The receiving service provided by Jeffery Bailey at this hotel is outstanding. We checked in a little early, and Jeffery welcomed us warmly with a big smile and a lot of attention. He took care of us while we waited and gave us fantastic pro tips for getting back and forth to MetLife Stadium. He made our Rolling Stones show even better!

Front desk staff are the best I’ve experienced in a very long time. The perfect stay.

The distance is a bit far, the other is ok

Checking in was quick and smooth. Rooms clean and comfortable and parking was free and convenient. Hotel can do a better job offering free dispensed fruit flavored water in the lobby to guest. Bus to NYC was right next to the hotel easy access. I did not care for our house keeping lady. She acted like couldn't open her mouth to speak when we said hello to her. The second day she never cleaned our room until we went to complain to the front desk that our room hadn't been cleaned. She finally came around 3:30, when I was in the bathroom. My husband asked her to give us 5min since I was in the bathroom. She fussed at him saying she was not coming back then proceeded to walk in to clean, She then fussed saying we needed to leave the room. Once again my husband explained that I was in the bathroom. When I came we left the room. After returning we noticed the floors were not vacuumed and hair was still in the shower. For the money we spent service should've been top notch! This was the worst Marriott experience.

My family and I purchased tickets for a concert at American Dream Mall and decided to make a little trip out of it. I wasn’t expecting to take 4 hours to book a motel in the area. Reviews for SO MANY mentioned “dirty” in so many forms of complaints. We didn’t need anything fancy, My goal was to just book a clean hotel. Needless to say, I was very pleased when we checked in here. The rooms are basic but you have a small fridge and microwave, The rooms and bathroom are a nice size. beds are super comfortable and pillows are great. Most of all, it’s CLEAN.

This is definitely the most cost-effective hotel for a family trip to NY. There is a 320 bus at the doorstep that goes directly to Manhattan's Eighth Avenue in 20 minutes, and the ticket is $4.25 per person. The hotel also has a fixed free parking lot, which saves at least $50 a day. The room has two 1.8m king-size beds, which is no problem for bringing children and parents. There is also free breakfast, which is considered a good breakfast in North America. Non-chain hotels with this level are worth recommending!

Hotel was amazing, the front desk workers and managers were very nice! They gave us wonderful advice and directions around the city! Hotel is located in a very convenient spot every is walking distance.

The management and the staff do all they can to make sure you have a great stay. The back of the hotel has construction so you will be woke up at 7 AM if you stay in the back of the hotel. The noise was loud.

The location is a bit weird and secluded, despite it being right off the highway. Okay stay. They are definitely cutting corners though- not a single bar of soap, plastic cups or in room coffee available. There is a store on site but of course they are charging for those things (coffee is free). To me this is a glorified extended stay America that charges more and actually manages to give you less. Gym is nice but small and shared with public laundry, gets really hot. I was also woken at 7:30am by a phone call after getting back really late to a “fire alarm” going off, though I didn’t hear it. There went my sleep, sleep I really needed. Now that I think about it, there were quite a bit of negatives and I don’t think I’d come back.
