The breakfast shop is very good. It's expensive. I don't have breakfast. I am close to 200 people. Belmond, I like the brand. The hotel is in the center of the mountain. I can see it directly from Table Mountain. I don't have much nonsense. The above picture is worthy of study.

Nice hotel , good environment, amazing breakfast.. restaurants are delicious. Hotel configurations are a bit strange ( modern building part near the swimming pool and traditional part near the lobby) style is not really in harmony and convenience. Room was very banal and too expensive.

This hotel welcomed us with open arms!!! From the minute we arrived they were very friendly and helpful, check in was so easy a quick. We pre booked dofferent experiences and ended up changing all the times but they did this very easily and still we managed to do everything we wanted to. The resturant staff were super friendly and it was so nice being able to just walk across to eat at night times. It's a very quiet hotel with beautiful surroundings and the rooms are second to none.

Staying at Marly for three nights is expensive, mainly because it is in the heart of the camp's beach, surrounded by restaurants and bars. After crossing the road, it is a beach. The so-called mountainside suites are almost the same. Mountain, in many hotels in that area can basically be achieved. Good health, the refrigerator has a variety of free drinks in addition to wine, and capsule coffee, there is a special store for money exchange on the first floor, you need a passport, go to the hotel left about 30 meters is a very large supermarket, but no wine sold There is also a Thai restaurant nearby. The taste is really very general. There are double-decker citybus about 150 meters on the right. About 70 yuan can be exchanged for red lines and other lines of blue lines. Going out at night is still very convenient and safe.

The deduction is actually Ctrip's service. Ctrip cannot score. The hotel actually does not allow children under the age of 13 to live. Ctrip itself did not write it clearly. After complaining, it was left unmanaged for a long time. The efficiency was very low and shirk responsibility. Finally, negotiated with the hotel for half a day. Nothing was allowed for the pool. . . Overall the hotel is ok, breakfast is to be prepared by yourself, and things are plentiful. The police did not have to say that thirty meters was the police station. . . . . The room is also big, but it is a bit expensive

В восторге от отеля! - другими словами и не скажешь. Очень комфортный и большой номер с видом на океан, кухня с продуктами, всё очень удобно. Расположен через дорогу от пляжа. Милые девушки на ресепшн - помогли вызвать такси, а так как у меня не было наличных, только карта, то помогли провести платеж через отель. А потом ещё и донесли мой чемодан до такси и погрузили его, таксист даже из машины не вышел. Не ожидала такого от убера в ЮАР... Видимо там так принято.

The fat lady at the front desk copied the front and back of my credit card in an attempt to deduct the money again, but fortunately was stopped by the bank. Is it legal to copy the front and back of the guest credit card? Or this black fat lady, printing the boarding pass for 20 minutes can not be done.

It feels that this hotel is the best in one of the few international hotel chains in Cape Town. The room I chose to open the balcony door is the vast Atlantic Ocean. There is no obstruction and the view is very good. Sitting on the balcony when the sun goes down and imagining the dense crowds of distant ships in the past is also a beautiful experience. The hotel's hardware facilities belong to Radisson's normal level. Many of the concierges will have a sentence or two in Chinese, and some of them will be quite a few. The hotel's facilities are quite complete, there is a small indoor swimming pool, the water temperature is quite suitable, and there is not a big gym. The hotel's breakfast can be ordered with some South African specialties, which is still very good. In addition, the hotel is close to the Victoria Harbor leisure area, and the parking time is 10 minutes, which is very convenient. There are many entertainment, shopping and dining in the leisure area, and there is a lot of choice. In addition, the hotel is very close to Green Point Stadium, and it is also very convenient to get to Signal Mountain Table Mountain.

I took my sister on this trip to Capetown. Everything was awesome. The service was top tier, from the concierge assisting us with local places to explore , to the on sight restaurants. I’ll definitely come back in the future. I was just disappointed with the hair on the bathroom floor upon checking in. We also had to request robes & sleepers as opposed to finding them available in the room.

The Westin, Cape Town, is an old hotel, but it continues to maintain its presence, quality, and some high standard in Cape Town. We stayed here for 8 days, during a friend's 60th birthday celebration event in Cape Town. We occupied an executive room and were also given access to the executive club on the 19th floor. The room was very nice, with good linen, bed of high standard. That said, we had to lodge a complaint on the hurried nature of how our room was cleaned on our second day of stay. The bed was not made properly, the carpet floor wasn't clean, and the bathroom was half cleaned. It's not good for a 5-star hotel. After complaining, the housekeeper made amends, and the cleaning standard was raised to the highest standard for the duration of our stay. We also ordered food from room service and half of what we ordered were not brought - they gave us something else, but after waiting for 45 mins for the original order to be brought to us we reluctabtly accepted the wrong order, ate the food and then lodged our complaints later. The breakfast buffet was alright, but there weren't great selections of cold meats in the cold meat section. They really need to improve on this. Lastly, the overall service delivery by some of the staff really need serious improvement. Some of the staff in the restaurant are way too loud when talking to each other, and some of them even give out bad unwelcoming and nonchalant attitude/vibe to their customers. It is like they feel that they're doing us, their clients, a favour by serving us. Not good enough for a hotel of this standard, abd some of those staff need to be retrained. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at The Westin and we will definitely come back there when next we visit Cape Town.

We have been staying here for several years and I have to say that sadly this hotel has lost its personal connection with guests. We didn’t feel like returning guests but more like strangers and it was purely business from the hotel. We have such wonderful memories here sadly clouded by new staff who have no idea how to connect.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to all the amenities I needed, making it easy to get around. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. We booked the same room again on the 25th. Then we requested to check out at 1pm. We didn’t hear anything from no one. This morning at 10am there was knocking on our door. The lady said its time to check out. I said mo cause we requested to check out at 1pm. She went ahead and said there are extra fees and she will ask the front desk. 5min later knocked again on the door. Says no we cant stay and have to check out at 11am(note this was at 10:20am) when she told me, I went ahead and told her this is on them and we requested to leave later. She left, next minute, a man came back. All arrogant. Told me why didn’t I pack up my bags the previous night. Also said that if I dont leave cleaners will come. I said its okah they can come but I might still be busy packing up. He said if thats the case they can help me put my stuff outside. I told him I dont like the tone he is using and being aggressive. He said hr not aggressive but he definitely was and threatened me with security that will escort me out. He left and came back(note I was in my towel) he said he left me in my towel and I am still the same( note I took a shower, busy packing up stuff in the room as we came from abroad and had a lot of baggage) he said he is calling security. Then my husband came out of the room and told him why he using that tone with me and he been listening to him the whole time! This man immediately changed his whole tune when he saw my husband. So inappropriate! And disrespectful! Will definitely will not be staying here again.

This hotel is amazing ! Firstly I arrived early before check-in time. The friendly receptionist shared that the hotel offers a free safe luggage room (in the lobby area) , where I stored my luggage then went to explore the town. There are many restaurants/coffee shops and the bo-kaap tourist attraction at a walking distance from the hotel. 5-10 minute drive to the V&A water front. 35+ minutes to wine farms & about 25 minutes to camps bay.
