The bathroom in the room was leaking, and when I gave feedback to the customer service, they just said sorry. I booked a time to be dropped off at the airport, and confirmed it again and again, but when I went downstairs, I found that there was no reservation for me. I had to wait for half an hour to book it for me again at the front desk, and I almost missed my flight. This is the worst experience I have ever had in Amman, no doubt about it!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The Siam resort, designed by internationally acclaimed architect Bill Bensley, features breathtaking design and decor, with stunning details at every turn. We were upgraded to a villa with a private courtyard, and our room was beautifully appointed with antique pieces. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.

It's been nine years since my last visit to the Mandarin Oriental Bangkok, and I was delighted to find the hotel renovated. The rooms feel quite new, yet they beautifully retain their classic style. Both the breakfast and the Thai restaurant were superb, and the service remains as attentive as ever. The shuttle boat service to the shopping mall across the river is especially convenient. When our river cruise returned late, a quick call to the front desk resulted in them efficiently sending someone to pick us up – truly impressive service!

Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Beautiful facilities and service was top notch. The steam room was particularly spectacular. Only minor issue is the location is not that convenient compared to other hotels but people staying at Four Seasons probably will be mostly spending time inside the hotel.

The stay was amazing — way better than I expected. 🔸The room was spotless, and all the amenities were Diptyque’s Philosykos scent, which happens to be my favourite. 🔸The Club Lounge is 100% worth the upgrade. For the extra money, it basically works like a full-board plan — you could easily have 5 meals a day if you wanted. Food changes throughout the day and you can have free flow of champagne during dinner! Everything I tried was excellent. 🔸Breakfast at Lily’s was honestly top notch. Four buffet stations plus an à la carte menu, and everything was delicious .. they even had the best congee in the world (IMO). Hands down the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. Special shoutout to Chida at Lily’s, who was so warm and attentive — she really made the mornings memorable. 🔸The gym offers free classes. I joined a Muay Thai session and ended up being the only guest, so it felt like a private lesson. The trainer was super professional and made it really fun. 🔸I also tried the sauna/steam area, which has a whirlpool and even a salt room like a Korean Jimjilbang. The coolest part? They only allow one pair of guests per session, so the privacy is unbeatable. 🔸The staff was super friendly - which can be a bit overwhelming for an introvert like me😬. But I truly appreciated their attentiveness and genuine care. All in all, this hotel nails the balance between luxury and comfort without going over the top. I’d definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone heading to Bangkok.
