I've stayed here many times, always for 4 days, and I absolutely love it. The suite is very cozy, with top-notch facilities and excellent service. The morning tea and afternoon tea are my favorites – the food selection is so rich that I barely need to spend extra on other meals since the hotel covers both. This is one of the main reasons I choose The Londoner. It offers incredible value for money. Plus, the hotel's location is fantastic; you don't even have to go outside to get to The Parisian or The Venetian, you can just use the internal walkways. All in all, The Londoner is absolutely perfect.

What an amazing hotel. From before we even arrived, they contacted us to make the sty special. Transfer service organised, we were greeted upon arrival at the curb. The hotel facade is something to behold! Spectacular! All our requirements were well and truly met and beyond. The room we had was superb, with bath bongs delivered, treats on arrival, a stocked mini bar and personalised greetings. We absolutely recommend the use of all the day services: breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail hour were all way beyond expectations. Cannot wait to return

## Facilities: Quite Disappointing On the first day, the shower drain was blocked, causing water to overflow everywhere. It was quite late, so I ended up using a bathmat to soak it up myself. The next day, I specifically called the front desk, and they left a message when I returned saying it had been resolved. To my dismay, it was blocked again the second day, forcing me to rush out mid-shower to call them. Additionally, the room phone seemed to have a faulty connection; I kept trying to dial but couldn't get a call through. Even after requesting an air purifier, my throat still felt quite stuffy. ## Service: During check-in, I specifically requested not to be given a room at the end of the corridor. Well, they assigned me the very first room. Two staff members even came up to demonstrate how to operate the curtains... (a bit excessive!). However, the room service staff were actually very good; they were patient and responded promptly to all my requests. ## Location: The location is indeed quite out of the way. Taxis are scarce during peak hours, whereas it was much easier to hail a cab at The Londoner during the same times. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're traveling with minors, as you'll have to walk a much longer route if you can't cut through the casino. I honestly don't know how people manage to explore all of Macau in a single day. For me, getting back from The Venetian felt incredibly far, and even getting to The Londoner was quite a trek. I was so exhausted I even considered taking a taxi just to get to Wynn. ## Cleanliness: The cleanliness was acceptable. I didn't experience any allergic reactions while sleeping, and overall, the room was quite clean. However, I suspect my throat discomfort was likely related to the carpet.

The room's design, layout, and views were all excellent. We also caught The House of Dancing Water's 8 PM show. City of Dreams is definitely worth exploring, and it's super convenient with Grand Hyatt, The Londoner, MGM, and Wynn all being just a stone's throw away. Cekay at the front desk was fantastic!

This was my first stay at Hotel Indigo, and it was truly excellent. The room was spacious, the facilities were new, and the whole room was controlled by smart home technology. Looking out the window, all you could see was lush greenery, with a distant view of the University of Macau… The room was replenished daily with snacks and fruit, and the blueberries were especially delicious. They even thoughtfully prepared amenities for children. Downstairs, there's a Don Quijote and plenty of dining options, so you'll never have to worry about food and drinks during your stay. Kids can get a passport stamped and exchange coins to play games; we were lucky enough to win a Strawberry Bear this time! The water park was decent, but it's been raining a lot in Macau lately, so it was a bit chilly. The indoor pool is free and the facilities are great. The hotel is right above Lotus Station on the metro, making it very convenient to get to Rua do Cunha and Seac Pai Van Park. The kids absolutely loved the driverless metro and rode it back and forth many times.

On the first day, during check-in, a staff member introduced us to the hotel, nearby transportation, and asked if we needed any extra items (as we were two adults and two children). The hotel staff thoughtfully prepared many items for the kids. We stayed for four days and three nights, and every day, used items were replenished, and if anything from the mini-bar (snacks/drinks) was consumed, it was also refilled. It's very kid-friendly; there's a Toy Story exhibit downstairs and a Don Quijote supermarket to browse. Highly recommended for families with children. The room assigned to us was also very quiet, ensuring a great rest. All the hotel staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and proactively asked if we needed any help! Highly impressed!

