The hotel is very style, old-fashioned villa, very popular, and the pool is quite big. Living is very quiet. The rooms are still big, all old mahogany furniture, very colonial style. The hotel has a SPA, but it is gone at 9 pm. The hotel is a bit old, but very clean and full of charm. Breakfast is OK, a well-regulated Western breakfast. In particular, the front desk service is really good and the cost is patient. The entire hotel has English service, no Chinese. The fly in the ointment is that the pool is cleaned very frequently.

Excellent hotel, clean, spacious rooms, and fully equipped. The manager provided me with som chai which was very nice indeed. I had a warm welcome and a very pleasant stay. Only snag being a lack to a tennis court at the hotel premises.

The room is large and very clean. There are mainly European and American people staying there. The terrace bar on the top floor is great at night, with dinner and live music. The only drawback is that the slippers in the room are clip-on slippers, which are not very comfortable. Breakfast is a set menu, the coffee is good, and the dishes include Western, Korean and Chinese dishes, which are delicious. Overall, it's a great experience! You can also see Thailand on the other side of the Mekong River!

It's far away from city centre but with beautiful view of Mekong and free shuttle car to centre. Hotel is huge and rooms are spacious. Staff is kind and professional. Breakfast is not continental style... not even available a cappuccino or espresso coffee.

A perfect stay for a foreigner , very helpful staff and most of them can communicate in English which is really best part and differentiate this hotel from many others. Service and cleanliness of hotel is great. I stayed for 5 nights and I did not face any problem related to hotel services. Especially the one staff named Keo was personally very helpful, he took me to the hospital as soon I arrived for Covid test and help me at every step to get it done beside it’s not his duty… really thankful. Overall I would like to recommend this hotel as a best choice to stay.

Room looks new and is clean. Staff is also very friendly and helpful and speak decent english. Food at Tipsy Elephant is amazing, exceeded expectations. What would have been improved - a doorbell would have been helpful especially for room service (with tv on, its hard to hear).

Good business hotel, ok location. But you need a transportation to move around as the hotel transportation is higher than the local standard. No Grubhub nor Uber. Nice spacious room w a shower (trip.com stare “no private bath” I was worried but it meant “no bath tub”. Nice pool on the 5th floor w jets (staff will start when any guests are in the pool”. Very helpful staff, nice breakfast. Cons are: if you take a shower on 5th, entire floor will be wet ….. design error I guess.
