While the resort itself was huge and grand, our expectations were not met, we expected more of a Club Med vibe, but instead found ourselves in a giant resort with nothing much to it. even though they advertise over seven restaurants and specialty cuisines, they only have one main restaurant that’s open to public while the others need to be pre-booked up to two days in advance however, every morning when we stayed there, everything was already full, which left us with no option but to eat at the main restaurant which had terrible food 2 to 3 items would be OK and the rest would be absolutely terrible and we spoke to other guests as well who had the same Opinion it’s not accessible for people with disabilities or anyone who has even minor health problems is a lot of walking and climbing stairs is required even with the shuttle bus coming every 15 minutes. Their “entertainment “was absolutely terrible at the outside theater and looked like a child could’ve done better. There was some live music however sometimes it was OK but most times, especially on the upper Terrace was just loud and obnoxious not necessarily due to the performer, but I think due to sound quality and the speakers they were using, and also just adjusting the volume level to the space given. Overall, I would not recommend to stay here again and would much prefer to go to a Club Med where I know I will get quality service and food and hospitality as even staff wise while most were good and nice and accommodating, there were others who barely understood basic English or looked unapproachable. Rooms were decent but both our rooms in separate buildings smelled of sewer if bathroom doors were not closed. Overall it’s not the worst but not a place I would stay again. Even beach wise there is no leisure beach to chill on and only a pier to jump into the deep sea to snorkel which you have to pay 5$ to rent a mask and snorkel for the day which in my opinion should have been free since it’s one of their selling points. I'll say right away – we were very pleased with our stay at this hotel! Our room had a sea view. We admired the sea from the balcony from sunrise!
The staff here is simply brilliant in every position. The reception manager, Elias, with a charming smile, competently and calmly resolved all our questions.
About the food! Very tasty and varied. The menu was seriously updated every day. There were daily specials, like sushi. The chef here is a real inventor! You can order a national cuisine dinner... We chose Mongolian. There was nothing like it, but the shrimp and vegetables fried right before your eyes were delicious. Speaking of food and drink, we remember Makariy and Mina. By the way, the alcohol here is widely available and ”delicious.”
The reef is very decent with lots of fish, making swimming interesting! But it's a bit crowded, so swim from 7 a.m. until lunchtime (everyone leaves early). The hotel's sandy beach is in a different location, where you can get a bus. That's why there aren't many children at the hotel. We liked the quiet...
Yes, the hotel grounds are small, but they've come up with a solution. They offer free evening bus tours to Sharm, Naama, and Soho. The entertainment is also sometimes enjoyable.

The rooms are spacious and have everything you need, excellent crisp white linens, a minibar, and we had a room with a gorgeous sea view on the 7th floor in the main building, for which we are very grateful. Everything was perfect except for the restaurants.
I booked an all-inclusive stay, and I really regretted it.
The food was bad, the buffet was full of pasta and pizza, and there were barely any protein options.
I could only eat salads and rice.
Some of the vegetables were not fresh either.
The desserts looked nice, but the taste was horrible.

This hotel mainly does business with Russians. It is booked by them. The waiters greeted in Russian. In comparison, Chinese guests were insignificant and had a bad attitude. Fortunately, Ctrip helped to solve the problem. This used to be the Hyatt Regency in Sharm. Now it is called Park Recency. You can experience this kind of edge yourself. The hardware is old, nothing else to say. It is a luxurious five-star resort. You can watch the sunrise over the Red Sea from the balcony. Sharm is worth a visit.FromTHB 6,065

We booked this hotel on its 5* rating, to be honest it’s not 5*, we have stayed in many 5* hotels in many countries, this hotel needs updating, the staff from reception to restaurant doesn’t know how to welcome guests, like they don’t care, just come and go… food standards are of 3* , no fresh juice, daily 90% same stuff, swimming pool is nice, beach is clean but of3/4 *rooms are reasonable and good size, bathroom needs updating. The staff was very kind and helpful. It's a huge hotel with a private beach and swimming pools. It's only a 10-minute walk from Naama Bay city center. That suits us well. What we didn't like, compared to another hotel we stayed at in November, is that here they serve water in a carafe at the table, and the minibar is extra. If you have a late flight, I recommend booking an extra night because each additional hour you stay costs about 10 euros just to keep the room, and dinner is about 25 euros per person. The all-inclusive wristband will be removed at 12:00 PM, which is check-out time, and drink prices are similar to Italy. Otherwise, everything was fine. If you want to stay close to the sea, you should book Novotel Beach; Novotel Palm is across the road, a 2-3 minute walk away, but much quieter and more peaceful.FromTHB 2,993

Анимация заточена на продажу билетов за территорию отеля. Когда в отеле с гостями грубо разговаривают даже аниматоры - это обескураживает.
Из позитива: приличная территория, по местным меркам, зеленая. Без изысков, но Неплохое питание, стандартное для подобных резортов. неплохая звукоизоляция, но только окон

Плохо уходила вода в кране, не работал телевизор или пульт от него, сломан доводчик двери.

1. Rent a life jacket for 100 Egyptian pounds a day, and you can rent a private cabin for 10 or 15 dollars a day.
2. The hotel can snorkel directly, the quality of the sea water is not to say, and there are a lot of fish.
3. The overall decoration of the hotel is not advanced enough, and the Arabic style is not modern enough. The music and evening performances are also in Arabic style.
4. There is a dress code for eating, which is extremely inconvenient. You cannot eat lunch or dinner in a swimsuit and vest. There is only one restaurant.

I booked it for two days, but then decided to stay till the end of my holiday. The food was great, big thanks to all people who work in the kitchen and in the restaurant. I book this hotel for my boss. It is non refundable but I tried to modify the booking anyway. Because my boss changed his plan right after I booked the hotel. I book for 3 nights, but my boss stayed for 2 nights.
Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible.
