Wyndham Grand Tbilisi

Located in the heart of the old town, near the square, but very quiet. The art museum is right next door. However, the room is a bit small. Overall, it's a good starting point for a city walk.

Terrible. Unsatisfying service and inconvenient facilities. 1. The showerhead in the bathroom is oddly positioned, at a height of 80cm, which is very inconvenient. The water pressure from the overhead shower is too strong and uncomfortable. 2. The paint on the wall behind the bathroom mirror is already cracked. 3. The elevator assignment is strange; even though the floors aren't high, there are often long waits. 4. I clearly stated I wanted overeasy fried eggs for breakfast, but they made me an omelet. When they realized their mistake, they didn't redo it for me first, but instead made it for people who came after me. 5. Housekeeping forgot to put in drinking water, even after I told the front desk. 6. The breakfast was extremely unpalatable.

The location is excellent, and the service at the front desk and the bar/restaurant was particularly patient and attentive. I even had my luggage stored there for free for a week. The handsome front desk staff were incredibly helpful, patiently answering my questions and offering assistance whenever I needed help.

Very good hotel! Service is top notch. Everything is very good. The location is one of the best. I recommend it.
