We really thought this hotel was great and had even told them as much an hour or so prior, so one can imagine our surprise when we went for a quick evening meal and returned to find an employee and FOUR other women standing at our open door to the room, one of them apparently the owner. She sheepishly explained she was “ just checking our room” ( we had checked in only 6 hours before…), closed the door and she and her friends quickly went down the stairs. Flabbergasted, we called her to ask what was going on, where she told us that this was normal practice and she checks the rooms “every night for damages” and to empty the bin and this was “ just a coincidence …“. Would you have checked the room if we had been there at the time?? We think not. The fact that four other women, including the owner, happened to be in our room when we exited the lift is a complete violation of trust and no amount of squirming will convince me that this is normal practice, or indeed the truth. Nothing was taken, nor is there any accusation of such. However the body language of these women smacked of awkwardness because we happened to catch them there… If it was done in good faith why did your staff member not empty the bin, the reason we were given for 5 people in our room? The bin had not even been emptied. Ultimately we were told we’d have to “ agree to disagree” as though having an employee, the owner and three buddies in our room was somehow OK to her. Not even an apology, not that that would have made things better, only that she “ was sorry we felt like this”. Really??!!! The Poesis Experience. But not in a good way. Looking for professional behaviour befitting the €720 per night we have paid? Look elsewhere. This, clearly, is NOT that kind of hotel. And regardless of any excuses or weasel words written below this review, should they respond, bottom line they were caught red handed in our room, doing who knows what… What started out so well, in a really beautiful hotel, was so sadly ruined, leaving both my wife and I shocked, disappointed and violated. The hotel operates an “ honesty bar” where you help yourself and write your name and room number, to settle on your departure, with Poesis trusting you’ll do the right thing…. The irony is palpable.

Poēsis Experience Hotel goes above and beyond in every aspect. Situated perfectly in the heart of the city, it offers top-notch facilities, spacious and luxurious rooms, and an amazing rooftop terrace with the best breakfast in town. But what really stands out is the unbelievable service. The staff is truly exceptional, always ready to assist with anything you need, making your stay one-of-a-kind. Whether you're out exploring or just hanging out in the lounge, Poēsis is the ultimate place for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel location is very good, very close to the central station, taxi normally within five euros, but too close to the driver to make a detour to make money, Italy, understandably, we were detoured ten euros. The hotel is very beautiful, very good stay experience, comfortable, elegant, breakfast and dinner are great, wine is also very good, highly recommended!

This is a great hotel. It is indeed the St. Regis Rome. I gave it an upgrade. The room was bigger and I also gave champagne. But it was also for others. But it ’s really amazing. Live, it is 5 euros to take a taxi to the train station, it is still recommended! It's okay to walk to the sights, there are subways in the surrounding Republic Square

This is a really very good hotel. I enjoyed the quality of the staff, the room ,the location and general quality of the Hotel. It would have got 5 stars but for 2 things.. and both relate to Cielo bar..a superb place for a visitor to Rome staying in the hotel to enjoy the great views of Rome particularly at sunset and a drink. Firstly,we arrived at the rooftop bar to find it full of people not staying in the hotel and there was no priority whatsoever for guests of the hotel. Here the bar and the views were filled with locals paying 16 euros for a drink and the guests paying hundreds of euros each night could not get a seat..and the Restaurant above not open till 7.30. Secondly, the appalling loud music at the bar was totally disruptive to a sophisticated enjoyment of the view trumpeted in the hotels advertising.. It detracted from the general quality of the hotel.. The Hausler next door has a total priority policy for guests next to the De La Ville on their rooftop and indeed our existing hotel in Portifino the same,. Pity it detracted from our stay.

Fantastic room, spectacular view, amazing service and very sweet and unforgettable experience! I stayed for 3 nights for my ***** New Year vacation. The receptionist was already expecting us even before we arrived. Not only she welcomed us with a very warm attitude and sent us some gift and card to wish us Happy ***** New Year, but every staff member from the front desk to the doormen recognized us by name right away, which was very impressive! The service in the restaurant and concierge was also very professional and welcoming, the explanation was always detailed and was alway keen to help. The doormen even proactively recommended and offered us umbrellas on our way out in case of the rain. I can’t not appreciate them more!

