I came to Rome and tried the newly opened Bulgari. The waiters were super enthusiastic, the environment is beautiful, and the breakfast options need to be improved. It's a pity that I didn't have time to try the skills of the hotel's Michelin chef. I will choose again next time I come to Rome

The breakfast is very good and rich in variety, with comb honey available. The hotel is in an excellent location. There are many famous shops on the street. It's about 5 minutes' walk from the Spanish Steps. You can see the monument of People's Square on the balcony.

Hotel facilities are very good and modern, mini bar has a lot of things, free of charge. Clean the room every day and send different small desserts. The hotel is located in the city center, walking distance to attractions. It is surrounded by shopping centers, Plaza de Espana. But the hotel breakfast is not a buffet, there are three packages to choose from, the choices are limited, the service is slow, and the staff are not in place. Hotel valet parking is a parking lot at 60eur one night, it is difficult to find a parking space on its own.

Very good location, 200 meters walk from the Spanish Steps. The surrounding area is surrounded by all the big-name stores, and the window show is very satisfying. There are a lot of popular restaurants in the surrounding area, and breakfast choices are not much better than the ingredients. Hotel location is very central, go to the station airport. If you don't book a car in advance, it is very convenient to go to the subway to the central station to change to the airport express line.

Location is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. This is a great hotel that has many amenities which include a large breakfast buffet option, a large gymnasium. and a bar on the main level with a pool table.
The shower never ran low on hot water nor pressure and a Lavazz Espresso machine was inside the room with a large TV, safe box, a mini refrigerator,a wardrobe closet, and an excellent blow dryer which delivered uninterrupted high heat.
The staff were kind and upon requests were helpful to include arranging for a private driver to the airport for a competitive cash price.

The most convenient location, just opposite Santa Maria di Maggiore and 7-10 minutes walk to Roma Termini and metro. Several bus stops nearby - we use buses to go to Colosseo, Borgese, piazza Navova, and metro for Vatican. Terrific view form breakfast terrace and good breakfast too - there were even several types of milk (regular, lactose free and soy). Surprisingly big bathroom and shower for the historical part of Rome.
One thing that was not convenient is the central regulation of the conditioner (due to the historical type or building) - you have to call the reception to switch it off. All the other stuff is really good.FromBRL 417
