I rarely give all five stars but Aman Tokyo definitely deserves it, I told携程 it was my girlfriends birthday and they prepared a cake and wrote a note for us, it was amazing service all around, I was kinda expecting a normal view and a regular five star hotel room for a way more expansive price, but Aman Tokyo definitely went way above my expectations, the view is simply ten times better than it is online, it was a bit hard to find the entry if you walk but over fantastic experience, however the breakfast I recommend Japanese style over America style, America style is not as good.

Facilities: This is one of the best hotels in Tokyo, with relatively new and comprehensive facilities. The room decor has a very Japanese style. Cleanliness: The hygiene is excellent. Staff clean the rooms daily, so there's no need to worry about cleanliness. Environment: The hotel is located right near Tokyo Station, which is very convenient.

The hotel offers friendly service and a prime location, but the entrance isn't immediately obvious. I took two taxis, but the drivers couldn't find it. We made reservations for two of the hotel's restaurants through the hotel staff, who meticulously prepared invitations. Both were excellent. Sushi Hosekhi and Omakasei, with impeccable ingredients, were both excellent. The Italian restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere, perfect for couples, and the food was very stylish. The surprise was the bar, located on the rooftop observation deck. It has both an indoor and outdoor area. The outdoor area is primarily for hotel guests. If you tell the staff you're a guest, they'll arrange for you to enjoy a tipple in the viewing area. A special thank you to Ms. Lily (the enthusiastic Chinese regional manager, applause!) for arranging a perfect table for us. Breakfast can be enjoyed in your room or in the restaurant. Fresh fruit and welcome treats are provided daily, along with soothing teas in the evening. All soft drinks in the mini bar without the Bulgari logo are complimentary. The Bulgari Hotel is a true delight for dessert lovers; the cakes and chocolates are delicious and can be purchased in the lobby. At the end of the check-out, a Bulgari luggage tag will be presented as a souvenir.

I loved the decor of my room, which was on the 42nd floor and had a great view. The bathroom was large and comfortable. The breakfast was a set menu, but it was average and could be improved. The bar on the 45th floor was spacious and had an outdoor area, which was very comfortable and offered a great view of the night view.

The hotel is beautiful and very well located, but I don't think the experience for families is good, they have restrictions for children under 4 years old to enter the pool even if accompanied by their parents. And they forgot a request for sweets in the room to celebrate 9 years of marriage, previously requested the day before by phone.

The view and room was perfect. But the staff at the concierge could be more helpful. When we got the car, the staff would continusouly ask for our passports and we all had a handful.

The location is really good, just across the road from Shinagawa Station, but it takes a lot of effort to walk there with luggage. In fact, it is Shinagawa Diwang—Prince Hotel built a small boutique hotel in the original small building, with a total of only 10 rooms. The room size is large, but... the price is not worth it. In addition, there are very few taxis here. If you want to take a taxi, you have to take a shuttle bus to other Prince Hotels.

We booked Park Hyatt very last minute due to issue with our original hotel that we booked in Tokyo. We travelled with a 3 & 4 years old and the hotel was amazing. The playground across the hotel is a big plus. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel very welcome and the process was very seamlessly. We left the first hotel fairly early and knew we couldn't get into the room but our plan was to go through Shinjuku and knew we wouldn't be back until later that day. The hotel lobby is on the 41st floor, you can see the entire city view and at night the sight is amazing. The hotel location is about a 15min walk to Shinjuku station which is not bad and there is a shuttle that runs every 30min as well. Concierge was very helpful with everything during our stay. Breakfast service was professional and efficient. The staff were very friendly with kids and not snobbish at all. The hotel is an iconic place, most of the time we took a taxi or delivery they know the hotel by name. I highly recommend anyone that would like to pamper themselves in Tokyo. The hotel is a bit dated by the upkeep of the hotel is very good. Only thing that was a bit annoying was the light switches since it's not modern you can't control some lights individually.

We stayed four nights in two rooms. On the third day, the sheets were changed, but upon returning, we found obvious stains. Since it was already past 11 PM, we didn't contact the hotel, and the two of us slept in one bed. The other bed also had stains. On the fourth day, we went to the front desk to complain, providing photos. They said they should report it and told us to wait for a call. We didn't receive a call all day. When we returned to the hotel that evening, we asked the front desk. The night manager checked the computer and found we had complained, but didn't explain why there hadn't been any action taken all day. They finally offered to waive the room service meal fee for the other room. We didn't accept, but the result was the same upon check-out. Question 1: We weren't at the hotel during the day; we booked the Four Seasons specifically for a good night's rest. Is room service meal equivalent to a good night's sleep? What is the basis for this action? Question 2: After a whole day of processing, there was no response. They completely ignored our complaint. Is this the service standard of the Four Seasons? Or is it just that the sheets are often like this and it's not a problem? Question 3: The attitude was polite but arrogant. What justifies this condescending attitude? This is completely different from our past experiences with Four Seasons hotels and the service we've had in Japan. The photo below is incomprehensible and unacceptable.

Very satisfied! The environment is super good, the service is super good. The waiter can remember your name and greet you. The cocktails and spirits in the bar are quite good, with a lot of choices. The whole experience is great

From the moment I arrived at Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of refined elegance and understated luxury. The hotel exemplifies a rare balance between contemporary sophistication and timeless Japanese hospitality, making every interaction feel both personal and profound. The guest rooms are nothing short of extraordinary—thoughtfully designed, immaculately maintained, and offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline. Each detail, from the choice of materials to the intuitive layout, reflects an unwavering commitment to excellence. Dining at the property is a remarkable journey in itself. Every restaurant presents not only world-class cuisine but also a sense of artistry and cultural depth. The staff demonstrate genuine passion and precision, ensuring that each culinary experience becomes an indelible memory. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its service. The team embodies the very spirit of omotenashi—anticipating needs with effortless grace and delivering them with warmth and sincerity. It is this quiet yet meticulous attentiveness that transforms a stay into an experience of unparalleled comfort. Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo is not merely a place to stay—it is a sanctuary in the heart of the metropolis, where moments are elevated into memories. It remains, without question, one of the finest hotels in the world.