Not the most convenient location, but there’s shuttle buses provided by the hotel to/from the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, The Venetian and The Parisian. Shuttle buses to the hotels at Cotai Strip only starts from 11AM though, would be great if it can start earlier. The staff also made up for it with their service! They were very helpful in directing us to the bus stop that we were looking for, and helped us to break our note to give us small change so that we can get around Macau by public bus. Ron very kindly upgraded us to a sea view room and we had a very comfortable stay!

I booked this hotel through Ctrip, and it offered excellent value for money. Upon arrival, the room attendants were incredibly helpful and even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful; the ambiance, service, and every other aspect were absolutely superb.

The hotel is located in a residential area, so there are many local eateries and restaurants right downstairs. It takes about 25-30 minutes by bus to get to the Ruins of St. Paul's. The service is standard for an international five-star hotel. However, when I booked, I thought breakfast would be a buffet in the restaurant, but upon arrival, I was informed it was room service breakfast. So, if you're someone who expects a lot of choices for breakfast, that might be a drawback.
- Sharoncaopeng
The room was clean and tidy, and the housekeeping was excellent. There were even complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very polite and always greeted us. The only downside was that the room's elevator doesn't go directly to the first floor; you have to go to the 38th floor and then transfer to another elevator.

An incredibly luxurious five-star hotel. I've always been a fan of Karl Lagerfeld's designs, so I was absolutely thrilled to have the opportunity to stay at The Karl Lagerfeld Hotel today! The value for money here is excellent. Breakfast is served à la carte on the first floor, and it wasn't crowded at all.

So glad we chose to stay at The Manor for our trip to Macau! The top-notch service was incredibly heartwarming 🥰. We were celebrating my nearly 80-year-old mother's birthday and seeing The House of Dancing Water, and The Manor provided us with perfect accommodation, a perfect view, and a lovely birthday celebration. My mother was absolutely delighted. Angel, Lancer, and Bryan all gave us a warm welcome. Orlando helped us with our luggage and escorted us to our room during check-in, explaining all the facilities and even helping to set up the birthday atmosphere. At check-out, Jim accompanied us all the way, assisting with our luggage to the car drop-off point. So many moving and happy moments, The Manor will definitely be our first choice next time we visit Macau!

It was really great, I went during the off-season and it was absolutely worth every penny. The room was spacious, the environment was lovely, and everything inside was free except for the hard liquor. It couldn't have been better! I'll definitely go back when the price drops again.

The St. Regis Macao is one of my favorite five-star hotels. The overall ambiance and decor are elegant and refined. Its biggest highlight is the spacious and bright rooms. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, warm, clean, and hygienic. The staff are also very warm, generous, patient, meticulous, and polite. The breakfast is exceptionally lavish, and the tableware is particularly beautiful. The breakfast buffet display is also very atmospheric and layered. They even thoughtfully gifted us truffle shrimp dumplings. It was a wonderful dining experience. The room we stayed in offered a splendid panoramic night view of both The Parisian Macao and The Londoner Macao. The only minor disappointment was that the hotel's tables, including those in the restaurant, had a glass top. It would have been even more stylish if they had white tablecloths instead.

Early arrival and pre check in first around noon time, thank you for Ms Ceci for super friendly service for checking in. As a Mandarin Oriental fan, I specifically chose the Mandarin Oriental Macau for my birthday stay, and the actual experience lived up to my expectations. As one of the very few high-star hotels in Macau without a casino, the Mandarin Oriental is truly an ideal place to stay. Several details really stood out and earned extra points. First, during check-in, the front desk duty manager, Hallie, proactively recognized it was my birthday and reserved a tower-view room on the highest floor in advance. This kind of luxury service truly lies in these small details. After we arrived in our room, we noticed some stains and imperfections on the bedding. When we informed the front desk before heading out, they meticulously re-housekept the room. Later that evening, returning to our room, we found a heartfelt letter and a fan prepared by the hotel's guest relations manager, Melody, which was very touching. The ability to efficiently and professionally resolve issues, even when they arise, is what guests value most. Finally, on the day of checkout, I went to the gym and met Annie and Leo. Upon learning I wanted to purchase some hotel merchandise to take home, they specifically arranged for a colleague from the spa to open early for us. When I used the pool, Leo was incredibly enthusiastic and attentive throughout. These details were definitely a huge plus. I hope the hotel management recognizes these efficient and professional staff members and conveys our gratitude. Should I return to Macau, MO will still be my top choice.

