Access to the apartment, on one level with the garden, is through a doorway and a flagstone porch opening onto a courtyard and garden. Although small (45 m2), the apartment includes a bedroom, a living room-kitchen, a bathroom. The room (17 m2) with vaulted ceiling is illuminated by a window overlooking the garden. It is furnished with a bed 140 cm, a dresser, a 19th century armchair and an Oriental rug. The kitchen is integrated with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, gas hob, extractor hood, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle. The kitchen overlooks the living room (19 m2). The food part includes a table, chairs and buffet. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. This house is located in the historic heart of the city and in a very quiet area, 100m from Gambetta Boulevard and Cahors Plage, close to all shops and restaurants, not to mention the market (one of the most beautiful in the Lot ) which is held near the cathedral on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
 2 beautiful Casino Supermarket, one near the house, the other on the boulevard. Very practical, you find everything you need.

You can do everything on foot, even tours, and leave your car in the garage safely.
