Overall, our experience was very positive. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and courteous, and they made every effort to fulfill the requests we had. The only drawback is the lack of nearby shops, so we would recommend arriving with all necessary items in advance. Aside from that, the stay was comfortable and well managed.

What really set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. Every staff member, from the front desk to the restaurant, was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety as well The only minor thing was that the aircon was leaking but immediately addressed by the maintenance, but it didn't detract from our overall experience.