Amazing service and quality. The old Nanyang-style decor is incredibly well-maintained, exuding a luxurious feel with its rich textures. The most delightful hardware surprise was a golden table lamp, casting a soft glow over the view, accompanied by a pot of tea. My friend was very interested in the vanilla flavor of the welcome tea. A kind lady at the front desk, wearing glasses (I was in a hurry and forgot to ask her name, would love to know!), specifically wrote a note offering to send another pot. This truly showcases the high-quality, human-centered service characteristic of MO.

The hotel service quality was exceptionally good. We celebrated for our wedding anniversary and son’s graduation here, and the hotel has arranged a very memorable experience for us, including free upgrading of the room type to Eiffel Tower view, jelly cakes, welcome fruits, drinks and snacks, and special room decorations. The front desk manager Adam and officer Jovi were so nice and helpful that we felt like coming home during our stay. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities including swimming pool with free fruits and ice creams, gym, spa and jacuzzi. Last but not least, we ended up our stay at the Chinese restaurant Zi Yat Heen with 米芝連 dim sum and dishes. This was a really wonderful and memorable stay and we look forward for visiting the hotel again in future.

Excellent service. Check-in was easy and attentive to my needs. I forgot his name at the front desk, I think it was Chester, but he was extremely helpful helping me get a room when I arrived early. Pool attendants were excellent, bringing fruits and water on arrival. Pool temperature was perfect. Breakfast buffet was good. Not the best in Macau but not bad. Very happy with my stay and would definitely come back on my next trip.

Facilities: The entire room was green-themed with a strong Chinese aesthetic, which I personally really liked. My favorite part was the balcony; the lighting, ambiance, and views were all excellent. The bathroom was also very clean. Service: The front desk offered a free room upgrade, giving us a large balcony. The balcony setting was fantastic, offering views of the sea, Macau Tower, and the cross-sea bridge. The surrounding area was quite peaceful, and the location wasn't as remote as some negative reviews suggested. It's actually quite close to Grand Lisboa and the Ruins of St. Paul's, just a 6-minute walk, and there's a bus stop right outside the entrance. Location: The hotel is situated on Penha Hill, close to attractions like Lilau Square and Dom Pedro V Theatre. The environment is serene and definitely worth staying.

We had a great stay here. Nice Christmas 🎄 decorations in the hotel. Staff very helpful with everything. Breakfast was ok (great pastries 🥐) could have some more options like fresh vegetables. Location is nice next to river with walking distance to old center. Pity the casino was closed, seems there will not be a restart of these facilities here. Therefore also less options for shuttle buses (ferry, boarder, etc). The room was good but we had a room with this connection door to another room, where sounds from direct neighbors can be heard through quite well. But overall pleasant stay.

I passed by this hotel in Macau before and thought it looked great, so this time I decisively booked it. The location is excellent. You can take the Sands shuttle from the border gate, or if you're coming from the airport, take bus AP1 and get off at the pedestrian overpass, then just cross the road – very convenient. It's right next to the Golden Lotus Square and the Grand Prix Museum. The front desk was very helpful and gave me a pool-facing room. Next to the pool, there's a decent-sized kids' play area, perfect for letting the little ones burn off some energy. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The room was very well-maintained and clean, and I loved that the bathroom had a bathtub for soaking. There's even a capsule coffee machine for making your own coffee, which is a nice touch.

Unexpectedly stranded in Macau, we rushed to check in at the hotel in the early hours of the morning. I thought it would just be a quick, temporary stop, but instead, we received an incredibly touching experience. Not only did the hotel proactively upgrade our room, but when they learned my husband had mobility issues, they specially arranged a wheelchair. The staff meticulously assisted us the entire way, pushing him steadily into the room and making sure he was comfortably in bed before they left. The upgraded room was spacious and clean with complete amenities, instantly washing away the fatigue from our late-night journey. This unexpected stay was made incredibly warm by the hotel's heartwarming service. Their thoughtfulness and care truly left us feeling immensely grateful. The hospitality in Macau really touched our hearts! We will definitely come back again!

