At first I couldn't find the way, and the boss came out to pick me up. The boss is very good and very careful to introduce the facilities of my homestay and take me up. I live on the third floor. When I open the door, I feel that I want the comfortable personal space. There are also some aromatherapy books in the room. Very intimate ～ I also introduced me to a lot of Hengchun Kenting to see the place. Next time I come to Hengchun Talk will also stay here ～

This has to be the hotel with the best service in Havana! 💯 Whenever we had an issue, they'd immediately find a way to help us solve it. During our stay, we wanted to visit some places that are usually off-limits to tourists, and after much effort trying to sort it out ourselves, the hotel staff and owner managed to make it happen for us! The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it's not a problem at all. They can arrange transportation for you, whether you prefer something affordable or a bit more luxurious – it's up to you. The hotel is incredibly clean, and the laundry service is fantastic; they wash and return your clothes on the same day, which is super convenient, haha. The best part is that whatever you need, they'll do their best to accommodate you. They never say, 'We can't' or 'We don't know.' It's always, 'Yes, we can!' or 'No problem!'

The location is good. It takes a few steps to reach the magnificent Havana Hotel. The hotel lobby is open from north to south. Tourists can walk through it and see the sea. Along the sea is the Seaside Boulevard. The hotel chef can make freshly fried eggs for breakfast, which is a good point. However, I am more concerned about the lack of electric kettles in the room. There is a restaurant opposite the hotel, which seems to be called 21. The dishes are good and the price is not expensive. In general, I do not recommend traveling to Cuba. The biggest problem is the serious air pollution caused by car exhaust. The old cars that can be seen everywhere have seriously exceeded the emission standards. Walking on the seaside boulevard, there is a smell of exhaust gas, and the sea breeze cannot blow it away. I dare not open the window of the hotel room in the morning. Once I open it, there is a smell of car exhaust, even though I already live on the 7th floor.

We lived in a deluxe room. The room is excellent, spacious, with high ceilings, furnished in a neo-colonial style, with floor-to-ceiling windows leading to a balcony. We are very pleased with the room, shower room, and cleanliness. Breakfast is perhaps more modest than we expected, judging by the reviews, but it was enough for us: omelette with vegetables, fresh tomatoes, ham, cheese, toast, butter, jam, coffee, fruit. The hotel as a whole leaves a pleasant impression: freshly renovated, green courtyard. Located about a kilometer from Prado Boulevard. That is, from the historical part of Havana to get to the hotel you need to go through the areas in which Havanese live with all the flavor inherent in these places. We preferred to walk through the embankment, especially since the street on which the hotel is located goes straight to the Malecon. We warmly remember the friendly hostess of the hotel and her assistant, daughter Brenda. Thank you for the warm welcome!
