I stayed here only for a night but it was one of the best stay in hotel I ever had. The room is so spacious, minimally decorated with modern design and clean. The bath tub is really big and can fit 2 person. All the staff I encountered were very nice and promptly answered my questions. The price is definitely high but its worth it

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the beach, and there are 2 Chinese restaurants nearby, which is very friendly to my Chinese stomach. The hotel staff are very nice, and the breakfast is also very good. I will definitely stay here next time I go to Baku!

From the start to the end the service was impeccable. The staff done everything to make our stay memorable. We had a suite room this was a size of a 2 bed apartment, the view was spectacular. The hotel is in great location to see modern Baku and is around 15 min drive from old town. We were disappointed with spread available for the breakfast and dinner, from such a well known hotel.

The downside of the hotel :
- very difficult to get understood at the breakfast, and missing very basic things like vegetal milks which is very surprising for a 5 stars hotel
- at the pool we ask for umbrella and they didn’t have.

Please don't blindly trust the mm t on our booking voucher they mentioned the balcony but the hotel denied at the time of check in. Mm t offered compensation after completing our journey. Now about the hotel, it was good hotel specially location is superb easy access for everything though we don't like the hospitality they were kind of rude. But apart from that everything was a fun.

No car parking, you have to carry your bags to your room sometimes, location and cleaning services are perfect but expensive a bit , hotel restaurant is poor from service side and customer care , we found many ants in the bread but they didn’t care as many other people was complaining at the same time

We wrote in advance by email to agree on a paid early check-in. They said that there would be 2 birthdays during the stay. There was no answer.
Upon arrival, they claimed that we had not written anything to them, then they found our letter. They could not even check us in an hour earlier, although the hotel was clearly not full. They charged us twice for the tax, although we had already paid it.
During the stay, no compliments were given in honor of any of the birthdays, not even a small note.
To summarize, the service for this level of the hotel leaves much to be desired.
If you consider the room stock and infrastructure, then everything is good. The location is good.

Satisfied with the room and service. The hotel is in a great location. There are restaurants and tourist attractions within walking distance. The front desk helps with taxi service, which is very convenient. It is recommended to add a Chinese-style breakfast

The room was a bit small, but the hotel's location was fantastic, and overall I was very satisfied with my stay! The Old Town was just a 5-minute walk away, and I loved its atmosphere. It was very comfortable to sit at a roadside restaurant and have a coffee or a drink. There were also many street performers near the Maid of the Tower. The hotel ground floor had a pedestrian-friendly area with many bars, creating a great atmosphere at night. I arrived during F1, so prices skyrocketed; compared to regular prices, they were quite reasonable! Because of the race, roads were closed everywhere, so the area was a bit confusing, even for locals. It took me a while to find the hotel on the first day.

The hotel is located in the old city of Baku, less than 10 minutes' walk from the Maiden Tower. The hotel is surrounded by bars, restaurants, and pedestrian streets, making it very convenient for exploring Baku. The service is also good, the decoration is artistic, the bedding is also good, and the breakfast is highly recommended. The ingredients and taste are good. The mattress is moderately soft and firm, but there are some areas that need improvement. The drainage in the shower room is not very smooth, and the air conditioning in the room is not very accurate.

The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful, and the room is clean and tidy.
Although the decoration is a bit old, it does not affect the stay experience.

The service was not the best when we arrived. The receptionists took their time to assist us and when we finally were given keys, they just pointed to the lift and left us.
The hotel room was quite outdated with a broken leaky fridge and a bulky TV. However, the balcony was quite nice and the view was amazing.

We stayed at this hotel in Baku, the impressions were generally good, but not without downsides.
We had a room on the 7th floor with a sea view - this is, perhaps, the main advantage. The view is gorgeous both during the day and in the evening. The renovation is fresh, everything is clean, you can't hear your neighbors - the soundproofing is good. We liked the breakfasts, there were always free tables, the choice is normal. Very convenient location: literally across the street there is a shopping center with a supermarket and shops - it helped.
Now about the downsides. Twice at night the toilet cistern began to fill up by itself - quite noisy, we woke up. There is a lot of noise from the street: honking constantly, even at night, music, cars - we slept only with earplugs. The double-glazed windows do not particularly muffle the noise. Also in our room there was some strange handle on the glass (either a balcony door or a window) - we had to twist it any way we could to open and close it, very inconvenient.
The electronic lock was also glitchy - it opened every other time, we had to change the card twice.
And the shower products (gel, soap, shampoo) from the wall dispensers smelled unpleasant - neither I nor the rest of our company (there were four of us) liked it.
In short - the hotel is ok if the view and location are important. But if you are sensitive to noise or are used to little things like good shower accessories, it is better to keep this in mind.FromIDR 1,703,360

The hotel is in a great location, close to the main attractions. Many different cafes for every taste and budget.
Breakfast buffet, you won't go hungry.
The only downside is that the hotel is well audible. The neighbor snored behind the wall, as if he was lying on the pillow next to me, but I don't take off the stars, because we were satisfied with the hotel

We made two different reservations (2 nights + 1 night) so were given two different rooms, which made the experience completly different from one another. The first was super nice, amazing cleanliness and the room had so much light (in this case, I highly recommend this Ibis). But the second room had a terrible tobacco smell, despite having asked for a non smoking room (it was so bad it got to the point I couldn't even sleep) and just one small window. Nevertheless, both experiences had one thing in common: rude staff. It's a good hotel to go up straight to your room. Overall the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful
There was only an incident when checking in we were not given a twin but they replaced the king bed and gave 1 additional small bed .. ok never mind
The incident that made me sad was my child fell because during breakfast he slipped because the staff was mopping and the water made my child fall
We shouldn't have wet the floor when mopping and there was no warning sign to be careful of slippery floors
My child couldn't get up for 20 minutes
But fortunately he got better because he was immediately given an ice compress
