Fantastic location, directly opposite the Bellagio fountains downstairs. The night view is absolutely stunning.

Beautiful, lovely, and made me very happy.

I’ve never left a negative review before, but this time I really have to speak up: 1. I arrived at 8:30 PM, and the room wasn't ready yet. I specifically booked a twin room with a fountain view, but they told me only city view rooms were available. After some back and forth, I had to compromise on a room with one king bed and one small bed, which was very uncomfortable. 2. I called five times to ask for two extra blankets. When they finally arrived, they were just throw blankets, not duvets with covers. 3. The hotel's cleanliness was visibly poor. When I opened the wardrobe, there were no clean bathrobes, just a used one crumpled up and thrown in a corner. 4. The facilities were terrible. The air conditioning, even on the lowest temperature and highest fan speed, didn't cool the room down. It was so hot that sleeping under the blanket was impossible. The soundproofing was also bad; I frequently heard doors opening and closing at night. The Wi-Fi wouldn't connect, and the cell signal in the room was only one bar.

Great value for money! We walked to Bellagio for Christmas. They upgraded our room and gave us a $150 credit, which we used for the buffet and Egg Slut. Highly recommend!
