房間很不錯，剛定下管家（KAY）就給我打電話加了微信，問了我的需求，提前把床拼接好，還安裝了寶寶圍欄，順便幫我們還升級了房間。晚上寶寶睡著了我不方便下樓取外賣，聯繫了管家幫我找了禮賓部的送上來，服務真的很好。酒店的恆温泳池寶寶很喜歡。這次我們帶着寶寶基本就是門口挖挖沙子，下次會帶父母一起來住。

感謝管家coco，沒出發就提前加微信發送酒店各種活動預約流程，還免費幫我升級了海景房，海景視覺無敵，剛好可以看日落，酒店贈送的旅拍也非常不錯，酒店公區有個巨大草坪，非常適合帶孩子玩耍，房間雖然老一點，但是衞生都很到位，客房阿姨打掃很仔細，第一天讓送點洗衣粉來，送了兩包，第二天來打掃看我自己買了洗衣液，估計知道我用的多，給我一下子放了十包洗衣粉，非常貼心周到，總之，很愉快的一次旅行！

因為離機場近所以最後離開前一晚選擇了這家店，大堂一進門就感覺很大氣，分東區西區很大，地下通道直接去海邊特別方便，老公説下次不住大東海了就住這裏，對面還有夜市吃飯也方便好評然後管家KAY也提前聯繫了給了水果挺好

整體很一般，酒店佔地面積很大，但是有效面積不多，整體管理比較粗曠，中看不中用。很多項目都需要檢查房卡登記房號，借個浴巾都要登記，遊個泳也要登記，小童區泳池不是恆温，也基本不咋開放，室內恆温泳池下午才開放，體驗比較差，衞生打掃也不及時，而且飛機噪音非常大，幾乎全天一直持續到晚上12點，酒店離沙灘距離也很遠，帶小朋友得走半天，親子游戲帶孩子去也是得提前在很難用的小程序一項一項預約，填表，第二天參與的時候還要問房號登記，就感覺在公共商場裏住一樣，沒有啥度假感。

朋友一行三家出門，入住了好幾個酒店，體驗感最好的就是國光了，設施齊全，衞生乾淨打掃也及時，小朋友把褲子掛破了，電話讓送下針線，兩分鐘送達；晚上缺水了隨時説一聲同樓層就有人來；户外環境超級養眼，滿足了對海邊海景房的所有憧憬，早晨有人在草坪上踢足球，有人在游泳，大家各自忙碌但卻一樣快樂。明年新疆放雪假還來，跟朋友約好還住這裏，太好住了！

第一次來三亞，朋友推薦的國光豪生酒店，抱着試試看的態度辦理了入住，管家ZOE給予了很多幫助，我們到的比較早，管家幫忙辦理了提前入住，還做了許多温馨提示，房間很大，視野超好，樓下的室外泳池就可以讓孩子暢玩一整天，下樓步行通過地下通道就可以去到沙灘，都説亞龍灣的沙灘比較好，但是我覺得國光豪生酒店對面的沙灘沙子更細，海水更清（亞龍灣的沙子比較粗，扎🦶），總之，這次在國光豪生酒店的四天三晚為我們的第一次三亞之旅增添了許多美好的會議，再次感謝管家ZOE的幫助，下次來還會再次選擇國光豪生！
