We arrived at 3pm-ish. The girl who checked us in was super nice. our room was not ready, but she said she pre-checked us and our room would be ready by 4 check in time and they would text us once ready. She verified our phone # and all our information. I also verified that the room extras we paid $$$$ for would be set up and in our room upon checkin, She said yes, that is actually why our room was taking longer to be prepared, they had to clean it and then set everything up for us. This did not happen. It was 415 ( after the 4 check in time advertised and no text or call) we went to check in and the Manager on duty did the entire process all over again, when we asked about it he got snippy and proceeded to argue with us as to why. It was like he wanted the last word - he was young, so I imagine he had not been trained on customer service 101, don't argue with customers. When we got to the room, nothing was set up. So I went back down stairs and asked the same manager on duty and he said I do see that, but we don't set up stuff in dirty rooms. I re-explained what the other lady had told us,how it was a surprise for our kids which why we paid extra for it, and why we waited even after 4 to get checked it. He just said again, we dont set stuff up in dirty rooms. Which makes no sense. I could tell he was going to argue with me again, so I just looked at him, he called house keeping and asked them to deliver it. He was very snippy and rude. The sheets has spots on them, and there was hair in our tub, the mirror attached to the wall had a burn or something on both sides and was wrecked. It is located in an industrial business area, which is very deceiving from the online pictures. For the money per night I would not stay again. The only good part was the Crush bowling alley. The server was super nice and that was fun, normal bar food- nothing fantastic for the price. We tried to go to Blend coffee bar in the morning, outside they had advertised ” dragon fruit drink and green juice” my kids were so exited. I stood in line for like 15 mins, went to order dragon fruit juice, they were out, went to order green juice , they were out, asked if they had a breakfast burrito, they were out. Keep in mind this was like at 830 am in the morning, it was not late. Why did they have that sign up outside advertising everything they were out of!!!??? We ended up going to Starbucks. Also the brewery was closed. This was disappointing, should have been stated on their website.

Our 2nd visit to Olive & Hay. Delicious! Homemade bread is great. Friutti di mare is my favorite & my husband enjoys their spaghetti. They surprised us with a glass of champagne for each of us to start with & tirimisu for dessert, uniquely served. Our server, Emily, was wonderful, friendly, attentive & very knowledgeable. Also, maitre d' came by the table after we were seated. He seemed to go to every table which is a very nice touch.

All the pictures showed a fireplace in the room, our didn’t have that, also didn’t care for the never cleaning room, understand with Covid, but we’re there 5 days and never got room cleaned. Had to ask for towels twice and go get them from front desk. There was no pool nor hot tub but claim hot is in room, very hard to fit two people in there.
- Guest User
Breakfast is simple and the restaurant is small. Parking is free and the parking lot is quite large. The overall feeling of the hotel is not as good as expected. The Napa River on the side looks like the same, so the river view room is just the same thing.

The room is small and crowded, barely enough for just living. The bedding and bathroom in the room are quite high-end. However, the service at the front desk was poor and not very friendly to Chinese people. When I checked in during a holiday in the United States, the waiter gave me a super bad room. The windows were full of equipment on the opposite floor, and it was impossible to open the curtains. When I asked to change rooms, the waiter's attitude was very bad.

Hotel service is very good, especially the uncle at the front desk, know that our family of three came from Boston, also helped us to upgrade, sent three breakfast coupons, the hotel has free bicycle rental service, and took a bicycle for ten minutes in the evening to go to town. It’s great to have a round of nice, and it’s very pleasant to drink around the stove at night, and there are yoga classes in the morning, very satisfied! 👨‍👩‍👧😄

The environment is very good~ there is a supermarket opposite and it is very close to all kinds of wineries. The bed is very comfortable. I have not lived in the hotel before Napa. This time I feel very good. I will choose this one in the future.

Reviews From Real Travelers
I have stayed dozens of times at the property for work purposes. At this point they have lost the plot with room rates running from $450-1,000 a night any day and all year. The hotel is barely 3 star and simply does not deliver a guest experience to command those prices. They provide almost no service. For example after a cross country flight they did not know how to allocate me a room at check in. Really? I am a Titanium Bonvoy member and repeat guest at this hotel. They tell me to come back in a while... No offer of a drink or any recognition of my inconvenience. Some 20 minutes later I inquire again as 2 people work on my room. Finally, they find a room but no upgrade was offered though I was staying 1 week. This is in stark contrast to previous visits and the hotel is not busy at all. Pathetic! Here are some shortcomings to consider. 1. The service at breakfast is beyond slow. It is very hard to be seated. They have no urgency to seat you. Everyday you eat there the experience will be different degrees of miserable as they are short staffed and slow paced. 2. The rooms are average and dirty. Now most are suites but the furnishings are more Fairfield Inn or Embassy suites range. During my 1 week stay a paperclip and rubber band in the middle of the floor were never vacuumed up. Trash removal was ad hoc and my sheets were never changed for the whole week. Truly 1 star. 3. Some rooms are loud the windows are not soundproof. 4. The rain shower has little water pressure. 5. The curtain roads are set far off the walls letting light in. Thus, room are bright in the morning. 6. The valet service erratic so use self parking. 7. The laundry service is erratic. You don't always get your items back the same day. 8. The laundry on the second floor is often in disrepair and, as such, you cannot use it either. 9. The gym is very small. 10. The Bank bar is wildly expensive and the staff are unhappy. They make no effort to acknowledge guests once seated for a $20 cocktail or glass of wine. Having the staff acknowledge you is simply asking too much. I always had to prompt them to come to me despite the bar having 2 bartenders on no more than 3 guests most times I sat at it. This is shameful. 11. The internet is spotty and slow. This hotel does have a solid location but their shameless gouging price policy suggests they mistook themselves for the Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental which they are not. This property is a complete rip off and a very poor guest experience.

