Character apartment located in the old stables of a 18th century mansion of the historic center. Access to the apartment, on one level with the garden, is through a doorway and a flagstone porch opening onto a courtyard and garden. Although small (45 m2), the apartment includes a bedroom, a living room-kitchen, a bathroom. The room (17 m2) with vaulted ceiling is illuminated by a window overlooking the garden. It is furnished with a bed 140 cm, a dresser, a 19th century armchair and an Oriental rug. The kitchen is integrated with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, gas hob, extractor hood, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle. The kitchen overlooks the living room (19 m2). The food part includes a table, chairs and buffet. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. The bathroom (7 m2) has a bath with shower, a washbasin, washing machine and dryer bunk, toilet. This apartment is equipped with underfloor heating gas and mechanical ventilation. For sunny days we provide you with garden furniture and a charcoal grill. The kitchen diner is wide open on the flower garden of beautiful proportions by brick arches. These are closed by windows and sliding shutters which keep the whole look old. You will love this elegant apartment, located in an island of calm and exceptional greenery in the heart of Cahors.
For parking, ample free parking is nearby (Place de Gaulle). Possibility of garage (30 € / week).

located on the banks of the LOT river and practically in the city center will be your home port.
You are located 7 minutes walk from the town hall (city center).
