Thorougly enjoyed my stay. Pacific Vientiane hotel was close to Vientiane center. Many restaurants and bars near as well as the Night Market. Five minute walk to the Mekong river, in which Thailand is a stone's throw away. Hotel staff were very friendly and the room was extremely clean. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel!

Location is good, just be sure to book room with window. No elevator so if you are at 4th floor need to bring your luggage on the stairs. Hostel can arrange you taxi service to airport if you need and they will pick you up.

Clean and good quality hotel.
On the downside, the air conditioning let a large puddle of water inside when it started to rain outside.
At breakfast, where we arrived half an hour before it was due to end, the hot food had run out.
The picture shows all the protein I could find in the thermal bath. There wasn't even an omelet or eggs available in the open kitchen.From€45

It's relatively clean. I did see ants quite often, but luckily there were geckos inside which seemed to keep them from spreading too much.
**Accessibility**
It's nice that it's close to Eun Hotel, but there aren't many restaurants nearby. It's about a 30-minute drive to the golf course, and they're building what looks like either a golf course or a 'teeball' (or similar) court right next door. If it's a golf course, that would be a huge advantage.
**Convenience Store**
The convenience store items aren't very diverse. Instant noodles were the only meal replacement option, and they weren't even Korean ramen. The hotel restaurant only serves Chinese and Laotian food. The massage parlor on the second floor has a Korean owner, but the Laotian manager is usually on-site. Prices are double the local rate, and the skill level is hit-or-miss – one time was great, another time was too light.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. Firstly, they provide a complimentary, private airport transfer service – not a large shuttle bus, but a clean and brand new 5-seater car, just for you. Secondly, the hotel environment is excellent. The rooms are very comfortable, especially the bed, which is incredibly cozy. Thirdly, the breakfast spread is incredibly rich, offering a wide variety of Chinese, Japanese, Western, Thai, and local specialties. Most importantly, the price is unbeatable; the value for money is outstanding. The only minor drawback is the lack of Chinese-speaking staff. It would be even better if they could improve this in the future by having Chinese-speaking front desk personnel.From€44

The swimming pool area here is very nice and family-friendly. It was not crowded during our stay, so the kids could enjoy swimming comfortably both during the day and at night. They also have a separate kids’ pool, which is great for younger children. Even the main pool was not too deep, and my 4-year-old could still stand comfortably in some areas. It's a little far from the center, but there are electric bike rentals. It is close to the Thai Embassy.
There are many local restaurants in the area.
The staff is very friendly and the service is very good, they even changed my room.

I initially booked this hotel for 5 nights, but ended up staying for a total of 7 nights. The room is spacious and good for a remote worker. I like that the toilet and shower are separated into two rooms. The staff are so nice and friendly. The swimming pool and the gym on the top floor are great for chilling and working out.
Having said that, I would recommend the housekeeping to come in around 12 Noon - 1 PM, instead of the 2:30 PM - 3:00 PM window, because it is much more convenient if they come during lunchtime. Another thing is that the internet inside the room is not good at all, but the lobby area is a good spot.From€22

There is no love from when you arrive to last moment you leave. Could be a good hotel but everything is run on less than the bear minimum.
In the hand of young guys, very disorganised and disappointing, it seems that nobody is in charge of this hotel or be able to put some order.
Room not ready.
Had to wait for clean towels to be delivered.
Door room card was not working.
Water less than luke warm, only cold shower.
Safe not usable, had no batteries.
Asked for a wake up call in the morning but they called a different room.
As a regular traveler to Vientiane, I gave a try to this hotel but sorry, it was a one off experience, will not book again.

Stayed at Ibis Vientiane and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is located right in the heart of town, making it very convenient to explore nearby restaurants, cafes, and attractions.
The room was relatively spacious compared to many budget hotels, and the bed was very comfortable, allowing for a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and provided good service throughout the stay.
Areas for Improvement:
The hotel seems to prioritize energy conservation, but the lighting in both the room and common areas is quite dim. At times, it felt a little uncomfortable, especially during the evening.
Another issue was the wall power outlets, which were rather loose and flimsy. They could not properly support my heavy-duty travel adapter, so I had to improvise by using a bottle to hold it in place while charging.
Slippers are not provided in the room by default and need to be requested separately. While the staff were helpful, having to contact reception and collect them added a bit of inconvenience.
Overall: A comfortable and well-located hotel with good service and decent room size. With brighter lighting and improved power outlets, the stay would be even better. 4/5 stars.From€40
