The deluxe Suite was clean. The room also had a great TV with the possibility of Netflix and amazon prime. The AC was working well. The room service was nice.

To be exact, it is a private hotel, not a hotel. The price is on the high side, the room is clean and larger. There are no toiletries and slippers. There are basically no supporting facilities in normal hotels.

I absolutely loved this hotel — it’s truly the best hotel in Barcelona! The classic and luxurious theme gives it a special charm. The room size is amazing; although it says 24 sqm, it feels much bigger, especially the bathroom, which is surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels. One very thoughtful detail is that the room includes an adapter converter, which was extremely helpful for us with UK plugs. Another lovely touch is the chocolate they place on the bed every day after housekeeping — such a sweet gesture! The location is perfect, right in the middle between the two most popular tourist areas. The Big Bus stop is also right outside, which makes getting around so easy, especially if you plan to use the hop-on hop-off bus. I definitely recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay here again!

First off, a huge shout-out to the service! From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, always with a genuine smile, and patiently answered all our questions. It wasn't just the front desk; every staff member throughout the hotel, from the pool attendants to the restaurant servers, made us feel comfortable, cared for, and truly valued. My elderly travel companions are quite particular about their food, and they had a few unconventional requests. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate them, and that feeling of being prioritized was truly wonderful. The room's view also deserves a special mention! The moment I pulled back the curtains, I was absolutely stunned. The panoramic sea view outside was breathtaking and magnificent, with planes occasionally flying by. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach, and at night, you can see countless lights twinkling. Even at midnight, people were everywhere on the beach, chatting, playing beach volleyball, and even doing Western-style line dancing. Every photo you take turns out picture-perfect. Facilities and dining also didn't disappoint. The outdoor pool environment was fantastic; just soaking in it and enjoying the view was incredibly relaxing. The breakfast spread was super diverse, offering a full range of Chinese and Western options, hot and cold dishes, fruits, and desserts. Every morning, we started our day feeling satisfied and happy. For dinner, we opted for a set menu, and the portions were incredibly generous – enough to easily fill two people, and the taste was spot-on. All in all, whether it's the service, the environment, or the dining, the W Barcelona excels in every aspect. Next time I'm in Barcelona, I'll most likely choose this hotel again! Absolutely fantastic!

The facilities looked too old for a 5 star hotel. Even the coffee machine was too dirty so I had to wash it many times b4 I used it. The stains were hard to get off.. Locationwise, Its a little away from the main area. It wasnt too bad. The staffs were nice but next time if I visit Barcelona, I would stay at a hotel close to pl. catalunya where the airport bus stops. It was tiring to carry my luggage all the way to the bus station 🫠

Great hotel with great location and everything was very walkable. Hotel has no gym which was huge deal for me because I am athlete, however, I walked a lot around city which made up for it. Hotel staff is wonderful. From the front desk to the cleaning lady everyone went above and beyond. Would stay here again.

The hotel is in a great area close to the city centre and shopping Square and also close to the Metro and bus lines. The staff are very nice and amenities are good. As a female solo traveller I felt very safe in this hotel especially because it’s a LGBTQ+ but hetero friendly hotel. The beds are comfortable just be aware that the shower is see-through so if you’re sharing you will likely see the person taking a shower. The pool was also very nice for chilling in after a very long day of exploring. Just be careful of removing anything in the minibar. I removed some of the things and placed them on the table because I wanted to use the fridge to put my food and drinks that I bought myself . I unfortunately almost got charged for the things that I removed from the mini bar fridge even though I hadn’t consumed them. I did however explain to the receptionist that I returned all the drinks in the mini bar as I hadn’t consumed them.Overall I really enjoyed staying in this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Large, clean and comfortable room. No frills. It was summer but the air conditioning worked great. Staff were competent and polite but not exactly friendly. If you’re a tea drinker, you may wish to bring your own mug as the cups provided in the kitchen are sized for espresso and small. There were larger cups available at the breakfast buffet but we weren’t allowed to bring them to our room. The breakfast was lovely, I thought. Worth the 14 euros each. The spread was similar everyday but the food was such high quality I happily ate it three days in a row. Location was excellent. Didn’t realise it was 10 minutes walk to Av. Diagonal which has pretty tree-lined streets and nice shops in L’illa Mall Diagonal.

I stayed for two nights, and beyond what the pictures show, here's my personal take: 1. The room was spacious enough; even though it was long and narrow, it was perfectly fine. 2. The common areas are large and fully equipped, exactly like Moxy hotels back in China. 3. The biggest highlight 🌟 is the superb location! It's a five-minute walk from the train station, and with a Mercadona right downstairs, buying groceries couldn't be easier! It's also extremely close to both metro and bus stations, and if you love walking like I do, it's even more convenient! For example, Casa Milà is only a 25-minute walk away, and Plaça d'Espanya is just a 10-minute stroll.

the location is very good， and this hotel design is quite classic and modern. I love it！They even offer paste and tooth brush and slippers in the room which is out of expection！ Besides the devices，what I appreciated more is their service. The man （sorry that I don't know his name，who with Asian face） in front desk is really amazing！ We left our luggage for 2days since we needed to move to other city. They kept it well and when we went back to fetch， the guy lead us to a separate room for us to have privacy to sort out our stuffs in luggage before flight. That is really so much considerable！

I had booked a hotel on La Rambla for my previous trip to B****lona. . Since it is a famous street, we lived among thousands of people for 3 days. It was a disgrace. This time we chose H10 hotel. The location is very nice. Dozens of world brands on the street. It was very close to restaurants, even by walking. It was very nice to sit in the cafe with its lobby and pool. (Unfortunately, many hotels do not have outdoor areas.) When you arrive at the hotel, you have to go to your room immediately. Cleanliness, staff quality, 20 m2 room size, nespresso, water and sound insulation every day, and walking distance to every museum were excellent. It was also nice to be welcomed with champagne. If we come again, it will definitely be our choice.

Very nice hotel! The room was modern and clean, the stuff is very kind and allowed to check in a bit earlier, also helped me either some small requests and was very hospitable in general. I appreciate that a lot! Location is in walking distance from the metro station. There are different restaurants, cafes and supermarkets around. Breakfast was diverse and tasty, with a lot of choices like eggs, sausages, bacon, ham, cheese, vegetables, bakery etc.I recommend!
