Chef Kitchen, Viking gas range, Gas heat, central a/c, hardwood floors, custom tiling, outdoor shower, and large patio overlooking an expansive and pretty back yard and a whole home generator in the event of a power outage.

The master suite has a large walk in closet, king size bed, and ensuite master bath with a glass enclosed shower, and dual sinks.
The second bedroom is just as large, with another king size bed, desk and love seat.
The third bedroom contains 3 twin beds, with a set of bunk beds and a roll out trundle.
The second full bath has a tub/shower combo for ease of bathing the kiddos.
Every bedroom has a television with smart access to cable channels. There is a washer and dryer in the basement, a drying rack for towels in the garage, complimentary wifi, parking for up to 6 cars (4 in the driveway and two to three out front). The dining table seats six, with the option for four more at the island. Two living rooms mean the kids can watch a movie, while the adults enjoy the quiet in the other room. Outside there is a fire pit, a couch, 2 chairs with ottomans and 2 Adirondack's. Also a dining table that seats six.
Easily accessible to the bike path, where you can walk or bike to the local ponds if you don't want to get a beach sticker, but also very close to the beautiful bayside beaches Brewster is so well known for. Close to the highway, and local shops, centrally located on the Cape in case you want to day trip to Provincetown or Sandwich.
