We booked to stay on our wedding night but were slightly underwhelmed this wasn’t even acknowledged. The hotel was clean on the whole with a quick check-in. The rooms were a decent size. Thankfully we brought toiletries with us as the bathroom amenities were empty.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the central air conditioning was very convenient and quiet – much better than most hotels in the US which have individual, noisy air conditioners. The hotel has a definite European flavour. The rooms are clean, plain and efficient. If IKEA was building a hotel, I would expect it to look something like this. Amenities are very good including a great weight/exercise room. The only drawback to the entire experience was their buffet breakfast. The food choice was exceptional but unfortunately most of it was cold.

For the money this was a great stay. The Front Desk Service was awesome, the room was clean. The pool was great and not busy at all. The maintenance guy was always working to keep everything nice. We really enjoyed our stay here. Have recommended to others. A HUGE little improvement would be to get some command strip hangers for towels, or just install hooks. We also did wonder why the shuttle guys would not pick up right at the resort, that is not the hotels fault, but we did get pretty wet in the rain waiting on the corner.

To say we loved our vacation here is an understatement. The hotel lobby representatives were so friendly, warm, and knowledgeable. I had to call before arriving and I’ve never received such a warm welcome. I’m sorry I can’t remember their names because they know how to treat customers well! We loved our room—clean & the perfect size. AC worked well, bed was comfy, and clean. The pictures are from when we were departing. I wish I had taken before pictures. The walk to beach is very short and convenient. The restaurants nearby were excellent! The beach is so unbelievably pretty. The new pool (they have 2) was so gorgeous and was created by a famous pool architect/designer. The young man attending to the pool was friendly and helpful. We will be back because I have found my dream vacation place!
