City of Dreams - Nobu Hotel Manila

We loved our stay. The room and bed is very comfy. And the pool nd poolsiide is very nice. Easy check in and out. With complimentary bday cake. Thank you

Pros: • Have a nice view if facing the pool • Clean, fresh rooms, comfy beds, free minibar & espresso. • Impressive, spacious gym shower facilities stocked with full toiletries, hairdryers, water, and fresh fruit. Cons: • Delayed check-in past 4 PM as rooms weren't ready on time. • AC set freezing cold upon arrival. • Basic 4ft pool with no slides or recreational features; limited free on-site activities . Breakfast: • Disappointing selection and lack of variety, especially for the price point (much weaker spread than Novotel).

We booked for our anniversary as my wife has always wanted to stay at Nobu. Check in went well and the staff was friendly they also sent a cake and a card up for a little surprise for our anniversary. However. We wanted to celebrate our evening in the Nobu restaurant. Only to find it was closed for a private event. So we went to another restaurant instead. During check in we were told that the swimming pool opened at 7am. However when we went down at 9am the pool was closed for maintenance and won’t open until 11 am. Bit surprising that maintenance was being carried out on a Saturday and Not good when checkout is at 12 a staff member did say we could use another pool but made out he was doing us a favour and not really apologetic. Bottom line is. It was a ok stay. I wouldn’t rush back and for the amount of money we paid.

I stayed for the first time in City of Dreams Nobu Hotel and it was a great and relaxing experience with my family. It was my post bday celebration and enjoyed their gym, pool and the spacious room. Plus i got free mini bar drinks and snack and a bday cake. Thanks Nobu! I will be back again and recommend it to friends and family.

I really enjoyed my stay! I went with my friends, and we went swimming but too sad we weren’t allowed to swim at the other side of the pool. I hope it will be allowed for both since Nobu’s pool is only for kids.

The hotel is good in overall but the bathroom and working desk need to be improved especially the working chair is not adjustable. Not friendly for business traveller

The room had two double sized beds instead of two queen sized beds as advertised. Service was all okay too except when it took a bit too long for our bags to be delivered to our room that we had to call the front desk to follow up. The nicest part was the free cake and greeting for the birthday of one of my companions. Overall, our stay was great but nothing too special except for the birthday setup.

Nice service. Very professional staffs. Top-notch facilities. Squeaky clean room service.
