While the resort itself was huge and grand, our expectations were not met, we expected more of a Club Med vibe, but instead found ourselves in a giant resort with nothing much to it. even though they advertise over seven restaurants and specialty cuisines, they only have one main restaurant that’s open to public while the others need to be pre-booked up to two days in advance however, every morning when we stayed there, everything was already full, which left us with no option but to eat at the main restaurant which had terrible food 2 to 3 items would be OK and the rest would be absolutely terrible and we spoke to other guests as well who had the same Opinion it’s not accessible for people with disabilities or anyone who has even minor health problems is a lot of walking and climbing stairs is required even with the shuttle bus coming every 15 minutes. Their “entertainment “was absolutely terrible at the outside theater and looked like a child could’ve done better. There was some live music however sometimes it was OK but most times, especially on the upper Terrace was just loud and obnoxious not necessarily due to the performer, but I think due to sound quality and the speakers they were using, and also just adjusting the volume level to the space given. Overall, I would not recommend to stay here again and would much prefer to go to a Club Med where I know I will get quality service and food and hospitality as even staff wise while most were good and nice and accommodating, there were others who barely understood basic English or looked unapproachable. Rooms were decent but both our rooms in separate buildings smelled of sewer if bathroom doors were not closed. Overall it’s not the worst but not a place I would stay again. Even beach wise there is no leisure beach to chill on and only a pier to jump into the deep sea to snorkel which you have to pay 5$ to rent a mask and snorkel for the day which in my opinion should have been free since it’s one of their selling points. The hotel was not very keen to serve Asian - faced customers as its history showed. I was treated in the same way at the beginning but I tried to express how I felt directly to the staff and be straightforward about the problems the hotel encountered, e.g., not providing a welcome drink, not cleaning the swimming pool…
The receptionist and other staff changed their attitude a bit after being confronted by me.
Generally, the hotel meets the cleanliness level and provides appropriate responses to me. The breakfast isn’t great but the dinner choices are ok.FromUS$66

When we came for dinner on the first night, it was very nice and we were given free freshly squeezed juice. When we came on the second night, we encountered this employee. This employee was very rude. When we came to the restaurant and just sat down, he immediately asked for our room card to print the bill and asked us to sign to confirm the bill. This is very rude. When we asked about the juice, the employee said ”juice and food are charge”. He did not specify that the juice would be charged separately. And the juice we were given was not freshly squeezed. When I asked him about the juice, he said ”I told you” in a very unfriendly and rude tone without a smile. It was an ordering tone. I don't like this. When he asked me to sign to confirm the bill, he kept asking me to write my ”family name”. I wrote my ”family name” in Chinese. Later, he asked me to write it in English in a very fierce way. The whole wonderful trip of the hotel was ruined by him. Very angry. Originally, we had three days of itinerary in Sharm. But we will not choose this hotel again.FromUS$116

Instead, an extra bed was added, which made the room a bit cramped, and the bed itself was less comfortable because it was a pull-out bed. A very beautiful hotel with an excellent location. There are 4 beaches in coves with a beautiful coral reef, perfect for snorkeling, and a very large pool in the center of the hotel. There's a main restaurant with buffets that could be better organized and offer more variety in the main courses, plus two à la carte restaurants that come with an extra charge. The all-inclusive package isn't valid at all the bars, especially those with sea views. The welcome wasn't great; we waited 15 minutes for someone to show us to our room, only to find two single beds instead of the king-size we booked. It took 3 calls to reception and an hour of waiting to finally get a room matching our reservation. The late-arrival meal was subpar, consisting of poor-quality bread and only a few slices of cold cuts.FromUS$82

This hotel mainly does business with Russians. It is booked by them. The waiters greeted in Russian. In comparison, Chinese guests were insignificant and had a bad attitude. Fortunately, Ctrip helped to solve the problem. This used to be the Hyatt Regency in Sharm. Now it is called Park Recency. You can experience this kind of edge yourself. The hardware is old, nothing else to say. It is a luxurious five-star resort. You can watch the sunrise over the Red Sea from the balcony. Sharm is worth a visit.FromUS$189

We booked this hotel on its 5* rating, to be honest it’s not 5*, we have stayed in many 5* hotels in many countries, this hotel needs updating, the staff from reception to restaurant doesn’t know how to welcome guests, like they don’t care, just come and go… food standards are of 3* , no fresh juice, daily 90% same stuff, swimming pool is nice, beach is clean but of3/4 *rooms are reasonable and good size, bathroom needs updating. We spent 5 days in a Junior Suite, the room is very nice recommended. Location is also perfect, you can find everything in the surrounding in a couple of minutes. Beach is sandy and a lot of fishes close to the shore. For us the room, beach and fishes the most important. Food was okay, nothing special, the same breakfast as in every hotel. The service was okay, but many times we couldn't order from the room service, because they were not available. If you want lot of nice fishes close to the beach and perfect location then it is recommended. Overall our stay was very nice.FromUS$66

Анимация заточена на продажу билетов за территорию отеля. Когда в отеле с гостями грубо разговаривают даже аниматоры - это обескураживает.
Из позитива: приличная территория, по местным меркам, зеленая. Без изысков, но Неплохое питание, стандартное для подобных резортов. неплохая звукоизоляция, но только окон

Плохо уходила вода в кране, не работал телевизор или пульт от него, сломан доводчик двери.

1. Rent a life jacket for 100 Egyptian pounds a day, and you can rent a private cabin for 10 or 15 dollars a day.
2. The hotel can snorkel directly, the quality of the sea water is not to say, and there are a lot of fish.
3. The overall decoration of the hotel is not advanced enough, and the Arabic style is not modern enough. The music and evening performances are also in Arabic style.
4. There is a dress code for eating, which is extremely inconvenient. You cannot eat lunch or dinner in a swimsuit and vest. There is only one restaurant.

I book this hotel for my boss. It is non refundable but I tried to modify the booking anyway. Because my boss changed his plan right after I booked the hotel. I book for 3 nights, but my boss stayed for 2 nights.
Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible.
When my boss was on the spot in the reception, the hotel reception said the modify is accepted and we only have to pay for 2 nights. But I was charged for 3 nights anyway.FromUS$96
