Wonderful hotel and staff fully wonderfully..

Facilities are amazing
The only issue would be some lack of facilities signage
The swimming pool is not clear as to where it is nor is the farmhouse restaurant.
Reception are great but only one key is given as norm despite 2 people staying in a room.
Also clock for London had not been updated correctly. Reception staff wish to update but management seems to be strict on what they can do.
Front entrance are wonderful and so helpful.
Lifts for floor 8 and 3 are common but other floors require room key to work.
Not really explained as it is assumed patrons are fully aware.
