The bathroom in the room was leaking, and when I gave feedback to the customer service, they just said sorry. I booked a time to be dropped off at the airport, and confirmed it again and again, but when I went downstairs, I found that there was no reservation for me. I had to wait for half an hour to book it for me again at the front desk, and I almost missed my flight. This is the worst experience I have ever had in Amman, no doubt about it!

Excellent service. We were picked up right after landing and then fast-tracked. Upon arrival, we immediately had a hand-washing ceremony. We were upgraded to a large suite. The gym, pool, and restaurant were all excellent. I'll definitely be back.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Beautiful facilities and service was top notch. The steam room was particularly spectacular. Only minor issue is the location is not that convenient compared to other hotels but people staying at Four Seasons probably will be mostly spending time inside the hotel.

New hotel so the amenities and facilities are top notch. Location is the best, close to BTS and Central Embassy. They don't have a sauna or cold plunge pool and only has a warm plunge pool and steam room. Beautiful design all around.

It's been nine years since my last visit to the Mandarin Oriental Bangkok, and I was delighted to find the hotel renovated. The rooms feel quite new, yet they beautifully retain their classic style. Both the breakfast and the Thai restaurant were superb, and the service remains as attentive as ever. The shuttle boat service to the shopping mall across the river is especially convenient. When our river cruise returned late, a quick call to the front desk resulted in them efficiently sending someone to pick us up – truly impressive service!

The classic Mandarin Oriental in Bangkok, situated on the Chao Phraya River, makes getting to the mall across the river very convenient with the hotel's own boat. The lobby boasts high ceilings and beautiful floral arrangements. The rooms are fully equipped, with high-quality and comfortable furnishings. Breakfast is also incredibly rich and varied, and the staff are polite and enthusiastic. This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations, highly recommended.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The Siam resort, designed by internationally acclaimed architect Bill Bensley, features breathtaking design and decor, with stunning details at every turn. We were upgraded to a villa with a private courtyard, and our room was beautifully appointed with antique pieces. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Yes, but the hotel forgot to have an agreement with Ctrip. The room had a consumption limit of 2,000 yuan. In the end, it was solved through Ctrip.

The room was clean and well-decorated. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The location is great, with direct access to Siam Paragon. Overall, I was very satisfied. The only two minor drawbacks were the long wait during check-out and the anti-slip mat in the shower felt a bit old.

Congratulations 15 years anniversary, it’s my first stay on this hotel, it’s really very comfortable and luxurious hotel closed by shopping malls Siam Paragon and others shopping malls around by walking distance, the buffet breakfast it’s a must try, very delicious.

The hotel's location is good, very close to the snack street, but a bit far from the subway station. The pool is situated between the two towers, so it doesn't get much sun. Swimming when it's under 30 degrees Celsius feels a bit cold. The lobby is beautiful, and breakfast is decent; it has everything you'd expect. The eggs are good, and there's a wide variety, but the best part is the price: 200 THB for adults and 150 THB for children. The room is large and well-equipped, though a bit old-fashioned and charmingly vintage. The service is excellent, and it's very clean.

The hotel was very nice! The service is amazing, everyone is kind and welcoming. They are very helpful and take time to explain if something isn’t clear. The staff is very kind, the bellboys are helpful and they always helped with our bags, some of the staff can help with getting transportation too. We had P'Four help us! The hotel has a vintage vibe, the rooms are spacious and clean. We stayed on the 10th floor and had a city view. Its close to ChitLom station which is one stop away from Siam Paragon. You can also walk to centralWorld or Siam. It's only a 20min walk. Theres a lounge on the 24th floor. And they also have a bistro in the basement. There's a pool on the 19th floor but we didn't have time to try it.

I chose this hotel last minute based on the location. I did not have high expectations having read the previous reviews so I booked a suite thinking it might be better maintained than lower priced rooms. The suite was huge. Bigger than a city apartment but very run down, and rather dusty. The bathtub was horrendously dirty, and the mattress was also stained. I could get away with these but last night 3 cockroaches passed by the bed which is absolutely no go. (Bangkok is not a clean city but still a 4 star hotel should have bugs) The location is good, the staff was okay- not exceptionally kind but also not rude at all. The pool is nice, the amenities rather basic and lower quality. The gym and sauna are closed. Honestly, this hotel is by far not 4* by the looks and service provided. Maybe it really was a banger 25 years ago but time has passed. Hadn’t I seen cockroaches I still could give a better review.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay!

I stayed here for a week. Location is about 1 hr to 1.5 houra from most locations that you want to see. Its longer when there's traffic. First impression when i got to the hotel was pretty good. Lobby looks clean and i was able to do an early check-in without extra fees. When i got to the room, i thought it looked clean and nice. But, bedsheets smelled really funny, like body odor. There were small cockroaches inside the room as well and in the bathroom. I didn't complain as i thought they were harmless and thought that it would be like that in all of the rooms anyway. I just killed them with my slippers. They offered laundry but only the washer and no dryer on the property. I had to dry my clothes in my room. They were also giving bottled water everyday, so i didn't have to buy water outside. There's a 7/11 and a small grocery store across from the hotel, so it's easy to buy snacks and other items.

I know about this hotel from Tiktok. Many influencer promoted this hotel and it seem really nive. Indeed it was a nice hotel just one thing that i didnt know was its location was quite remote. At night this area is really quiet. The nearest BTS is Rathachewi which is 14 min walk. Even though there is buggy 🛺 service provided by the hotel for free still i think the service not too extended. I still have to walk far to the BTS from the drop off point. However the bad location if this hotel was compensated by many interesting complimentary services from the hotel such as breakfast buffet, free welcome drink at the bar, free supper for every night (almost like dinner buffet), free 24hours ice cubes, free buggy to 5 drop off points, free head and shoulder massage and free traditional thai wear photoshoot. So i was busy pampering myself at the hotel. I wish the hotel location is in the middle of the pratunam market so more interesting.

As a guest at Galleria 12 Sukhumvit Bangkok, I found the hotel to be a great choice for both business and leisure travel. Its prime location near Asok BTS and MRT stations, Terminal 21 shopping mall, and vibrant nightlife spots like Nana Plaza and Soi Cowboy made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped with modern amenities such as rainfall showers, minibars, and coffee/tea facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptional, always professional and friendly, often going above and beyond to assist guests. Their personalised service was truly appreciated. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of facilities, including a fitness centre, outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi, and a complimentary shuttle service to the main road, which added great value to my stay. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The lack of in-room food delivery was inconvenient, as I had to collect my Grab orders from the front desk. The on-site restaurant’s limited hours, closing at 1:30 pm, meant there were no dining options available for dinner, which was a bit of a drawback. The pool bar was unstaffed and lacked ambiance, and both the pool and gym closed early at 8 pm, which was restrictive for those wanting to exercise or relax later in the evening. Overall, while these areas could be enhanced, the hotel provided a pleasant and convenient experience.

I was staying in 130 Hotel & Residence for 5 days, initially when booking, we were told only 2 day breakfasts are included, but when we checked in at the hotel they gave us 5 day voucher for breakfast, we were pleased for that. The service is great, everyone are welcoming and helpful, location was also good, there are cafe Amazon next to the hotel, and other traditional or bistro cafes nearby, the best thing was 7/11 right next to the hotel. Only thing at night it was a little loud outside due to traffic and cars. Overall it was a great experience, hope to come back soon.