I have to be admit that I was a bit nervous booking at the Westin after my last trip to Victoria Canada last summer. No need to worry at the Westin Napa Valley. The hotel is so well located, the rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are all incredible. We picked a 2 bedroom suite and we received a corner unit. It was magnificent! We did have an issue when we arrived where we were told the room configuration would be slightly different but hotel management provided us with a few options to help rectify. They were great and responsive and I have no complaints at all with how they handled this communication misunderstanding. I would highly recommend the Westin Napa Valley and will be returning one day soon. Congratulations to all of the staff and management for your tremendous focus on customer experience.

It feels better in summer and winter, I can't stand the wall-mounted LG air conditioner in the room. The course is dedicated to the PGA Tour and the 2019 PGA Safeway Championship will be held here. The player must go. For me, the debut of the life golf debut is here. In fact, what attracts me more is the tennis court in the park, full of French elegance and free tones. Golf feels so ”pretend”.

We stayed in the hotel for a week when we came to Napa for our 50th anniversary and wasn’t disappointed! From the front desk personnel to the breakfast attendant, everyone was friendly and hospitable. We were in a king suite on the 3rd floor facing the pool area. We never experience any noise or disruption during our stay. Our room was clean and cleaning service was every 2 days. The gardens are just beautiful and there is outdoor seating to enjoy the gardens and weather. We couldn’t have selected a better place to stay, we were greeting every time we walked into the hotel by the front desk staff. We liked that the tub and toilet was separate from the sink area. I have 2 suggestions that would have made our stay perfect, to add a grab bar in each room that has a tub and to have coffee available all day in the lobby of the hotel. Even though we don’t need handicap facilities, it is nice to have a grab bar to help steady you as you step out of the tub. Coffee and tea is only offered during breakfast but it would be nice to have it out all day. We did have a small coffee unit in the room but it wasn’t as good or convenient to use as what was offered for breakfast. You are not in the heart of Napa but it wasn’t a long drive to get anywhere we needed to go.

This time I used Ctrip to book hotels during my trip in the United States. Compared with priceline, booking, and tripadviser, I found that Ctrip's offer is still quite competitive, and the information is basically accurate, including parking fees and whether you have to wait for food. I used to come back to review less frequently. I will refer to the user reviews here before booking this time. I feel that it is generally fair, so I also plan to take a moment to leave my personal feeling. Although subjective, I hope to have some reference. The experience of staying at Napa Winery Inn was very good. The service and meals were in line with expectations. There was a fire pit at the door and wine tasting every day. The hotel changed the wine marketer every 2 months.

We enjoyed our stay here! We never used our car! Walked around the neighborhood to several delicious spots including Winston’s, Archer, Gott’s & Oxbow ( all about 15 -20 min walk). This inn provided complimentary red &white wine along with charcuterie for an hour in the evening and yummy espressos & coffee with avocado toast in the am. We sipped wine in the cute courtyard with the lovely blooming flowers and then ventured out to nearby bustling downtown Napa. Such a fun time. Lindsey and Trey were so welcoming and kind. Definitely glad we stayed here during our Napa visit.

We had the absolute best experience at the Elm House. We had booked two nights and due to an odd flight time and some other things going on we were hoping for a very early check-in so our 2 year old could still get his noon nap. Kim was an absolute angel- getting us into a room and being so kind about the entire situation. She was accommodating, helpful, and extremely genuine. The interaction truly felt like Kim understood what we needed and was willing to help us get a solution. She truly made our stay in Napa 10x better. Thank you Kim! The room was great. Spacious, comfy bed, and clean. Would definitely recommend if you are coming to Napa! Best, Erin Gagnon Sent from my iPhone

This hotel has seen better days. I have not stayed there in quite a few years and wont be back. The platinum amex concierge made the resi for us and apparently booked a basic king. No problem it was a quick stay. We were only asked upon check in if we wanted a bigger room. Didn’t realize smaller room meant trashed room looking over the back alley. I could understand if the hotel was booked since we booked last minute but no, it was a Sunday night and dead. Why they would put any guests in that room unless at 100% capacity is beyond me. All i can think is for some reason the front desk agent didn’t like us. The room not only looked over the back alley but had major water damage. The wood floors are completely destroyed. Everything was worn out and best up. The chrome was chipping off the bathroom fixtures, gross grout in the shower. The walls in the hallways were all beat up too. I could go on. Bottom line, don’t stay here until they invest some money and make sure they dont stick you in a room overlooking the back alley.
