This is our go to place in Mexico City, great location (other than problems with Uber due to road closed in front of US Embassy which blocks one access completely). Staff are pretty good, fair pricing.. just stay away from Danubio tower and get the Reforma side. Had 2 issues last visit with show curtains not being water proof, so bathroom floor would get wet and main room door was difficult to close (514). Spoke to front desk and customer service contacted me with an upgrade.

The room was very clean. There's a Chinese restaurant not far from the hotel, and the food was excellent. The hotel environment is nice, and the layout is comfortable. The transparent elevator is a unique feature. A more varied breakfast would have been nice.

Exceptional experience ! Ultimate Ritz Carlton experience, would highly recommend if you travel to Mexico City! Definitely get one of the best view in Mexico City from your room , it truly exceed my expectation of a Ritz Carlton hotel. Extremely good service and always address you by your name. We encounter some problems within the room in the beginning, however the front office manager solve it very quickly which is excellent. It was a superb experience staying at this hotel. Almost everything is perfectly done and I was amazed from the front desk, the cafeteria, the rooms, breakfast services and choices of food. I experienced great hospitality comparing to other hotels nearby. I told my friends in New york and California to book at Zocalo Central hotel if they are visiting Mexico city. The centro historico is a great location where the hotel us located. See you again. Thanks Zocalo, you are amazingly one of a kind place to stay away from home.

This is the second time to stay at this hotel. I traveled to Mexico six years ago and was deeply impressed by this old hotel. . . The internal environment of the old hotel is impeccably beautiful, but the facilities in the guest rooms are too outdated. The security scope of the gate square has been ”expanded”, and it is not very convenient to get in and out to call a taxi~

We like this hotel. Good location I. A good, safe neighbourhood beside the angel of independence statue. We stayed at the King size bed room on the 10th floor with s views of the city. And free access to the exclusive Brisas Business Lounge that offer fast check-in, concierge service ,specialty coffes and soft drinks all day and free breakfast and light dinner, snakes and an alcohol drink in the evening. We had a little incident at the room but the staff was quick to fix it.

We enjoyed our 3 nights stay at PF hotel & suites. The young guy doing night shift at check in counter gave the best service! We checked in at 3 a.m on 20 November. , he saw our taxi and promptly came to open the entrance door for us. We saw him on different evenings and he was always smiling. The hotel housekeeping did a splendid job! The room was very clean. The furnishings and furniture might be a bit dated, but at such a convenient location, this hotel is highly recommended at this affordable rate. There are great Korean gimbab & fried chicken little shop right next to the hotel if you crave Asian food. A short walk away, there are several local Mexican restsurants, cafes and street food stalls.

AMAZING HOTEL - such a good caring friendly polite staff; very safe , good security , but hotel itself is historical building with such a big history and they have FREE tours to get to know hotel. Is has special rooms , bar - all is form 100 years ago, with such a soul and character . We enjoyed a lot out stay. Breakfast is good , have everything you need , recommend to take with breakfast. Location is also great, 5 minutes to tour buses, Angel square , many coffee shops and restaurants. RECOMMEDED !! Rooms are also fine , clean , have windows . We would definitely stay there again

The hotel exceeded expectations and is suitable for business and family travel. The room is relatively new, but the water pressure is not good if you live on the 5th floor. The surrounding environment of the hotel is a bit complicated. If you travel by Uber or Didi, you don’t have to worry. The police cars in Mexico City sound the alarm all night to crack down on crimes, which also disturbs the public. In short, the culture is there, but the development is indeed backward. The English penetration rate is average. If you don’t know Spanish, you won’t be able to survive in Mexico. However, Chinese brands are doing well in Mexico, and there are advertisements of Chinese brands everywhere.

The room was big and comfortable. The pool was small but clean and well kept. The staff were always very pleasant and helpful. The location is right next to a few banks, shops and the metro is within 5 minutes walk. The area felt very safe as it’s nearby some embassies. The only thing that was not great was the elevator. It was extremely slow, you had to always push both up and down for it to arrive on your floor. So most times you’d go to then go down. And I did get stuck in the elevator once with a few other people. They did get us our rather quickly though. They are renovating so hopefully soon their new elevator will be operational.
