I appreciated the luxurious feel of the hotel, which was built with high-quality materials. The room was not only new but also clean, making me feel right in such a cozy and elegant space. I loved that there were Laos, Japanese, and Chinese restaurants conveniently located on the ground floor, just a short distance from the check-in area. The breakfast offerings were fantastic, with a wide variety of options, alongside ready meals that you could pick up. After a long journey on the train, The spa provided an amazing experience with an aromatherapy massage that helped me relax.

The hotel room was big and nice and clean However, it is far from downtown and there is no place to go around. You have to sleep when you come in.

This was my second time staying at the hotel. The only complaint I had the first time was how long the check in process was. This time, the process was quicker and they didn’t charge a deposit. I’m guessing because I was a repeat guest. Highly recommend this hotel. The staff are incredibly accommodating and the location is wonderful.

Receptoinist sevice is not professional. If you pay deposit by cash you can take return when you check out but if you pay deposit by mobile banking you will not take return when you check out. you have to wait for a week for deposit return ( but receptionist won’t tell you about this until you check out )

Good and clean but noises issue I stayed in 8th floor, Very noisy in the room as the machine room at the upper floor. Staff offered to move the room but refused because it will not solve the noise issue. Room A/C is too cold, I adjusted to 29c but still really cold. I believe the electronic valve or 2 ways valve is not working properly. The hot water pressure is too slow. Good Gym and Good sport bar We are desired to stay 2nd night and we ask the hotel prices with staff. The price as staff mentioned is higher than OTA so we booked OTA for 2nd night

Room was nice, very modern and new. Toliet equipped with seats with washer. Amazing value for the price. Reception was polite and could be faster. The impact of this was compounded by the need for me to ask for a room change as previous occupant smoked in the non-smoking room. Was grateful for being upgraded following the incident, but the layout of the upgraded room felt weird to me. And oh, they drenched the new room in air freshener... Sigh. I opened the door, ran the air conditioning at full blast and am airing the room out. Also, towels (just the hand towels. Bath towels were ok. And happened only on the first night) smelled a bit dank like it hadnt been fully wash properly. Not sure Ill stay here again.
