The team were happy to accommodate my after hours check-in and organised to have the security guard let me in. Upon checking in, I also learnt that I had been given a complimentary upgrade to a suite which was fantastic. I was just on my own this time but wouldn't hesitate to book a little getaway for myself and the kids next time. The location was also great, a short stroll to the beach, and surrounded by lots of restaurants and entertainment.

I must come to comment on this service apartment. I feel that it is an underestimated apartment on Trip.com . At first, I was still nervous, because there were too few official photos, and I was traveling with elderly children. What about the two-bedroom sea view room? But when I arrived, I was surprised, compared to the serviced apartments that were previously set in Brisbane. The room was clean and tidy, and the kitchen utensils provided were clean and practical. Every day, the spare parts and garbage are also simple to organize. Although it is not the first-line sea view, sitting on the balcony, the sea view and street view in front of you are still refreshing! Compared to the noise of surfing paradise, Encore is very suitable for living here, my son said he wants to live here for a month! For families who drive, the parking space is very good and safe. You need to swipe your room card to enter and exit, and it is free. It can't be better! Other residents in and out of the building are also very friendly! ps: The front desk lady is Chinese, can speak Chinese, will also guide the delicious restaurant nearby, like it! Than heart!

It's very close to the beach! The surrounding area is conveniently located, with many shops and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk. It's perfect for those who prefer quiet, as it's quiet after 9 pm – ideal for a vacation!

Meriton Suites Broadbeach on the Gold Coast was an absolute dream✨ We stayed for three nights, and it truly felt like home – the experience was incredible, and the value for money was unbeatable! 🏡 Room & Facilities: A detail-oriented person's 'dream come true' room Booking the two-bedroom deluxe suite was an absolute stroke of genius! Two independent bedrooms + two bathrooms meant no fighting over space when traveling with kids or friends, offering ultimate privacy. The 32nd-floor high-rise view was breathtaking! Opening the floor-to-ceiling windows revealed a huge balcony, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze while overlooking the city. Watching the sunrise in the morning and enjoying the evening breeze at sunset created such a fantastic atmosphere! The living room was incredibly spacious, and the giant TV made watching shows super enjoyable. The kitchen was a 'superstar': capsule coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, and a large fridge – it had everything! The hotel even thoughtfully provided laundry detergent, dish soap, a dish sponge, and a clean rag. They truly considered every little detail for cooking, which was so heartwarming! Making a cup of coffee with the machine every day and stocking the fridge with fresh ingredients to cook really brought that 'at home' comfort – it was so therapeutic! 🛎️ Service & Minor Incidents: Heartwarming experience with perfect attention to detail Upon checking in, we found some unemptied trash in the kitchen. We contacted the front desk, and someone came to handle it immediately – incredibly fast service! We accidentally made a mess on the floor, and the hotel policy was to clean only after a four-night stay. Surprisingly, after a quick chat, they arranged for housekeeping right away – truly thoughtful! Later, we learned that guests are supposed to dispose of kitchen trash in a designated area in the hallway. Honestly, a heads-up beforehand would have been perfectly understandable! A small reminder about this would make the experience even more perfect for future guests, avoiding any misunderstandings. 💯 Summary: The ultimate value-for-money vacation choice The overall experience truly exceeded our expectations! It was so much more comfortable than a regular hotel, completely feeling like 'home'. The location is convenient, with easy access to dining and shopping. The apartment facilities are complete and thoughtful, and the service is excellent. Staying for three nights, cooking our own meals, drinking coffee, and enjoying the breeze on the balcony every day brought such a rare sense of relaxation! I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I accidentally booked a same-night reservation because I was comparing room types in a new tab and forgot to change the dates. I realised the mistake immediately, submitted a cancellation request, and even called the hotel that evening to let them know I wouldn’t be arriving so they could release the room to other guests. Despite this, I was charged the next day. When I called again, the manager said their policy requires 24 hours’ notice and claimed they “could not use the room for other reservations,” even though I had informed them the night before. I have stayed in many hotels, and this is honestly one of the least flexible experiences I have come across. Very disappointing customer service and not understanding at all.

As a four-star hotel, it largely meets the four-star standard. It's a high-traffic hotel, but the service in all aspects is quick, and they also offer personalized service. It's part of The Star group, so the hotel's location is integrated with The Star complex, and the buildings are all interconnected. I noted in advance that we were celebrating my child's birthday, and they prepared a greeting card and a toy bear, which made my child very happy. In the evening, my child had a cough and was a bit sick, throwing up on the bed. Housekeeping quickly brought new bedding without a single complaint or extra cleaning fee, and they were very caring towards my child. The only minor drawback might be the parking. It's a bit roundabout; you have to go to The Star's car park and follow the instructions carefully. However, the hotel sent parking instructions a day or two before check-in, which was very helpful.

We stayed here for the Jonny cash show at the casino. The whole floor 21 had a fast food leveled. Curry smell to it. Which was quite off putting and there seemed to be alot of younger people staying there almost like international students. Brought the environment down to a backpacker level. Sharing eke year is with young adults swearing and bringing groceries in etc Would not stay there again. The dorsett next door same price and 100 times more comfortable

1. The apartment is very large, the master bedroom faces the sea, with a big bed. The second bedroom is actually a study room, so there is no window. There is a bathroom separated from the master bedroom, and both sides can enter. 2. Sanitation is ok, the kitchenware is clean, the washing machine is still new, the dryer is a bit old but clean 3. Free parking. It is better to leave a comment when booking. When you arrive, stop at the door or on the side of the road. When you go in and check in, you will be given a sensor 4. Walk straight to the pacific fair and cross the bridge for 15 minutes. The restaurant will open in the evening and the store will close at about 5:30. There are Mobike bikes available for rent. 5. Going in the opposite direction to the pacific fair is the beach. There are not many people and there are lifeguards during working hours. If you go north there is a larger children’s play area. Is the location similar to Oasis? 6. Before leaving, remember to throw away all the trash. Recycle the trash can in the garage. Put all dirty tableware in the dishwasher. If it is too dirty, it seems that the hotel will charge a cleaning fee of $75 starting

Awesome apartment with all the amenities and great views. Very close to a range of public transport and restaurants/ mall. The apartment has everything you need, including parking. Make sure to ask for pool towels on your arrival because we didn’t know they provided these until the end of our stay. Only a few things to note, the glass table in our lounge was not secure so just be mindful if you have kids. Also the couch needed a good vacuum as bits of food, dust, etc were down the sides of it. We only could get little bits cleaned up (as pictured) because our room vacuum, the suction wasn’t that great and it was partially broken.
