The room is clean and self-check-in is convenient. Our family, four adults and one child, has two queen beds and two double beds which are enough for us. There is a bed behind the living room that is separated by a curtain, so there is no problem for a family. It may be a little inconvenient for several families. Two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and we have cooked a few meals. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine which are very convenient. Cleaned every day. Just no kitchen scissors. There was also a little lack of coffee. Five people who stayed for three nights were only given two coffee capsules. Others are perfect. like very much. The location is very good, just ten minutes walk to Sun Palace Square. Retiro Park is not far either.

Hotel staff are great! The location is also very good, very convenient! The room is very large, it is more suitable for a family or a few families to live together, shopping, restaurants are very many!

The stay was better than expected since the reviews said the noise was bad.. honestly it’s very acceptable and by 22:30 there’s not much noise. We travelled with our two children and they weren’t affected at all!! Only issue we had was with check in.. the email link didn’t work and we tried to call 5 times and no one answered.. all this to find out that the shop next door deals with check ins 😂😂😂😂 The apartment was really clean and well decorated ~ too bad we couldn’t stay longer.

The single room is small but functional, with everything necessary for a short stay. Perfect location, even a beautiful view from the balcony.

Very nice hotel apartment with a good location. There are two coffee shops and supermarkets just outside the door. The rooms are decorated in an industrial style, and they are very elegant and tidy. The laundry ball and detergent for the dishwasher are all prepared. The new set of dishwashing and cleaning utensils looks very hygienic and intimate. The pots and pans are all lined up. The washing machine is equipped with drying. Let us wash the clothes for a few days. Angrily pushed. The only downside is that there is no parking lot. The recommended parking lot charged us 32 euros for less than a day

The apartment was immaculately clean and tidy, equipped with a washing machine, a kitchen, and a coffee machine, with complimentary coffee pods provided. The location was superb; all main attractions were within walking distance, and there was a row of small restaurants right downstairs. The surrounding area was very lively, but thanks to the excellent soundproofing of the windows, it wasn't noisy at all. The subway entrance was literally just a few steps downstairs, though we didn't end up using the metro during our stay. Getting there from the airport was easy: a 5-euro ride on the 203 airport bus takes you to the train station, and the apartment is just a few hundred meters' walk from there. When we wanted to do laundry, the host promptly provided laundry detergent pods. This apartment was very comfortable for a family stay, and we highly recommend it.

The traffic is very convenient, not far from the subway; in the downtown area, watching people come and go is very fireworks; the service is particularly good 👍👍 It feels much more interesting than staying in a hotel.

Stayed 5 nights. Apartment itself is clean and adequately stocked up with appliances, utensils, tea coffee , oil, etc. Good! Note: It’s located about 8-9 metro stops from Gran Via or Sol. Takes 15 mins to walk to apartment from the nearest Metro Nuevo Numancia. This area is a ghetto. Not the prettiest. Doesn’t look safe either.  Did not receive access code to access apartment . Called Olala three times until finally a staff managed to send WA to my mobile just as our train pulled into Madrid. Took 1.5 hours for this. Had to scramble to key in passport details to check in before access code is given. You need to call Olala Homes coz they do not reply to emails or messages on Trip.com. Staff was helpful.  Would I stay here again? No. There are affordable apartments near Sol or Gran Via areas.  Olala Homes overall is good. But not the one at Nueva Numancia.
