At first I couldn't find the way, and the boss came out to pick me up. The boss is very good and very careful to introduce the facilities of my homestay and take me up. I live on the third floor. When I open the door, I feel that I want the comfortable personal space. There are also some aromatherapy books in the room. Very intimate ～ I also introduced me to a lot of Hengchun Kenting to see the place. Next time I come to Hengchun Talk will also stay here ～

Encountered a few minor problems, but the lady boss’s service was too good, and they were all resolved. From a hearty breakfast to a variety of warm tips and introductions. When I finally left, there was a problem with the car reservation, and the lady boss arranged a special car. This service is worth 6 stars

Although the rooms are a bit on the smaller side, which is expected in the Old Town, it's incredibly convenient for getting around since it's right next to all the main attractions, all within walking distance. The breakfast spread is extensive and very good, and the bedding is decent. The absolute best thing about this hotel is its superb location.

Big hotel in center of old town. Good connections on tram, metro, bus. I booked a premium twin room with lounge access. But the front desk got different booking details. So it took a while to clarify it. Also I asked a quiet room and double checked with the hotel reception. But the first room was very noisy because it was facing the tramline right in front of it. Luckily, another staff asked me how was the room and I complained on the noise. He helped me to change the room to a quiet area one. Then we could enjoy our stay. We also visited lounge there the staff was nice and kind. It was a perfect snack and pre drink before our dinner out. And the breakfast service was good too. They even packed breakfast for our early flights. Overall, it was a great stay in the old city.

The spa was not great jacuzzi very cold and pool even colder in the middle of winter. We asked for the jacuzzi to be hot and was told it would take hours to get the temperature up so we could not unwind and relax after a long day of shopping. Staff are friendly

The hotel was quite nice, but I expected more from a 4-star hotel. Positive sides are a nice room, clean bathroom, amenities and most of all the position between two metro stations. Basically it's about a 10-12 minute walk from each of them. The staff was friendly and they helped me with the luggage. Breakfast was very good, with a large choice of Turkish food. The only thing they missed was Turkish coffee. Negative sides are that the swimming pool wasn't working in the morning. That was actually the main reason why I chose that hotel, but apparently the pool starts working at 12 o'clock. The other negative is poor sound isolation. I heard my neighbours and everyone walking and talking in the corridor. However, the street sound was eliminated to zero when you close the windows.

This is a perfect place to stay for 2-3 days. The location is superb; the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque are within walking distance of the hotel. I would especially like to thank the hotel administrator, Abdullah. He helped us unload and load our luggage, gave us great advice on the best places to visit in Istanbul, and organized an excellent transfer to the airport. If the hotel management is reading this review, I suggest giving Abdullah a bonus. If you haven't decided where to stay yet, I highly recommend it. I had a great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul Old Town. The location is perfect — right next to the tram stop and within walking distance to Hagia Sophia and Grand Bazaar. Staff were very friendly and welcoming with their signature warm cookie. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast had plenty of tasty options. It can be a bit noisy if your room faces the street, but overall it’s an excellent hotel for exploring Istanbul’s old city. Highly recommended!
