Overall, I won't stay here next time. It's next to the casino, and there are parties nearby at night. Although it's Marriott Ritz, the overall service doesn't feel sincere. Super awesome! I booked a suite for three nights with my kids and upgraded to a suite with a view of Casa Batlló. The surprise was that I caught the light show of Casa Batlló on the last night. I could see the light show directly on the terrace of the room without having to go to the street to watch it. It was so awesome! The room was big and full of details. The fruits delivered every night were very rich. Champagne and cake were also delivered on the first night! Mandarin Oriental should be the best hotel in Barcelona. We walked to the three Gaudi attractions and Passeig de Gràcia was very easy to visit. I will definitely stay at Mandarin Oriental next time I come to Barcelona!

The hotel I was most looking forward to on this trip, it really didn't disappoint! The room is very big, the best hotel should be a suite, each room type has two rooms and two to three beds There is champagne and snacks in the welcome package, the decoration style is very suitable for taking pictures and enjoying a leisurely vacation in the room, the only drawback is that the heating is a little bit behind, and the water flow in the shower is too small and too cold

Very spacious apartment and fully equipped; great base for exploring Barcelona. We had 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms for a family 6 (two kids and my husband and my parents); it can easily fit another 2-4 people. We booked “ private chief” service through the hotel website( external provider) it was the high light of our trip. The chief Betsy threw us a superb dinner and with lovely atmosphere. A little hiccup at check out thought. We requested late check out the day before and the lady at the reception checked the arrival time of next booking and advised it should be okay with time and we could stay till 2 pm. In the morning when we re-confirm it with the reception Chris; we were told otherwise. He expressed the difficulty to have the apartment till 2 pm and said it had to be 1 pm. It was disappointing and inconvenient ( with two kids and two elderly) but we agreed to that and also told there would be extra 50 euro for late check out. However the lift was stuck and it took us 20 mins to come down with suitcases (without help) at 13:20 (20 mins later than we agreed) and we then had to pay 100 euro (the receptionist Chris claimed it was 50 euro per hour!). It was fair enough if it was communicated clearly before we made our arrangements but it WAs NoT. And what we are most unhappy about is the attitude of the staff Chris. He was unfriendly, cold and unhelpful; he could make better efforts in communication and instead of being rude.

The hotel is located 100 meters from La Pedrera, which is very convenient for travel. Before I went this time, I booked a room with two 1-meter beds. Maybe the hotel did not have this room type or for some reason, the hotel upgraded the room; and then there was the breakfast , although there are not many varieties, the quality is very good! Next time you go to Barcelona, ​​you can consider staying at this hotel again.

There is a radiator in the bathroom, which is very necessary for winter stays. Service: Very good, rich and exquisite breakfast, the waiter's attitude is very good, and the greeting every morning brings a good mood to the start of the day. Environment: The hotel is in a very good location, in the city center, close to attractions such as Casa Batlló, Casa Mila, and Sant'Agata, and close to the city center streets. The transportation is very convenient and taxis are not expensive.

Super lovely hotel. The staff is one of a kind, warm and helpful. Location is superb cuz its so close to one of my favorite areas in Barcelona, which is the El Born area. Its in front of the beautiful beach port so the view up on the terrace bar is awesome. Also, get some time to walk around the port area and park. The breakfast was so so to me. Quite pricey (32eu) for what the have. Rather you should go to Bobo or Hoffman nearby for some nice croissants. One down side is the cords and not right next to the bed stand. It was underneath which was quite inconvenient, compared to where a lot of hotels has the usb plugs right by the bed these days

It's OK. You can choose any room at this price. If you bring children, they charge per person and don't let you stay in a standard room. It's 740 euros for three people. The new carpet in the corridor has a strong smell. Breakfast is collected at 10:30
