Dog Friendly !! Pillow is awesome!! I had a very good experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any request. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices each morning. The location is also very convenient — close to shops, restaurants, and transportation, which made it easy to get around. Overall, it’s a good hotel with great service and good value for the price. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this place to others.

Big hotel next to the main road Spacious room, strong water, rooms on the road side will hear the sound of cars running in the middle. The back room can hear the sound of a pub. Booked through the trip. The staff did not prepare the room in advance. Can't find my booking It takes a long time to check in. It seems like it's better to reserve directly. If you go through a hotel agent and don't check the customer's reservation at all.

The suite room is big for 4 people. The towel is clean. The bed is good. Breakfast is good. Car parking is good. No toothbrush, No Comb, you may need to ask the reception staff. There is a big sofa, towel, refrigerator, safe box.

Only the bathroom has a bit of an unpleasant smell. This may be because the exhaust fan sucks up odors from the drain pipe. Initially there is no problem. The air conditioner is cool and comfortable. Breakfast has many choices. Overall room condition is considered good. It may not be very new, but the decoration makes the room look new and clean.

We have stayed for 1 night during Songkrand festival. The location is great, many shops and convenient stores nearby. However, at this price, there is no Coffee provided (even instant coffee) and no hot water kettle. The room price is relatively high

The lady who helped us at the service desk was rude and very unhelpful. We had drove all the way from Dallas to Orlando with a uhaul we booked 2 nights but couldn't make the first one as we were still on route. She didn't want to give us our room and said that the reservation was canceled because we no showed for our booking. Long story short we had to get the manager who was nice enough to help us and gave us our room.

The room has one bedroom, one living room and one bathroom, with a washing machine and dryer, which is very suitable for family travel. There are pots and dishwashers in the kitchen, so it is very convenient to cook something by yourself. I originally struggled for a long time and wanted to book a hotel near Disney, but when I was traveling by car, I wanted to book a night here to try it out. After I came, I felt good. I stayed for four nights in total. It took about 20 minutes to drive to Disney and half an hour to Sea World. The hotel has shuttle buses to SeaWorld and Disney's Hollywood Park, but the buses are very infrequent. The hotel park is a large golf resort with many buildings and free parking. I will consider this place next time I come to Orlando.

It was a great room for the price. Comfortable beds. It was decently clean and the receptionist was really nice. The placevwas kind of sketchy ass t night though and the parking lot was really foggy 💨 Also there was no wifi in the room which is a bit depressing in this day and she and I didn't have a coffee maker or coffee; and tgere was an iron but no ironing board. All around though a solid 3.5 for the $30 room

The hotel is far from Universal and you would need car to travel any of the parks. The shuttle service is not at all useful as they have very limited seats. We never used to get any reservation which we had to do atleast 24hours earlier (still we could never get any seats). And the timings for shuttle were really awkward as they would leave 2 hours or earlier before the parks open up. The rooms are spacious but very basic. The room service is very basic and they would not even deliver a simple disposable cups or spoons to the room. We need to go down to the reception everytime to collect it. The only advantage was that it was close to Walmart. Overall it is a decent property where you can expect very basic service linke room cleaning and nothing else.

Stayed 2 nights in the margaritaville hotel as part of a visit to Disney MK. Check in was smooth, the room had two queen beds with a gorgeous bathroom and balcony with views of Disney fireworks at night! The pool area was fabulous, clean, warm water, shallow for children to play and a tiki bar! Decoration in the foyer and rooms gorgeous and tropical! Easy and quick shuttle coach arranged on the day to get to and from AK or MK....free! Would highly recommend!

okay, I'll be brutally honest, I totally loved it, it's a low-cost hotel (it's not fancy, it's vintage), it's close to everything, you can walk out and find lots of things to do. The staff is wonderful, they should give them a raise, and when I say staff I mean everyone, from the person who cleans to the guys at the counter, the room was clean, I saw a lot of comments criticizing the carpet, but it's not as bad as They say, it's really worth every penny, if you want a good, nice and cheap low cost hotel, this is the best.

I have been using star island for years NEVER have I been so disappointed as I was this time. Carpet was dirty hair in the bathrooms even blood on one of the bathroom floor! Open up a cabinet door in the kitchen to get a cup and roaches! Who wants to take them home with them after a vacation. The room smelled moldy and smokey like someone had previously smoked in it. Very disappointed