Returned to this hotel again and loved it as always. It's an old hotel with a five-star feel. The service attitude is superb! 👍 The bellhops, front desk, and room service staff were all so warm and kind. This time, I traveled with three elderly relatives, specifically for my aunt's 75th birthday. When the front desk found out, they arranged for a birthday cake to be delivered 🎂, and it tasted wonderful. For our return trip, we booked the free shuttle to the airport. This travel experience was absolutely fantastic! There's a Macau Pui Kei Bakery inside the building too, with BBQ pork buns, chicken buns, and bread that are all incredibly delicious 😋. We even bought another birthday cake, and I believe it was made by the same pastry chef 🥳. **Facilities:** Old but charming. **Hygiene:** Quite good. We didn't need daily room cleaning, just towel changes and trash bag replacement. **Environment:** Because rooms were a bit tight and we wanted the elderly to see the fountain across the street, we checked into a smoking room. The hotel did a smoke-free treatment, but next time, I'll definitely opt for a non-smoking room again 😉. **Service:** Very enthusiastic, attentive, and excellent service quality. **Minibar:** Satisfied my love for drinks.

I chose this hotel for its convenient location for exploring the surrounding areas, and I really appreciated the spacious room and living space. However, the soundproofing was terrible; I was bothered by all sorts of noise every day, and even the pipes would randomly make noise. The toiletries felt really cheap. It's about a 1km walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's, and there's a bus stop right outside, which is quite convenient. Plus, the Café de Coral on the first floor offers delicious and affordable casual meals. If you enjoy dim sum, there's a great place diagonally opposite where you can have a fantastic meal for just over 100 [currency unit].

This hotel offers a five-star standard at a great value, allowing you to experience the authentic local cuisine and charm of Macau. While it evokes the feeling of Macau from over 30 years ago, it has been completely renovated, and the overall effect is excellent. My only minor complaint is the lack of charging outlets by the bed. Unacceptable Attitude from Front Desk and Lobby Security My morning flight landed in Hong Kong, and after picking up my husband (who was utterly exhausted from his flight from Italy), we arrived in Macau around 11 AM. We immediately went to the front desk to inquire about an early check-in, as we were both extremely tired. Despite having called Ctrip beforehand (whose customer service was excellent and who confirmed they would arrange an early check-in if a room was available), the hotel flatly refused, insisting check-in was strictly at 3 PM. We were forced to wait in the lobby. Exhausted, we eventually dozed off. A security guard then approached and *kicked our chair*, yelling loudly, ”Get up! Get up! Hey! Hey!” It was incredibly humiliating and made us feel like refugees. This wasn't a one-off incident either. Unable to endure this treatment, I finally spoke to the lobby manager. His attitude and prompt action, however, were commendable. He immediately intervened with the front desk, and within half an hour, we were finally able to check into our room. This entire experience was truly appalling and utterly disheartening.

The room was spotless, and the bedding was so comfortable and soft that I slept soundly until I woke up naturally. The soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway. The breakfast spread was extensive, with a great variety of both Western and Chinese options – I particularly enjoyed the freshly made noodles. The location is superb, just a short walk to the subway station and shopping areas. The value for money is outstanding, with quality evident in every detail, like the complimentary mini-bar and turn-down service. This hotel is right next to the Jai  Alai Hotel. From Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, it only takes a few minutes to walk here, so not having a good view isn't a big deal—it's really convenient. Although they're currently renovating the exterior, and it can be a bit noisy during the day because they’re working next door, it’s not a problem if you’re out exploring during the day. Also, this hotel has an indoor pool. It's not huge, but you don't have to worry about the weather affecting it, which is a nice bonus! Another thing is that this hotel is very close to the Racing Museum, making it super convenient to visit. It's suitable for both adults and kids, so it's definitely worth a trip!

Right outside, there are plenty of options for quick bites and local snacks. Getting a taxi to the ferry terminal is quick and convenient. For those traveling from Macau to West Kowloon (High-Speed Rail Station) or Harbour City, taking a ferry to the appropriate passenger terminal is the most convenient option. However, if you arrive at the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal, it's best to go to Sheung Wan MTR station to connect to the subway. Do be prepared for a fair bit of walking in Hong Kong!
