Hotel Aifa Labuan Map, Address, Transportation & Nearest Stations and Airport

I Have book this hotel for my colleque who has a business trip to Labuan, This is my 1st time booking for this hotel but my friend like it so much. Clean & Comfortable. Recomended

Stay for 2 nights here. Room was okay, the AC was good enough to spend the whole nights. The front office staff @ Misha was kind and cheerful. One can find a Mamak shop nearby and prices are affordable. It's a good place to stay here and I will not hesitate to come again if I have a chance to visit Labuan.

At The Heart Of Labuan, Near Terminal Ferry and Chocolate Area.. many Food to find.. only Labuan Sleep at 8 And Above.. hahaha.. The Room is Big and Nice.. clean.. everything is good.. only no lift.. stair only.. Staff is great and helpful.. Overall.. great place to stay for solo traveler..

This hotel is better than other boutique hotel in Labuan. The room is clean and convenient. Not really a sound proof hotel and slightly noisy. But music will make it ok.

Good place to stay over for short period. Staff unfortunately not very helpful plus she could not speak any English. Rooms were good and surrounding with restaurants and bars as well as massage places etc.. when I went there the map pin pointe at completely wrong location and I had to ask a local when arriving to take me back to town :D. But seems that had been corrected by now .

Forgot to take photos of the hotel! The room had a Chinese-style decor and a bathtub. Downstairs there's a swimming pool, and breakfast was really rich and varied. They even have a buffet option in the evening. There's a small market nearby and a mall right across the street, plus it's super close to the beach. Great for a holiday getaway!

The location is convenient and the facilities are generally good. However, there were a few issues that affected our stay. The property was mentioned by owner as having 4 rooms, but one of the rooms was being used as a storeroom, leaving only 3 usable rooms. The biggest disappointment was the extremely low water pressure. Showering was quite difficult and uncomfortable due to the weak water flow. Overall, the place has good potential because of its location and facilities, but the room arrangement and water pressure issues need improvement to provide a better guest experience.

I’m currently enjoying my stay at AIFA Hotel. At first glance, it does look like an older property, but everything has been good so far. I was assigned Room 713, a Deluxe Queen Room. One downside, however, is the hallway on the way from the lift to the room. it has an unpleasant odor, which I believe is coming from the carpet. Once inside, the room itself is spacious and impressive. I really like the bathroom, the shower works well, and the large bed is soft and extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, the buffet-style breakfast was a letdown. The selection was limited, and most items were served barely warm. I didn’t enjoy it at all, and I think this is an area the hotel really needs to improve. Overall, it’s a nice room but with a poor breakfast experience. That leaves me 50–50 on whether I’d return. I might come back for the room and convenient location, but I’ll definitely skip the breakfast next time.

Stayed here briefly for a work trip. Recommended by my Labuan colleague as it is near his neighbourhood so that it's convenient for him to fetch me to work. Locationwise good as it is near the beach, I went for evening walk and bought some food at the food kiosks there. Room service is 24hrs, convenient, food okay. Breakfast was nice. My room is very spacious, I love that there are a lot of things provided inside the room without me having to ask (except of course for sejadah but that is fine and understandable), for example there's 2 pairs of slippers, umbrella, ironing board+iron. However, I didn't notice a hairdryer, but I wasn't looking for it. Front service good and satisfactory. Overall good experience.
