Our 2-night stay at Hyatt Regency, City of Dreams Manila, was truly exceptional! PLUS We were fortunate to book our 3rd night free stay through our casino points, and it turned out to be such a wonderful experience. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel very welcome with their warm hospitality and efficiency. The room was modern, spacious, and spotless, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were extremely cozy, ensuring a restful night after enjoying the excitement of the City of Dreams complex. We also loved the convenient access to dining options, entertainment, and of course, the casino. What stood out the most was the impeccable service — the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a luxury getaway, and we’re so grateful for the experience.

Stayed for one night and could stayed within hotel area without going outside. Room was clean and decorated nicely. Enjoyed sunset at pool bar with nice wind. Int'l buffet restaurant had many variety. There are low rate casino tables and easy to play. I pretty liked almosphere of Solaire and surely want to visit again and stay longer. Strongly recommended !

We had a very good time here in Nobu hotel specially my kids!! Also better sleep 😌 … the staff are very nice, accommodating, friendly , helpful, always smiling specially kua Drew the pool attendant ..

Stayed for 4 nights over the past weekend. The connection to Ayala Mall is a plus point. The service of the restaurant staff must be commended. One of the day, the room was not cleaned up. Another day, a wet bathroom mat was placed on the sofa (yekks). The eco-green card that i placed on my sheets went missing. There is a musky smell in the corridor on some levels, esp. L5, where it is connected to the pool. Additionally, there is a sewage smell emanating from a corner of the family room. The soundproofing of the window and door is not good, I can hear noise from the corridor and from the swimming pool. The breakfast is good, with a reasonable selection, albeit not much change over the days.

For a space focused on convenience and views, this place delivers. The semi view of Manila Bay and the access to a pool are highlights. Practical amenities like a full kitchen, washing machine, reliable hot water, working AC, and easy garbage disposal made our stay comfortable. The main negative was a strong, bad smell originating from a small room facing the kitchen – we bought several air fresheners. Ultimately though, the combination of ample space and the unbeatable location right by Okada and shopping malls outweighed the odor issue for us. Ms. Rose is also kind and responded quickly to our needs. Good value considering the prime spot.

Great place!!! Place is more of a hotel combined apartment. It has an induction stove, coffee maker (top brand), fridge, kettle and cutleries and pans and stuff making your stay more comfortable if you just want to chill and stay indoors. Hotel is located near ayala malls making it more interesting. Hotel is clean and room is very spacious. I requested a single bed and queen bed but they offered me 2 queen beds making my 2 kids comfortable in their stay. I would really recommend this hotel as it looks very new.parking is amazing. Pool is wide and very nice but also water is cold. Buffet breakfast has few little choices and offers sharing seats with pther guests. Staff were friendly and helpful. Elevators are fast but also has a very fast closing times (please check on that-my daughter had near missed) room is quiet and so as hallways.

The place is really nice. It's really clean and comfy. Good for families as well. Sad that we were not able to enjoy the pool during the stay due to bad weather. Hopefully, soon, they will have motorcycle parking and more convenient stores.