I'm only on night two out of a five night stay in Hotel Eden, but felt compelled to leave my review already. Having been fortunate to stay at some of the best 5-star hotels in the world and being an experienced traveller, my standards are extremely high. However, everything about Hotel Eden has exceeded my expectations. Every single member of staff is amazing. We have stayed at other Dorchester Collection properties around the world, but the service at Hotel Eden is another level. We have been so welcomed and the staff have gone out of their way to deliver an outstanding service. Special thanks to Antonio in the Concierge department and to all the team in the rooftop bar who could not have been nicer. If you are looking for the best hotel in Rome or beyond, then I highly recommend Hotel Eden. You definitely won't be disappointed. We can't wait to return again. Thank you for taking such good care of my family and I.

The Eden sits high over Rome in a perfect position. We were on a short family city break. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the incredible staff. Two faultless rooms were ready with the most comfortable beds we had ever experienced.Treats for us and the boys awaited. The concierge organised taxis, restaurants, guides ,restaurants and the spa..The restaurant,Il Girdiano was amazing, this is not a stuffy hotel dining room, but it has a great vibe, awesome views, attentive fun staff (Daniel gets a special mention) and fresh innovative dishes. All the staff made our stay unparalleled,it could not have been better.Mr Cattini runs one of the best hotels in Europe.

Deserves to be a five-star hotel, the service is amazing, and the bedding is very comfortable. Excellent location right on top of the Spanish steps. Because I booked six nights, I got a free room with a small balcony. As soon as I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. There were welcome fruits and a welcome card with my name printed on it (still bilingual in Chinese and English). The cleaning service is professional and clean. Free water and chocolate every day and a bottle of red wine. There is a Mixing restaurant on the sixth floor of the hotel. Unfortunately, I did not go to taste this time. Before I left, I went to the restaurant on the first floor of his house. Angus steak was superb and delicious. In short, such a hotel is worth going to Rome again.

The breakfasts in European hotels are similar, relatively simple, can be full, and the hotel environment is good. Shopping is very convenient. I have to spit it here. If I have stayed in so many hotels, I will have two free bottles of water. This one costs 5 Euros. , 8 drinks for 4 days! A city tax of 7 Euros per person per day.

The location of the hotel is very good. The service is also very good. A smaller room is acceptable, after all, hotel rooms in this location are not big. However, the design of the shower room is too unreasonable. Even if you are very careful, the bathroom will overflow with water. It is recommended that the hotel can open two small grooves on the stone *****s on both sides of the shower room near the door to introduce the backflow water into In the middle, or dip two silicone *****s to block the backflow of water and prevent it from flowing out of the door and causing the entire bathroom to be filled with water.

Six Senses Rome is well worth it! The hotel is beautiful and the food is fresh! Living in it feels very healthy! The room is also very comfortable! But my room is facing the alley, and there are still people drinking and chatting on the street from Friday night to 2 am! It's a little noisy! But because of jet lag, the child didn't wake up either. I see very few reviews on Ctrip! Attached is a physical picture! A reference for those who want to go

“A house is not a home, without the people in it!” Umilta 36 is a beautiful upscale hotel, but it is the people there, that make it a home! Umilta 36 is a beautiful boutique hotel; it offers everything you could want in an experience. The real beauty of our experience at Umilta 36, was the people who greet us upon arrival. They even cared about us, after departure! Thank you to everyone; the bellman, Anastasia at check in, she worked extra hard to find us a second room, for my I’ll travel partner. The service at the restaurant, impeccable. And, the concierge staff during our final hours when we needed their help to organize a DHL shipment to Hawaii; they set us at ease and made sure the package arrived. The rooms were exquisite; best shower ever after a long day walking the crowded cobblestone streets. Its a joy to return to Umilta 36. The restaurant is top notch; the official greeter, beautiful man named Charlie who remembers your name. My friend, had survived cancer had always dreamed to go to Rome; we made it happen and Umilta 36 was our final destination, and no one one disappointed us. Everyone treated us with sincere compassion. No pretentious snobbery here; just joy and consideration. Thank you to everyone! Mahalo from Hawaii! Helen and Donna

