It is a budget hotel, justify the price. Roughly 2km from haram but walk is difficult and steep. Taxi will cost you 10-20SAR to/from haram, they also have a free bus service that i didn’t use (but i guess will taker longer to reach haram because of traffic). Room was clean and tidy, toilet was a bit small but was okay. We had a mountain view from the window. Phone/Sim signals/reception was very bad in the hotel because hotel is located right next to a big mountain. (You hardly get sim signals). However, the WIFI is good. Front office staff was welcoming and cooperative, smooth check-in and check-out. Special thanks to Faroque, he was very respectful, helpful and welcoming always greeted us with smile.

1. My stay at this hotel in Makkah was truly one of the most wonderful experiences I have had. Everything was exceptional, and what stood out the most was the cheerful attitude of the staff and the warmth of their hospitality. Their kindness and dedication genuinely make you feel happy and welcomed from the very first moment. They go above and beyond to serve guests and make the stay as smooth and comfortable as possible, especially the reception team, who were incredibly professional, helpful, and courteous. 2. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, and the room was absolutely amazing—beautiful, comfortable, and prepared to a very high standard. 3. One of the most outstanding features of this hotel, especially if you choose the Gold stay option, is the private prayer area overlooking the Kaaba. This is truly a remarkable privilege, as it allows you to perform all your prayers in a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. In addition, there is a private entrance and dedicated elevators that take you directly to the Haram, which adds an exceptional level of convenience and comfort to the entire experience. 4. The afternoon lounge was also excellent, both in terms of atmosphere and service. I was especially impressed by the female staff there, who were highly dedicated, respectful, modest, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. 5. In short, this was a truly memorable stay in every way. My sincere thanks and appreciation to all the staff for their hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. I will definitely stay at this hotel again many times in the future, and they have my warmest regards and gratitude.

Very nice hotel with a great breakfast welcoming people at the reception. Amazing cleaning of the room when done. It is a shame that the service is not consistent across the hotel’s employee. Cashier at the Atrium cafe was really slow and awful next to him very friendly pizza guy who did a great pizza. Shuttle to go to the haram with again inconsistent service. As evidence a picture of the driver enjoying chatting with his colleague from double tree hotel while we were waiting in the car.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Haram. However, you should still count on around 10 minutes to get there, including the time to go downstairs and walk to the Haram. The room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfast, which was diverse and very good, with plenty of options to choose from. The only downsides were some noise in the corridors, and the elevator access card did not work properly about one time out of three. Overall, I had a good stay and found the hotel to be a convenient option for visiting the Haram.

The best hotel I have stayed at in Makkah so far. Breakfast every morning was beautiful. The hotel lived upto expectations. It was also located perfectly right next to the entrance of the main gates. Will definitely be staying here again!

Did not expect the hotel to be that old, only the bathroom was renovated. The room also kinda of smell musky, but Masha Allah the distance to the mosque is unbeatably close and convenient. This is most important for us, Masha Allah.

Honestly, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Every time my family and I visit, I feel completely at ease. It offers peace of mind, a warm welcome, and a clean environment. May God bless us and them. And make sure to book through their app to get the hotel membership. I'm staying on Ibrahim Bin Khalil Road, close to the Haram, exactly 900 meters to 1 kilometer away. 👍🏻

I would recommend the stay here for the proximity to haram. However, house keeping needs to do better. Our sheets were not changed for days we had to complain twice. They apologized and fixed up.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and feels brand new. The rooms are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. We reserved a Junior Twin Suite and it was good and clean. However, the bathroom sink is too low for us and the bath furniture looks old and pale. The haram view is not clear. The food is good. The room is clean We are charged for two nights including breakfast. Because of the flight, we went out early. We asked for breakfast boxes just like other international hotels, but they apologized and sent cheese and fruit to the room. My family was really looking for pancakes and waffles, or at least eggs. Don't forget that the breakfast charge is quite steep. The staff are friendly in general.

Our second time staying at Conrad Jabal Omar. The hotel is the best in location as it’s as crowded as the Makkah towers and you get to walk just a little further with cafes and food options right after prayer. The rooms are amazingly comfortable. Size is great for both families and couples. Room service is impeccable and the staff is ever ready to assist you with anything you need.
