It has a fully equipped kitchen and the bedroom is separate to the living space. We focus on offering opportunity to engage in ritual, slow down and leave behind that sense of urgency - making a pot of tea, diffusing essential oils, cooking over fire, reading a good book on the riverbank, walking and swimming in fresh flowing water..... The property is unique with private river access, views of the ocean and no neighbors. And it's beautiful here on the far South Coast of NSW all year round - mild in Winter and Summer. We love hosting couples who are seeking a different type of holiday - one where you slow down and get present with the support of nature and seclusion. It's all an independent villa for a family. In the room No. 6 we just gave, the living room is close to the sea, and you can see the sea when you sit in the living room. The only thing is that the dishes in the kitchen don't feel very clean, and everything else is 👌.

Most excellent hotel I’ve ever stayed in a quaint town of Eden. Honestly, I was skeptical but I am happy. Fyi, this is for above 18 adult hotel. Kids can come as long as there’s a responsible adult with them. My room was the Aslings. Honestly, it was such a vibe upon opening the door! The bath tub was love! The huge bed was love! The smart tv was love! The complimentary minibar is extreme love!!! Sparkling water? Fancy!
Went here during winter. The wind was the main character here. My door rattled and I honestly thought ghost lah sia haha but there was a window right outside our room. So I just pushed my heavy luggage towards the door and then the window rattles instead hahahaa.
Heating was ok lah. Can keep you toasty in normal pjs. 2 windows (bathtub’s can see the sea abit), there’s a lift for your luggages (recommend to pack light and not bring the whole entire luggage family as space might be an issue), the room comes with breakfast but I mentioned that I’m a muslim and they said there are other dry foods I can has - fruits, cornflakes, sourdough bread (this was fantastic!!) and muesli yogurt. Simple simple je. We just stocked up on the bread and dah. Can last you till the afternoon.
I’m so reluctant to leave this place but we have a long journey ahead so ya lah. The wind here is still rough guys. I went out to my car and got pushed like a big bully roughing me up. Like, relax ah.
But that aside, will RECOMMEND. Car better park at the back. Free. Cos the one in front got the saman lady to come in the morning.

Iconic building for more than 100 years, self-driving parking is very convenient, the room is large, directly connected to the public balcony. Breakfast needs to be selected before 8 o'clock on the night of check-in and hung on the door handle of the room to facilitate the chef's preparation. I can choose to eat in the restaurant or free food delivery in the room, and the breakfast service is amazing to me. (Lactose free milk and latte, it is great)

We chose this hotel on a whim while driving through Melbourne in the evening, and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The environment was fantastic, right by the sea. We fell asleep to the sound of the waves and woke up to birdsong in the morning. We chose a loft room, and the view from the window was like a painting. Dinner was exquisite, and breakfast was simple yet thoughtfully prepared. I would definitely like to stay here again for two days if possible. There's a campsite right next door, so I highly recommend it.

Facilities: Excellent! The service, facilities, and food were all great. We stayed in a villa, which was very nice. We initially thought it was just a temporary place to stay during our trip, but after checking in, we realized we should have stayed longer. We'll definitely come back next time!

The room was very big, beyond expectation, with a view of the sea. It was very quiet here, which made us sleep well, which was great! The killer whale museum is just outside the door, and there are restaurants and supermarkets within a few minutes' walk, which is very convenient.

The hotel is on the main street of Eden. The rooms are spacious and the staff is very friendly. Not far away is the Whaling Museum, but unfortunately I didn't go to the museum due to time constraints. Behind the hotel is the sea. The seaside trails and bicycle paths are very beautiful, just like those next to the landmark attractions in big cities. The town is very clean. The sea surface sparkles silver in the morning light. 這次嘗試了各種模式的住宿，這家營地真是喜歡，到的時候前台下班了給我留了鑰匙地圖，在辦公室門口，房子門口就可以停車，有小河，有海灘，可以自己燒烤，當然東西自己要有，也可以買餐車上提供的食物，房間裏可以睡4個人沒問題，水流也很大，當然隔音一般，可是大家到了夜裡都很安靜，衹有大海的波浪聲，真的太喜歡這種感覺了，離開鎮中心也不遠的，有車還是很方便的，夜裡還去看了看深夜的大海，喜歡。不過這個房子雖然提供餐具和爐子，報警器很敏感，煎塊牛排也叫了，所以油煙需要控制，另外整體清潔度也很好，雖然有些舊，一直以為這種營地很艱苦，沒想到還是很不錯的。FromSAR 362

There was no one at check-in (3pm) and check-out. The self-service key was returned. It was difficult to find employees to help in case there was a need. This is a camping base, 7 minutes drive from the center of Eden Town. The room is very spacious. Carbin is two bedrooms + living room kitchen bathroom. The sanitation is very clean. The kitchen facilities are very complete. It is very suitable for a bunch of people to party and vacation!
If you check-in is late, pay attention to check the hotel's information. The key will be placed in the safe on the wall of the reception door. You need to enter the password and open the card. If you don't receive the password SMS, you can call the phone number on the wall to ask!
