Most of the staff were lovely and friendly, however the staff in the 10th floor restaurant could have been a bit friendlier and more responsive. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Antalya for our honeymoon and had a lovely experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We really appreciated the thoughtful honeymoon decorations — it added a special touch to our stay. The complimentary Starbucks drinks were a pleasant surprise and definitely appreciated! One small hiccup was the air conditioning — due to the cold weather, it was turned off by default and we had to call reception to enable it. Thankfully, the staff responded promptly and resolved it quickly. Overall, a great stay with warm hospitality. Would definitely recommend!

My booking was on housekeeping, but after a while I started to adapt to the atmosphere. Honestly, the hotel is wonderful 🌟 — excellent service, delicious food 🍽️, and breathtaking views 🌊🌴. Some small notes: the cleanliness in the corridors could be improved 🧹, and the way to the rooms felt a bit complicated and hot 😕. It would be much nicer if staff could guide guests through the pool or garden area 🌺, which is more refreshing and shorter. Also, the hotel felt slightly old-fashioned, even though it is renovated — the finishing is not 100% perfect. Overall, it’s still a fantastic experience and I really enjoyed my stay here 😊.

This is a chic hotel with excellent service. I was given a room on the 9th floor, a very beautiful view. The location is wonderful, next to the park, the Aquarium, the promenade. You can sunbathe near the pool, where there are wonderful sun loungers with pillows, you can go through the pool to the sea, the beach is free for hotel guests, namely a sun lounger. The first row, where the large beds, sofas are paid, an extra charge of about 1000 lira. In the room there was a dispenser with soap, shower gel, napkins, also a stand with body cream, shampoo, balm, toothbrush paste, washcloth, cotton pads, sticks, shower cap, replenished every day. Water is given two 1.5 liter bottles. Breakfasts and dinners are very good, for every taste. At breakfast filter coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice. Thank you very much to the hotel for the excellent service. I have stayed many times, and I consider it one of the best.

I stayed there 3 nights with my friend. It was nice experience. The location was good.It walked 15 mins to MarkAntalya shopping mall and the old town bazaar just walked 25mins by the hotel. There were so many shops nearby. We felt great there. The first day the room was small and warm as face to sun after 1pm till to evening. It was too hot inside the room but we requested to change other room. The second room was spacious and cosy. The breakfast was local simple food but it was good and healthy. Overall it was good, cleaned and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Modern hotel , clean , massive outdoor swimming pool , indoor swimming pool , sauna , steam room, all included in price , We went all-inclusive they offered breakfast from 7am till 10am then a late breakfast from 10am till 11am Lunch was served from 12.30pm till 2.30pm plenty of selections from crossaints , toast , cereals all your meats ham , chicken, omelette freshly prepared sausages, even the traditional Turkish delight, the hotel had a range of foods, dinner had cooking stations different food every day roast chicken , lamb donner meat , pasta station, chicken skewers, grilled chicken , meatballs chips soups lots of selections and a range of desserts from cheese cake, Swiss rolls , fruit apples bananas oranges , choclate mouses Also supper consists of a range of soups with breads pancakes , list goes on , There was a diet menu with salads , also coffee and cake is avalaible at 3pm till 4pm I'm bar area , The bar is free drinks from 10am till 11pm excellent service cocktails included , only do half pints though found that strange , Table service drinks were always topped up didn't need to queue at bar and they were so friendly and a great staff team restaurant staff bringing water to the table , Reception is open 24 hours , security on gates only hotel guests allowed in , they offered a spa on site very expensive loads of better value else where , there is a shop on site , also taxi rank is outside cost £18 in taxi from airport to hotel and £12 back from the rank plenty of bars and restaurants and shopping centres in area and dentists if looking for work Lovely views of sea and mountains ,

We were in this hotel with my son and friends in June 2025: mixed feelings. Overall, the holiday was good: the children did not puke, did not catch any infection. The rooms are clean, thanks to the girl from the reception Laure, she checked us in very quickly and clearly answered all the questions, after that, how many times did we approach the men at the reception with questions, they sent us to the guest relations, although we ourselves were free, and there was a line at the guest relations. The hotel has excellent food, a convenient pier, but there is a huge minus: the hotel is simply huge, the restaurant feels like a train station, dense rows of sun loungers, stretching into the distance and a crowd of crowds everywhere. No desire to return
