After placing the order, the landlady will call and inform you that if you don’t accept it, you can cancel the order. Our first choice is parent-child➕sea view, so we did not change the reservation. I liked the room at first glance😘. It has a beautiful sea view and a lot of toys and children's supplies. The baby had a lot of fun. It is clean and tidy, and the bedding is very comfortable. It is as warm as home ~ The community environment is very good and quiet, and the garden on the first floor is suitable for an afternoon walk. You can catch a swim at the nearby beach. In the evening, you went to Luhuitou to watch the sunset, which is suitable for a slow-paced and leisurely vacation. The landlady was very nice. She recommended many nearby places to eat and play, and she answered all our questions. The whole family is very satisfied with this B&B, and the price-performance ratio is very high. The price of staying here for one night is about the same as the price of three nights at the Tianyu Hotel where we stayed later. We have to book two rooms to stay there, and we can't see the sea. The most satisfying hotel during my trip to Sanya. I will choose it again next time I come. I will definitely stay a few more nights next time😄.

I stayed for 5 days and had a complimentary airport pick-up or drop-off. I chose the drop-off service, which was very convenient. The hotel is also close to the city center, right by the beach. Service: Anything I needed was brought to my room very quickly. Cleanliness: Very clean. Facilities: The room looked great, everything felt new and nothing was broken.

This sea-view guesthouse we chose for our Dadonghai trip was an amazing experience, especially perfect for family travel! The location is superb, just a short walk to the beach, and the complex has its own swimming pool, which is very convenient for daily relaxation and water fun. Transportation nearby is convenient, with plenty of supermarkets and a wide variety of restaurants, so you'll never have to worry about finding food. The room facilities are very new and spotlessly clean, with no unpleasant odors. The layout is spacious and well-proportioned, the living room TV is huge, and the kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to cook your own meals. The balcony offers an excellent view, with a fantastic sea-view ambiance, making for a very comfortable stay. The manager provided incredibly thoughtful and warm service, generously upgrading our room upon check-in. Communication was smooth throughout, and all our requests were promptly addressed. Overall, the value for money is excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Dadonghai. Highly recommended!

From start to finish, our experience here was top-notch. The host clearly put a lot of care into making sure the place is spotlessly clean, beautifully tidy, and fully equipped with all the essentials (and then some!). Conveniently situated making it super easy to explore the area, yet peaceful enough to truly relax. Pair that with an unbeatable location, and it made for a stress-free and memorable stay. We loved every moment and sure recommend to many and come back for more.

The room was clean and tidy, and the surrounding facilities were complete. It was very convenient to buy things at the supermarket, and it was also very close to the beach, just a few minutes' walk away, which was super convenient. The owner was very responsive and had an excellent service attitude.

The pictures really do reflect the actual place! You can lie in the master bedroom and watch the sea, and the balcony is lovely too. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The washing machine was clean, so I felt comfortable using it. It's also conveniently close to the beach, and Xiao Donghai is beautiful. Here are a few minor drawbacks: 1. The shampoo provided was really poor quality; I'd recommend bringing your own. 2. Several power outlets were difficult to use. Hope this can be improved. 3. There was no small bar of soap for handwashing clothes, even though laundry detergent was provided. This would be a nice addition. 4. The lock on the kitchen window was broken. Since we were a family, we weren't too concerned about safety, but it definitely needs to be fixed. 5. It would be helpful if the kitchen provided disposable mesh bags for food waste. It makes disposing of kitchen trash much easier and helps prevent drain blockages. That's all I can think of for now.

The boss is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process is always fast and smooth. The lady at reception is amazing! She helps us so quickly and is always there whenever we need anything. The service truly makes you feel valued and comfortable. The apartment itself is spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The beds are extremely comfortable, the views are stunning, and the location is perfect, it’s just a short walk to the beach. Waking up here never gets old. We usually book for about 5 nights… but we always end up extending our stay because it genuinely feels like a second home. That says everything. Highly, highly recommend!! 5 stars every single time!

The room is very very new, the kitchenware and tableware are also branded, the toiletries are all Dove, I feel safe to use them, they are not canned like other hotels, and the mattress is super comfortable. I asked the landlord for the link. The view of Hainan Rendez-Vous is spectacular, and it is just a short walk from the supermarket and seafood market. It is worthy of being a landmark location in Sanya. I have already introduced it to my girlfriend's family who is coming to Sanya for the New Year.

Standing on the balcony, the greenery of the golf course and the sparkling lake have a panoramic view, the breeze blowing, bringing a fresh breath, refreshing, as if all the troubles have been swept away.
