It was from a tap. The food was sub par. If you stay at this hotel, use delivery or go out to eat.

The Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas is to me the best hotel in Las Vegas and one of the finer hotels in the country. We choose it partly because it is dedicated to a luxury stay without all the commotion of the casinos. The staff is great and attentive from the moment you arrive. Even before you arrive there’s a welcome message from the staff to assist you with your arrival. The rooms are beautiful and along with the upgrades for Hilton Diamond members, every amenity is well appointed. The food is great, and the pool and spa are perfect without all of the crowds that you see at other hotels on the strip. This is truly a gem and oasis in the heart of Las Vegas and always our go to when in town.

It is my first time staying at this hotel of Las Vegas. The location is littlebit far way from downtown but it is compensated by free parking. Because this is a new hotel, the cleanless and facility is good. Breakfast is not that rich but still good enough. I will keep staying at this hotel for next trip there.

Our family absolutely loved our stay at Hilton Club Elara — it was the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury. From check-in to checkout, every moment felt effortless, thanks to the professional and welcoming staff who made sure we were well taken care of. The location is unbeatable — directly connected to the Miracle Mile Shops and just a short walk to the Strip. It made it so easy for us to explore Las Vegas while still having a peaceful and family-friendly place to return to. Our suite was spacious, modern, and spotless, with an incredible view of the city. The full kitchen and in-room washer and dryer were huge bonuses for a family traveling with kids — they made our stay so much more convenient. The floor-to-ceiling windows and automatic shades gave a real wow factor, especially at night when the city lights came alive. The pool area was fantastic — clean, well-maintained, and never too crowded. Our kids had a great time swimming while we enjoyed relaxing in the loungers with a drink from the bar. We also appreciated the security and quiet atmosphere inside the property. Despite being right in the middle of all the action, it felt safe and calm, perfect for families wanting both fun and rest. Overall, Hilton Club Elara made our Las Vegas trip unforgettable. It’s rare to find a place that’s so family-friendly yet still stylish and exciting. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! I stayed in Vegas for 4 days, and I think the Fontainebleau is the best. It's just a tiny bit off the Strip, but the guy at the front desk upgraded me to a room with a Sphere view for free, which was amazing and really made my trip special. The hotel is very new, and everything is super clean. My son accidentally ordered a pay-per-view movie, and when we went to the front desk to see if they could waive the charge, the lady there ended up doing it for us! Very accommodating!

The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the free on-site parking is a huge convenience. The hotel's location right next to the Sphere is fantastic; you can see it as soon as you step outside, and Sphere shows are within easy walking distance. While you'll need to drive to visit other attractions on the Las Vegas Strip, this spot is perfect for families on a road trip looking for comfort and convenience. It truly offers a peaceful oasis amidst the bustle.

The hotel is located about ten minutes' drive from the center of Las Vegas, which is more convenient. It has all the facilities and equipment that a downtown hotel should have. Hotels in the city center have to wait in line for a long time to check in, and many times they can't get a room until three o'clock in the afternoon and have to wait for text message notifications. The environment here is very beautiful. Our room faces the outdoor swimming pool. Looking at the scenery outside through the bright windows, I feel happy and relaxed in the fatigue of the journey. I ordered a midnight snack at night, and the waiter actually sent a table directly in. It's so thoughtful👍👍😁😁

I was given a room on the 26th floor in the lower zone, and the view was decent, perfect for watching the Sphere. The room itself was clean and tidy, with smart controls operated by a tablet. Downstairs, there's a casino, various restaurants, show venues, and a shopping street. It was too hot and sunny to go out during the day, so spending an entire day inside, eating, drinking, and having fun, was never boring. It's a bit far from the Bellagio on the Strip, but you can catch a bus right outside.
