On a business trip in Europe, I passed through Prague, Czech Republic, and chose to stay at the Four Seasons Hotel near Charles Bridge on the Vltava River. The hotel is great, old-fashioned traditional hotel style, exquisite rooms, excellent restaurant, serving breakfast, dinner and tea. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the famous Old Town Square. There are various types of power switches in hotel rooms, and it takes some time to figure them out.

The room is comfortable and of moderate size. The shower room is spacious and clean. The bedding is comfortable and makes you sleep well. The hotel restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced. It is only 10 minutes away from Charles Bridge, which is very convenient. However, the deposit of the hotel has not been returned yet. I don't know what is going on.

Staff was attentive and provided excellent service. Hotel was so charming but still clean with modern amenities. Bathrooms had heated floors!! Beautiful views and adorable courtyard. Would highly recommend.

Exceptional stay at the Fairmont Prague. The welcome was warm, the service outstanding, and the staff consistently attentive to every need. Amenities were excellent and true to the Fairmont standard. Housekeeping was impeccable, and the overall experience left us feeling relaxed and well cared for. A perfect complement to the charm of Prague. Not recommended! Very not recommended! This hotel has a big problem with the system. First of all, I paid the room fee online, but when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk asked me to pay again and again, and finally communicated and solved it. Then on the second night of check-in, we received an inexplicable consumption deduction. I communicated with the front desk and the system swiped my authorization again. It was midnight when we left, and the front desk asked me to pay the room fee again. We communicated repeatedly and said that we had paid it, and sent them the conformation email. In short, it took a long time to let us go, and finally delayed my tax refund time. Then the hotel service staff are actually quite professional. Then their hot spring experience is very, very good, and the staff are also very enthusiastic. But the room window cannot be opened, and the toilet exhaust system is not good and stuffy. Although the staff are very cute, I don't recommend this hotel.

Overall it was very good, the front desk service was responsive, enthusiastic and proactive, taking our luggage and guiding us. But I would like to remind my friends that the porridge written for breakfast is different from the porridge for Chinese food, it is cooked with milk and there is no rice.

For a five-star hotel, the hygiene was excellent, but the facilities felt a bit dated. Specifically, there was nowhere to place my phone or other items next to the toilet in the bathroom, which resulted in my phone falling off the toilet paper holder's metal cover. Additionally, the sink was a bit shallow. However, these minor points aside, the location is a little out of the way, but it's very close to the station and within walking distance of the city center. The service was absolutely top-notch. Disposable slippers, razors, and tissues were readily available, and anything else you might need could be requested from the front desk. Overall, the experience was excellent. The hotel's atrium interior was luxuriously decorated and quite impressive.

The new hotel has good facilities, environment and hygiene. The service staff are also very enthusiastic and have a good service attitude. I will stay in this hotel next time I go to Prague. The location of the hotel is also good and convenient to go anywhere.

The family room booked is actually two rooms. The bed is large. The disadvantage is that the sewer is a bit smelly and needs to be improved. I think the location is good, 20 minutes walk to the old town. The nearby Vietnamese pho and arctic chocolate can be praised. The best thing is that malatang can come back from the old town to eat.
