The room is comfortable and warm, with a good view! I had a fever when I arrived at the hotel. I called the front desk and immediately helped find a doctor to come to the hotel for diagnosis. The service was warm and thoughtful!

The Four Seasons Hotel in Madrid is in a very good location.
It is next to Starbucks and has all kinds of food and beverage.
It is next door to Hermes and other brands.
The whole hotel is very new, and the room layout is very good.
It is spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is also spacious and bright.
The lobby is elegant and has the boldness of Spain, and it is magnificent.
The breakfast is average, with too few choices.
But it is nice to sit outdoors and enjoy the scenery.
The enthusiasm of the waiters is also limited... It is just average.
This is the only regret...
In short, if you only consider the living comfort, you will still choose the Four Seasons. The room will not go wrong.

All good except that room should have hot water flask or kettle. Breakfast was great too. Centrally located with accessibility to many amenities. A small but clean and great hotel! Strongly recommended!

Went to meet a friend at their cafe and was very impressed with the black and gold colour scheme throughout the lobby and the cafe area.
The cafe has a nice seating layout with very comfortable sofa’s and some decent arm chairs.
The service is also second to none & the coffee was really nice. It also was rather reasonably priced considering the location.
Would definitely recommend it if you’re in the area :)

This is a serious complaint about the restaurant Market of this hotel. I stayed here for three days this time, every time I sit there for more than 10mins just to wait for service. Others western tourists got served the water immediately. The waiter also did small talk with them, but me? Totally ignored by all the waiters!
I have to call them, after I just ordered the sandwich then the waiter grabbed the menu from me! I have to chase him to ask for tea!

What an amazing stay we had at the Madrid Edition. It’s such a beautiful and well appointed hotel. Very friendly and professional staff. The rooms are spacious and have nice amenities. The hotel has an excellent lobby bar, a perfect cocktailbar and a club! We loved everything about it. We will definitely come back!!

This is my favorite hotel in Madrid, no one! ! So this time I stayed at this hotel for ten days. First of all, the hotel is classic, from every decoration of the hotel to the clothing of the service staff, every minute feels like a big movie! Besides, the breakfast at the hotel is one of my favorite buffets, and I can't get tired of eating for 10 days. There are miso soups and sushi for Asian tastes, as well as various hams and developed meats! Also, tell you in a secret way that you meet Mourinho in the breakfast restaurant. Don't ask me who I am. But I saw everyone talking quietly, no one bothered to sign or anything. PS, at the New Year, quietly decorated the room 😂

I have stayed in many NH hotels in Europe, and this one is the best one so far. First of all, I like the layout of the lobby very much. Because there is a bar, it is very convenient. Secondly, the layout of the room is very reasonable and comfortable, and the breakfast is great. The only drawback is that I live on the 10th floor, the water pressure is too low, and the water pressure in the shower is too small.

The service provided by every single staff ranging from front desk to concierge was excellent and flawless. Mario (front desk), Enrique/Alex/Miguel (concierge) we super helpful to help arrange for our tours to Avila and Segovia. The best service we have received from a 5-star hotel the past 5 years we have been to!

I really love this hotel. I welcome cakes and bear candy on the first day. It is delicious, and the quality of the toiletries is very good. The hotel has a free mobile internet, a deposit of 200 Euros, and a refund. The breakfast area is small but it is really pleasant. The location is very good, close to Puerta del Sol and Retiro Park. However, the cleaning staff had a bad attitude and often opened the door directly into the room. I stayed for three nights and only made the bed one night. One night when I returned to the hotel, I found that the door card for power supply had been pulled out. There were hairs on the towels in the bathroom. The mini bar was not replenished in time. As a five-star hotel, there are many areas that need improvement.From€166

