Location: From afar, you can see the Ferris wheel and cable cars on the mountaintop, and below, you overlook the entire river, which is absolutely beautiful. It's in a bustling area. Room: The room has 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows with an amazing view 👍. The entire room has a clean color scheme, and the facilities are good, but surprisingly, the hand soap and shower gel were almost empty and hadn't been refilled. Breakfast: Honestly, it wasn't great. The fruits were quite ripe and became unappetizing quickly after being served. Other items were mostly Western, and the only hot food available was omelets. Special shout-out: The extra bed for our check-in was a huge help. Thanks to the lovely lady at the front desk!

A very high standard hotel, located in the center of things and within walking distance of the Old City, the Peace Bridge, and Freedom Square. The hotel staff was courteous, helpful, and attentive. They upgraded our room to a river view room at no extra charge. The spa with a large pool and jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room was excellent and included in the room price. Breakfast was excellent. For those who observe kosher, a 2-minute walk from the hotel is a kosher restaurant called Mendis, and a 5-minute walk near the Great Synagogue in Tbilisi is another kosher restaurant called King David. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Room View: Even though my deluxe room was on the 8th floor, the 270-degree city view was absolutely impeccable. Front Desk Service: Contrary to what was stated on Ctrip, the hotel doesn't seem to have a translation machine. There were very few front desk staff who spoke English, and their attitude was quite arrogant. They barely responded to any inquiries, providing almost no help (for example, when I stayed two nights and wanted to switch rooms on the second day due to a strong musty smell, or when I needed a hairdryer from housekeeping). For tourism inquiries about Tbilisi attractions and routes, I had to wait for a specialist (who also didn't speak much English, but was thankfully enthusiastic and could help by drawing on a map). Room Environment: It looks like a new hotel, but when I first entered my room, there was a strong musty smell. Breakfast: The variety was limited, but it was enough to fill up. It wasn't top-tier, but not bad either.

Upon check-in, there was an issue with the room payment – I had paid through Trip.com, but the hotel couldn't see the payment. Nevertheless, we provided a deposit while the situation was being clarified. Overnight, the Trip.com team resolved everything, and our money was returned! This was the only unpleasant thing that happened during our stay. The hotel offered amazing and varied breakfasts, a really great outdoor pool and spa area, and a beautiful and cozy room! Many thanks for a wonderful stay! 👍🏻🫶🏻

Hotel is clean and high tech trendy. Room is small but provided common area and working spaces. AC is comfortable. Hotel operated on self service basis, check in and out, online info display and online inquiries with given list of questions, no phone in room, … but I am someone who prefer the convenience of personal conversation when need a water kettle, a roll of toilet paper, a question about taxi and map of city, …. When sitting in cafe scanned menu sent an order , only find out after 25 min later that the counter staff did not view their computer to get my order. Technology is not always bringing efficiency but sometimes becoming an hassle for both staff and guests and excuse for poor service, especially for busy and tired travelers who stay at the hotel only for couple days.

Overall it was a really beautiful hotel centrally located next to the sights and the Georgian baths! Only regret was that the hotel in my room wouldn’t flush! And the room was very noisy at night as it was just below the rooftop restaurant so I could hear dragging of chairs until late.
