Hotel was perfect. Food was absolutely perfect. So many specialty restaurants! I loved the seafood restaurant! I love the Turkish restaurant! The food was to die for. The drinks are not what I would call top shelf but they are also not what I would call bottom shelf. Stuff flawless perfect dreamy they did everything to make sure you were happy. The only flaw I would find with the hotel was the dream covid they didn't enforce mask restrictions on their gas. Ukrainian seem to have an aversion of wearing masks! Paid around $200 with tax for this room for two people all inclusive. Fantastic deal and worth every single penny. The question I always ask myself is would I come back here again? Yes absolutely! Brief is a little tricky have to walk pretty far out to get to it but there is somebody who is watching people in the water which is important because tide changes and was very surprised at how far out of drug man such a short amount of time and I'm an excellent swimmer. So be careful in the water. Lots of fish in the reef! So many swimming pools for you to choose from. I give this hotel six Star Plus rating review. Very impressed!!From£204

While the resort itself was huge and grand, our expectations were not met, we expected more of a Club Med vibe, but instead found ourselves in a giant resort with nothing much to it. even though they advertise over seven restaurants and specialty cuisines, they only have one main restaurant that’s open to public while the others need to be pre-booked up to two days in advance however, every morning when we stayed there, everything was already full, which left us with no option but to eat at the main restaurant which had terrible food 2 to 3 items would be OK and the rest would be absolutely terrible and we spoke to other guests as well who had the same Opinion it’s not accessible for people with disabilities or anyone who has even minor health problems is a lot of walking and climbing stairs is required even with the shuttle bus coming every 15 minutes. Their “entertainment “was absolutely terrible at the outside theater and looked like a child could’ve done better. There was some live music however sometimes it was OK but most times, especially on the upper Terrace was just loud and obnoxious not necessarily due to the performer, but I think due to sound quality and the speakers they were using, and also just adjusting the volume level to the space given. Overall, I would not recommend to stay here again and would much prefer to go to a Club Med where I know I will get quality service and food and hospitality as even staff wise while most were good and nice and accommodating, there were others who barely understood basic English or looked unapproachable. Rooms were decent but both our rooms in separate buildings smelled of sewer if bathroom doors were not closed. Overall it’s not the worst but not a place I would stay again. Even beach wise there is no leisure beach to chill on and only a pier to jump into the deep sea to snorkel which you have to pay 5$ to rent a mask and snorkel for the day which in my opinion should have been free since it’s one of their selling points. My husband and I had a rest at the end of March. A compact hotel, cozy, the staff is polite, unobtrusive and polite. The waiters in the restaurant are quick, attentive, serve at 5. In front of the hotel there is a lively area, it is perfectly used, you can sit in the evening with drinks, hookah, you can walk along the street, there are shopping pavilions where you can buy souvenirs, aroma products, medicines, textiles and other souvenirs .. The beach is private, but you can swim from the pier, there is a lifeguard, its own diving center with instructors, corals, beautiful fish.

We all like this place so much. This is a perfect vacation trip. The hotel is in SOHO Plaza. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. The hotel environment is beautiful, the management is very good, it is safe, and the service staff is very friendly. We leave for the airport at two o'clock. We delayed check-out until two o'clock and used the hotel's taxi service, which was very convenient and fast. There are many guests in the hotel, but they are happy, not noisy, and can rest quietly. My favorite thing is to lie on the beach chair and bask in the sun. You can see beautiful corals and various beautiful fish without snorkeling at the beach. The breakfast was rich and delicious. I spent a week alone in this hotel, I chose it at random among all the hotels offered on Booking and if I can say one thing it is that chance really does things well and that nothing happens without reason, I came here without expectations, I had never traveled alone, and at the end of this week I can say without a doubt that it was my best trip. The hotel is sumptuous, the staff is very welcoming, as a single woman I felt surrounded and respected, all the staff were very present for me as for all the other guests. Great place to relax, many swimming pools. Three slides which adults can use. Small ”beach area” i the hotel by the coast. More staff and guests spoke English than another hotel we stayed at in Sharm. The hotel is essentially two hotels, the traditional hotel (deluxe rooms) and the new hotel (premium rooms). The premium ones are modern but in limited supply as they are expanding the hotel at the moment by building new rooms. No issues with planes flying overhead despite proximity to the airport. The premium room we stayed in didn't have a hairdryer or shaver socket.From£65

Our stay was pleasant, and the beach offered both sandy and rocky areas. The only real downside was the challenging access to the front desk due to the numerous stairs. Also, the Wi-Fi was unfortunately only available at reception and was quite weak. A big thank you to Omar, a very kind staff member who even tried his best to help with the Wi-Fi issues. If the Wi-Fi connectivity improves, I would certainly consider staying again.From£79

Комнаты слишком «уставшие» для этой цены. По телефону люди с рецепшен были хамоватыми и грубыми. При встрече все исправилось. Атмосфера в отеле тягостная, гнетущая. Анимация заточена на продажу билетов за территорию отеля. Когда в отеле с гостями грубо разговаривают даже аниматоры - это обескураживает.

Плохо уходила вода в кране, не работал телевизор или пульт от него, сломан доводчик двери.

1. Rent a life jacket for 100 Egyptian pounds a day, and you can rent a private cabin for 10 or 15 dollars a day.
2. The hotel can snorkel directly, the quality of the sea water is not to say, and there are a lot of fish.

I book this hotel for my boss. It is non refundable but I tried to modify the booking anyway. Because my boss changed his plan right after I booked the hotel. I book for 3 nights, but my boss stayed for 2 nights.
Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible.
When my boss was on the spot in the reception, the hotel reception said the modify is accepted and we only have to pay for 2 nights. But I was charged for 3 nights anyway.From£94
