A hotel I am quite satisfied with during my trip to France. After all, most of the French people's services are still quite poor. This newly opened hotel is quite good. Although many places in the garden are under renovation, it is generally good and the environment is quiet in a busy place. However, the wardrobe in the room smells musty, the facilities are not advanced enough, and the hair dryer is difficult to use.

Everything is good, but please note the room type, the balcony photos are not the same as the actual ones. Some have large balconies and some have small balconies. I asked the front desk, and he said that it was normal for the room in the picture to be different. I asked him if he doesn’t rely on pictures for reference when booking hotels? What's the point if what you give is not the same. All he knows is to say sorry 🙈🙈 Despite the fact that the location is great~ but Uber and the like are not allowed to park in front of the hotel. It takes some walking. Breakfast was mediocre.

Negresco is probably the best hotel in the area. It has a collection of 6,000 pieces of art. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are large, but the layout is messy and tasteless, like a hodgepodge. The rooms are partially renovated and some facilities are a bit old, such as the beds. But the hotel is in a very good location and the hotel's private beach is beautiful. The view is excellent!

Great hotel and location but not necessarily a 5 star service for reasons as follows: 1. It took 6 hours for our luggage to be taken to our room (it was only 2 rucksacks) which we would have happily carried up to our room ourselves but they insisted on check-in for us to leave for them to do. 2. The rudest restaurant hostess Valentine we have ever met in our many years of travelling and dining - when my husband asked to book a table for dinner, she failed to look up from her notepad and barked loudly and aggressively the words ‘WHAT?’ at him. 3. Restaurant clearly understaffed in the evening and being carried by a few superb waiting staff, namely Ken, whilst others swan around busy with little impact. Food was great and timely (once you could order it). 4. Tried to order a bottle of wine with dinner - Two of the four white wines on the menu were out of stock. Clearly some teething issues with this new hotel, understaffed and poor communication and training. A few excellent staff too. But seemed to lack any meaningful or visible leadership in key client facing areas, which the brigade seemed to need.

Very, very good hotel, 11 minutes walk from the train station. The room is spacious, if you are lucky enough to arrange a room by the street, you can see the cathedral if you open the window. It is very pleasant to open the window and drink coffee on the small balcony listening to the church bells every morning. As a reminder, the elevator is very small. If one person takes a 28-inch suitcase, it can only accommodate one person for the next person.

My partner (now fiancée) and I had a pleasant stay in the hotel. The staff were very polite and attentive. I would definitely recommend the hotel, and the view of the sea, which you can admire from the restaurant, is a highlight!

As usual… this is a big hotel group that gave us a very good and comfortable stay. Thanks to the front desk that welcomed us with a big smell. What we like the most… the sea views!!

An extremely memorable accommodation experience. The owner was very enthusiastic and explained to us the local attractions and food in Nice, and helped us carry our suitcases upstairs. You can totally believe its 4.9 rating! We booked a larger room for the last two nights, and they took the initiative to arrange our first two nights in the same room. The room was very clean and warm, with a kitchen for cooking. We used the refrigerator and microwave in the room, which were very convenient. It was a bit cold at first, but the temperature quickly rose after turning on the air conditioner. It is worth mentioning that the quilt provided in the room is very comfortable. I really want to know how to buy the same quilt!

The train station came out and went straight to the beach. It takes 7-8 minutes to arrive, and 2 more intersections are by the sea. 2 Carrefour around, the room is quite large, breakfast is relatively simple, but the taste is good, the front desk service is not bad. Such a room and price, it is cost-effective, it is recommended.

The room is clean, tidy and bright. You can see the sea. There is a road around the sea. There are commercial restaurants and hotel services. The facilities are complete. It is very close to the train station and very convenient.
