The Garden Suites

Hello I refer to my stay at your apartment whereby we checked in on 15/01/24. Firstly i would like to point out the two faults we noticed straight away (melted plug socket caused by the kettle plug and the door handle falling apart from the inside) Secondly, upon coming back to our apartment after spending the evening in Madrid, we found that we were unable to enter the building due to the key cards no longer working. Could not get in contact with anyone from the apartment with also the emergency contact not picking up either. We waited outside until 6am before we were able to access the apartment, during which time one of our party was pick pocketed. The managers then did finally get in contact after we questioned for a refund in which they said we could have a full refund but only if we removed our low score rating on *******. Says it all about the integrity of this place. Shame as potential to be great.

Pros: Clean, location. Cons: Sinking mattress. Property is right in front of pub. Too noisy so forget about getting any sleep. Soundproofing is nonexistent. Was at Hotel Montera across the street for 2 nights after this hotel but there, you can’t hear any noise. Now that is what I call soundproofing so property manager saying it’s inevitable is just an excuse.

We stayed for 1 week & enjoyed our 1st floor Dalia Suite. The exterior is very cute, being covered with foliage. Suite was spacious, had robes slippers, umbrellas (& being late Oct. it did rain a lot). Bed very comfortable. Great location, as you are in the middle of the city with tons of amazing food/beverage/late night options within walking distance. My fiancé and I felt safe walking back late at night, but would not recommend to do it alone. The city is large but Ubers/Bolts were very inexpensive & accessible. Would stay here again!

We love our stay. Is close to the center of Madrid. There’s a little of noise in the surroundings but nothing unmanageable.

Perfect just a little busy area at night. If you can’t sleep in busy area, don’t go there; otherwise it’s perfect. Triple glazing required

Loved the apartment but incredibly LOUD at night due to restaurants and foot traffic outside.

Lovely and nicely furnished apartment in a great location. Close to everything and everywhere. Sol Train station & Gran Via nearby. Very modern apartment. We are a family of 5 and we stayed for 3 nights.