Stayed for 3 nights late October with my wife and 14 yo son, and were treated like royalty by the staff from before arriving. Location is perfect between the Trevi fountain and Via del Corso, in spite of which noise was never a problem. We stayed in a family suite which was later out ideally, with impeccable decor and cleanliness. Breakfast was elaborate and lovely, and the hotel is adjacent to a restaurant with a lovely roof bar/terrace that can be accessed from the lifts. Best part was the staff, especially Emilia who went out of her way to find restaurants, areas to go out and make us feel at home throughout. She want well above and beyond what we expected. Carlo at the bar was also amazing. We felt so well looked after by all the staff (others names I didn’t catch) and had an amazing break. It is expensive, but so are many places, and you get what you pay for here. Highly recommended

The room itself was decorated nicely, but will most likely age badly as time passes. The layout of the room was ok, but the bathroom doors didn't open properly on one side. The bed itself was quite comfortable and the supplies for the bathroom were good quality. The entry looks nice, but has a major flaw. Anyone who enters risks falling over/knocking those side lamps. If you are clumsy , you will not feel relaxed any time you enter this establishment. The food offerings in this location are interesting. As an American establishment in Rome, you would expect a large selection of tourist friendly, local, & international dishes. The menu here is disappointingly limited, but what was available was very tasty. The staff are friendly and professional in the lobby and at the main restaurant. The cleaning staff are very mixed in their skills and disregard the ”Do Not Disturb” signs. Some money was stolen during the stay from a hidden wallet in a bag that was closed. The initial reaction was very strong, and the staff were willing to assist when reporting this to the police. There has been no reaction since. There has not been any mention of a timeline of when the investigation may be finished, which makes the initial reaction much less effective at ensuring loyalty from customers. This is not the first review where money has been stolen from a holidaymaker. Overall the stay alright, but definitely was not worth the money spent.

We had the honor of celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary at The Rome EDITION and the team at the hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the pre arrival communication with the concierge team to the check in experience it was flawless. The hotel is stunning, elegant and luxurious, all associates that we encountered were helpful and polite and always asking if there was anything else we needed assistance with. The drinks in the Punch room were the best cocktails we’ve had and our Room service each morning was better than most Michelin star restaurants. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a special place to stay in Rome. Thank you very much to the entire team and their GM for making us feel so special.

The staff of the Grand Hotel Palace was knowledgeable and helpful with our every request. They summoned taxies, gave recommendations for restaurants which were very good, and were always very welcoming. The rooms were large, clean, and bright. We especially enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet which offered both hot and cold options and was kept well stocked. The hotel itself is in a good location, across from the American Embassy. There were several good restaurants nearby and, of course, a gelato shop two blocks away. We would recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay in Rome.

The hotel is rebuilt from an ancient monastery. It is located in the center of the scenic spot. Within 300 meters of going out, there are various monuments such as Trajan's Column. It is walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. The hotel is taking a niche luxury route, except that the instant coffee in the room is slightly downgraded, a small bottle of mineral water in the refrigerator is 2 euros, and there is room service at night. You can think of yourself as eating in Disneyland at the price of various services. Can. However, the air conditioner in the room is only cooling but not heating, so it was very cold after the heating was stopped in April.