The environment is very clean, and the bedding is super comfortable. It's really convenient to pick up toiletries downstairs. Although the room is small, it has everything you need. We chose this hotel because my partner smokes, and it's one of the few smoking rooms available in Tokyo. The location is, of course, incredibly convenient. We booked a car for 10 days, but didn't use it at all for two days because we were shopping in Ginza. We paid a higher price than usual, but the location and comfort are excellent, and the room is clean. I'll definitely stay here again.

I really like these luxury hotels that, despite being old, are still well-maintained. I booked a tower room, and after check-in, it was quite a walk to get there, but a staff member helped with my luggage and brought it to the room. I've stayed at the Imperial Hotel Osaka before, and the service and decor style are consistently similar. On the second day, a floor lamp in my room was accidentally damaged, but it was quickly replaced with a new one, and I wasn't charged for it. The breakfast options are extensive; I only tried the buffet and the Western set menu, and both were very satisfying.

I was really pleased with my stay at the Prince Hotel Tower in Tokyo! The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to transportation, making it simple to explore the city. Upon entering the lobby, I was struck by its grandeur, yet the staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere. The room was spacious and clean, with a stunning view. I was on a floor that offered a glimpse of Tokyo Tower, which looked beautiful when lit up at night. Just sitting by the window felt worth the price. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I also recommend the breakfast, which had a wide variety of options, both Japanese and Western, all served elegantly. Plus, there’s a lovely garden nearby for a morning stroll, which was quite enjoyable. This hotel is definitely one I’d want to return to. Both the facilities and the quality of service instilled a sense of security, making my experience truly delightful.

The location was very convenient and really close to major metro lines . The view from the high floor was nice especially for watching the sunset. As others have posted the room was really small. If you stay more then two days you will need to close your suitcase and organize your things when housekeeping comes. Otherwise they wouldn’t be able to get very far into the room. The water filer and ice machine on the room floor was really helpful especially when going out for the day with the July heat. The room was not so clean. When I went to use the humidifier it was covered in dust which set off my allergies. Also one of the walls had water damage. There was also a badly done patch on the corner of the wall. The lack of more than one outlet next the bed was annoying, especially when the provided charger didn’t work. One of the reasons I booked was the “lounge”. It was quite disappointing. It was loud in the room and it was right next to a smoking room. The available beverages were not that great. I don’t drink coffee and the juice was so sugary. One more thing that was a little annoying, but not necessarily a negative was housekeeping giving me new towels everyday even though I never put used towels outside with my trashcan in the morning. I stayed less than a week so I was fine using the two provided towels, so I had two bags of new towels sitting on my floor until housekeeping cleaned my room.

This hotel *absolutely* won't let guests sleep! The hotel *insists* on room cleaning between 10:00 AM and 1:30 PM. If you don't comply, they'll call your room repeatedly and staff will even come knocking on your door to hassle you! They simply won't let you get any rest! I work nights and need to sleep past midday. However, the staff here showed *no understanding* whatsoever! After decades of staying in hotels, this is the *first time* I've encountered such an issue! That 'Do Not Disturb' sign (pictured in Fig 3) is completely useless, as they *insist* on coming in to inspect the room themselves! If you cannot leave your room before noon for them to clean, *do not* choose this hotel! What's more, right from check-in, I found the hotel wasn't clean! There were numerous unidentified items on the floor – I would have done a better job cleaning it myself!

After staying at the Prince Hotel in Kamakura, which I thought was already amazing, I was pleasantly surprised by the Prince Hotel in Tokyo. You can actually see the Tokyo Tower right from the hotel, practically staying beneath it! It's absolutely beautiful. The location is superb; just a right turn from the hotel (you don't even have to go out to the main street) leads you straight to Zojoji Temple. The blend of the ancient temple and the Tokyo Tower makes for stunning photos. Zojoji Temple is definitely worth a visit – it's free, and the staff at the朱印所 (goshuin office) are very humorous. From Zojoji Temple, cross the road and walk straight for about 300 meters (the entrance to Daimon subway station is another 20 meters ahead), then turn left to find Shiba Daijingu Shrine. This area has plenty of dining options, including izakayas, ramen shops, BBQ places, Yoshinoya, and more. There's Shiba Park nearby, but I didn't get a chance to visit. To the left is Onarimon subway station, from which Harajuku is just a 25-minute ride away. The hotel breakfast is very generous, with both Western and Japanese options. Parking is 1000 yen per night. If you register as a Prince member, you can check in early.

My repeated stay... I love the coziness of this room, nicely tugged away from the bustling main of Ginza. Nice hospitality... Good service led by Hosoya san, who has been really helpful in queries and assistance when needed. Self-serve laundry and dryer service, 2 units each, which gets really busy with guests. There's a common guest area we can help ourselves to coffee, and guests are okay to consume their takeout or packed food from outside. First time staying in Minato-ku, it's incredibly convenient to get everywhere. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel in the future. Aside from being small, there's nothing wrong with it! But small rooms are typical for Tokyo hotels. You can see Tokyo Tower, and it's easy to walk downstairs and visit it. Getting to Haneda Airport is also convenient. The front desk service is good too.
