At first I couldn't find the way, and the boss came out to pick me up. The boss is very good and very careful to introduce the facilities of my homestay and take me up. I live on the third floor. When I open the door, I feel that I want the comfortable personal space. There are also some aromatherapy books in the room. Very intimate ～ I also introduced me to a lot of Hengchun Kenting to see the place. Next time I come to Hengchun Talk will also stay here ～

Encountered a few minor problems, but the lady boss’s service was too good, and they were all resolved. From a hearty breakfast to a variety of warm tips and introductions. When I finally left, there was a problem with the car reservation, and the lady boss arranged a special car. This service is worth 6 stars

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, from the greeter at the door, front desk staff, and lobby manager to the restaurant and bar, and room service, every single staff member greeted me with a smile and offered warm, attentive service. This truly showcased the quality of an established five-star hotel. While the furniture, bathroom facilities, and amenities in the room were indeed a bit dated, which is common in many older European hotels, the professional, warm, and thoughtful service completely made up for these shortcomings. The breakfast, once rated as the best in Europe, certainly lived up to its reputation. The rooftop bar offers a fantastic view of the Sagrada Familia. The hotel's location is superb, right in the middle of Passeig de Gràcia, surrounded by various restaurants, bars, and convenience stores. The room was spacious, and the bedding was comfortable. Facing away from the main street, it was incredibly quiet, and it even had a universal adapter. This is definitely one of the best choices for a trip to Barcelona.

It wasn't just the front desk; every staff member throughout the hotel, from the pool attendants to the restaurant servers, made us feel comfortable, cared for, and truly valued. My elderly travel companions are quite particular about their food, and they had a few unconventional requests. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate them, and that feeling of being prioritized was truly wonderful. The room's view also deserves a special mention! The moment I pulled back the curtains, I was absolutely stunned. The panoramic sea view outside was breathtaking and magnificent, with planes occasionally flying by. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach, and at night, you can see countless lights twinkling. Even at midnight, people were everywhere on the beach, chatting, playing beach volleyball, and even doing Western-style line dancing. Every photo you take turns out picture-perfect. Facilities and dining also didn't disappoint. The outdoor pool environment was fantastic; just soaking in it and enjoying the view was incredibly relaxing. The breakfast spread was super diverse, offering a full range of Chinese and Western options, hot and cold dishes, fruits, and desserts. Every morning, we started our day feeling satisfied and happy. For dinner, we opted for a set menu, and the portions were incredibly generous – enough to easily fill two people, and the taste was spot-on. All in all, whether it's the service, the environment, or the dining, the W Barcelona excels in every aspect. Next time I'm in Barcelona, I'll most likely choose this hotel again! Absolutely fantastic!

Great hotel staff. Very helpful and friendly employees! Always ready to help: with a taxi, with recommendations, with booking tickets. Very good breakfasts, they meet and see you off. The only thing I can say is the air conditioning in the room, I couldn't get used to it and I was cold, the robe saved me 😁😅 Everything else, and especially the location, is great! We stayed for 4 nights and were grateful to the hotel for upgrading our room. The hotel is very new, with double sinks in the bathroom, and the shower facilities are modern and clean. The amenities provided are also high-end, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a really good night's sleep. The service was excellent; the Chinese ladies at the front desk were warm and friendly, and they answered all our questions enthusiastically – a definite highlight! The hotel breakfast was good, and you could even order complimentary pancakes or omelets, so getting a full meal was no problem at all. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with many highly-rated restaurants nearby, making it super convenient for getting around. A 5-minute walk to the left takes you to Casa Milà, and about a 15-minute walk brings you to Casa Batlló (where you'll also find the Gràcia metro and train stations). Turning right and walking for 5 minutes leads you to Provença metro station, which is very handy for getting to Mount Tibidabo. All in all, we were extremely satisfied with our 5-day, 4-night stay in Barcelona, and I highly recommend this hotel!

It's right next to El Corte Inglés department store, with several local supermarkets, Asian grocery stores, and restaurants nearby. The metro station is also very close, making it super convenient. The room felt a bit dated, but the facilities were decent. There wasn't a main light in the room, so it was a bit dim. The kitchen was excellent and well-equipped for cooking. The price was good, and I would definitely recommend this hotel!

My only minor complaint is that the duvet didn't have a cover; it was just two sheets wrapped around it. When I called room service to change it, they said that's how they all are...

I booked this hotel because I was looking for one close to Plaça de Catalunya! It's in a great location for getting around, and the room was clean and nice! It seemed well soundproofed too, so I slept really well. There's a pool on the rooftop, but it looked like it wasn't operating in February. It would be great to visit in the summer, but even now, with the slightly chilly spring weather, it was wonderful! All the staff were friendly, which made it even better! If I ever come back to Spain, I'd love to stay here again.