The hotel I chose for my trip to Rome after the spring break in 23, the location is convenient for travel, the environment is very good, the room facilities are new and spacious, the breakfast is delicious and rich, and the service is extremely thoughtful. Great location. Any major attraction can be reached within 20 minutes. Spacious room with a very comfortable mattress. Very helpful staff both at the reception and during room service. We initially had a corner room, but found it a little noisy for us. At the reception they changed it without any problems for another one. There are several good restaurants nearby. Reception's recommendations were also excellent. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but in the same building on the base floor there is a garage (not the hotel), which can be accessed without entering the ZTL zone. Price 35 euros per day. But opposite the garage there is a paid city parking lot, where you can also leave your car. To get into the hotel from a garage or parking lot, you need to call from downstairs so that a receptionist will come and open the door to the elevator hall. We liked the breakfast. There was a bit of a lack of variety in egg dishes, but there was plenty of other stuff. I think the main disadvantage is the paid gym and spa. And if the spa is somehow explainable, then the gym is usually free for hotel guests. The price for visiting guests is 9 euros. Restaurant is fine. You get the voucher with 20% discount when check-in so the price becomes reasonable. Overall we enjoyed our time at the hotel and will return here again. We enjoyed a 3 night stay at Rose Palace. The front desk gave us tired travelers a warm welcome that made us relax immediately. Our room overlooked the back of the American Embassy with guards stationed outside 24/7 so it was definitely safe. The hotel is a little off the beaten path from the usual touristy spots in Rome but in a very quiet area. The room was very clean. We had 3 in our room and the 3rd person had to sleep on a full size pull out couch. It was comfy for a pull out (you couldn’t feel the bar under the mattress) but unless you put up the bed every day the only place to sit were the beds. It had a small fridge and the bathroom was updated but limited on counter space around the sink. The buffet breakfast was geared toward a variety of tastes. Scrambled eggs, a variety of pastries, orange juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, cheese, meat, etc. When the weather was nice we enjoyed sitting outside in the garden. There is a tiny grocery store called Co-op around the corner where you can buy the basics. Also on the next block is an ATM in the alcove of the bank entrance that seemed secure to use. Reading older reviews we thought there was a restaurant in the hotel serving dinner but it turned out to just be a small bar. So we walked a couple of blocks north and ate at Cesarina and enjoyed a good meal and friendly staff. There were a lot of other restaurants to pick from in a 2-3 block radius. The ones on Via Vittorio Veneto appeared to be more expensive than the ones northeast of the hotel. There is a taxi stand a couple of blocks away and we used both Uber and inTaxi for rides back to the hotel.

The hotel is in a good location and the front desk is very nice. I have stayed at this hotel twice. I lived for more than 2,000 nights for the first time. I stayed for more than 500 nights and stayed in the building where I checked in. The soundproofing of the hotel is really bad, and the next door can be heard clearly. The room for more than two thousand and one night is no different from the new one in the room toilet facilities of more than 500. Two large bed rooms were set up, all of which were put together in two small beds (not found at the time of check-in). This time, more than 500 rooms have a lot to describe.

The hotel is very modern, lovely sized room and really comfy bed! You get a hairdryer in the room (ladies!) and there is a mini fridge to leave your own drinks. Aircon worked perfectly and some fancy lighting above the bed! Really close to the 160 bus stop that takes you to the centre of Rome for €1.50 (pre pay on the app!) and also some lovely restaurants and cafes for food. Short walk from the 716 bus to take you to Rome Termini. Lovely staff- although confusing when one member let us have water complimentary and another charged for it. Only improvements would be to have tea coffee in the room for in a morning, and also don’t expect the Beth room to be super clean- in need of a little TLC.

Near the Vatican City Rome|2.09km from city center
Not far from the Angel Castle and the Vatican. There are also some small supermarkets and large supermarkets around, which can meet temporary needs. There are several restaurants on the way to the attractions, but the taste is difficult to eat, salty and fresh, or it is poor attitude, English is lame, and Italian is not standard. The employees are not really locals. It is recommended to eat at attractions or downtown. Check-in waited for a long time, it was impossible to wait, the speed of processing was Italian. Don't like chatting between colleagues. This is a Delta flight attendant hotel, after all, it is impossible to live around Rome Airport. The room type has a small balcony, you can experience the heat of the Italian night. Compared with the same nh hotel, the hardware is good, the bathroom is very good, there is a foot basin, there are many towels, and 2 TVs and a small living room. Daylight is also sufficient, and internal light is also available. Breakfast was okay and there were many varieties. Cheese had local characteristics, but no ham. The drink is too sweet. It is quite satisfactory. The coffee machine actually has no characteristics, a bit regrettable, how should there be an espresso, no ... Come to the airport, the rental price is too expensive, the bus is cheap, but the service is very poor, there is no service in Italy. Very similar to the front desk.

The hotel is in a nice location with a train entrance just down the street. It was very clean, our room was very nice for the four of us and the hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed their breakfast every morning- it had a.good selection of breakfast food. Several great restaurants in the area. We enjoyed the wine bar next door - great food and wine. We also had wonderful drinks at Gatsby’s on the other side of the hotel. It was a 15 minute walk from the main train station which was not bad at all. We had a wonderful dinner around the corner at Vecchia Roma- you must make a reservation or get there before they open to get in line. We got there 15 minutes after they opened and waited 35 minutes for a table but it was worth it. We enjoyed our visit and would stay here again.