The hotel is very close to the metro system, which makes it convenient for getting around the city. The design is truly interesting – each floor has a different style, which makes the hotel unique and fun to explore. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Breakfast is decent with a good selection.
However, due to the focus on design, some comfort and functionality are a bit sacrificed. We stayed on the 3rd floor, which is quite dark. The room itself felt small because of the large marble table and fixed bench that take up a lot of space and can’t be moved. The pillows are also quite unusual and could definitely be more comfortable.
Overall, it’s a stylish and memorable place, especially for design lovers, but travelers looking for a more practical and cozy stay might find it less comfortable.From€112

I stayed again at Vincci Soho Madrid and, as always, it was a great experience. The service was excellent, and this time I was given a slightly upgraded room in another wing of the hotel, which made my stay even better. The location is fantastic – right in the heart of the Barrio de Las Letras, close to everything: great restaurants, museums, and walking distance to the main sights. It was my first time in Madrid. We travelled with my mom to celebrate her birthday and the choice couldn't be better. The location is super convenient just walking distance from the Royal Palace and many other touristic spots. The food at breakfast is varied and delicious, the smell of the hotel and the room (mint) is so delicious and the cherry on top is the super kind staff who are willing to help at anytime. The location of the hotel is just wonderful! It’s close to the train station. And it just takes 10-15 min by car to major tourist spots. We have booked 5 rooms for our families. The rooms are clean. But the bed room is relatively small as compared to the size of the bathrooms. The staff are generally friendly. However, there are times when we can’t get the support we need. For example, some of our rooms don’t have bottled water and the staff asked us to pay to buy water. But for some other rooms, there are complimentary bottles of water.From€128

Staff were very friendly. Room was basic but comfy and clean, just a little bit hot even I turned on the aircon to the highest level.
Breakfast was great with lots of fresh fruits and food, bread and nice coffee (my personal preference though 😋 ) ham was soso though.
The only minor point was I took a few dishes, they were not cleaned and sticky at the bottom with some sauce still on them. Not sure if it's just an accident, but the hotel may need some attention to it.From€89

The hotel's location is good, and the facilities are decent, but the soundproofing is extremely poor. You can clearly hear guests talking right outside your room door, the sound of water running from the room upstairs is very loud, and even conversations from pedestrians outside the window are perfectly audible. I specifically requested a room away from the elevator when booking, but the two rooms we were given, 135/136, were directly opposite the elevator. I lost a whole night's sleep and then had a long flight the next day, which was genuinely exhausting. I strongly do not recommend this hotel unless you have excellent sleep quality.From€65

This was my second stay at this hostel and it's still amazing. One of the best hostels I have stayed at in Europe. It is well located - right off the Mayor Plaza. Close to bus routes and not too far from the subway.
The hostel staff are super friendly and always available - 24hr front desk. They are hapy to have a chat with you and make recommendations and give advice - or just sing along to whatever is playing from the bar. They weresuper gracious and helped to arrange my friends and I in the same room - even though we all had individual bookings.
The rooftop is excellent. We spent several siesta's up there; reading and chatting and having a drink. Just note that the rooftop bar is a public space and at times sections of it are booked for events. But otherwise the view of the rooftops and the church dome are worth it.
The rooms are spacious enough, as is the private bathroom. There are additional bathrooms on each floor - gendered. The bunk ladders are a little steep on the steps - my shorter friend struggled getting up to her bunk - we had to use the foot stool to assist. But the ability to have two people using the bathroom in the room at a time made for easy use - especially with only 6 people in our dorm.
The free margarita making each night from 9pm and the bar crawl are worth checking out. My friend also also did the walking tour - and said she found it super informative and. chill. Lots of food recommendations and the group all grabbed lunch together after the tour.From€14

Location is superb! We spent 4 days in Madrid and literally just walked the whole time, that’s how convenient the location is!
Both public areas and the room are very clean and well maintained. The room’s ambiance is nice and stylish. All amenities are new and functional. Absolutely love our room!!
Breakfast is another highlight. There is a decent selection of food and all very yummy! Especially the assortment of hams and salamis.
The staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially Marcos who helped us with check-in on our first day.
