The accommodation was so much better than what I thought! It's spacious and comfortable with the window view of the trees and 5 minute walk from the train station and Mt Takao trail. Youhei who greeted us at reception was outstanding in his customer service, he explained there would be vegan breakfast served daily as I put a request for vegan and didn't get a response that there would be vegan breakfast and he gave us tips on how to use the amenities here and how to communicate to the restaurant staff about our request. We enjoyed the bonfire and cooking corn which tasted amazing. The feedback I would give is the young Japanese woman who served us for dinner on the first night on Friday 12th July at 8pm, she was very quick to get the bill and take the money without being patient and focused, it felt like we we're not welcomed. Other than that I would come back again!

It was enough because I only slept for one night on a solo trip. However, when the toilet is narrow and sits, the arm hits the paper holder. I think the feeling will change just a little wider. The bed in the room is large and good, but I think the bed was just a little smaller because it felt narrow and I couldn't walk normally.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from the JR station. There's a Lawson downstairs, a 7-Eleven to the right, and a FamilyMart across the street – super convenient! The breakfast at 800 JPY is incredibly cheap, so if you're not picky, you can easily eat at the hotel. They offer complimentary coffee and soft drinks all day, which is a really nice touch. It's much newer than Keio, the only downside is that the rooms are quite small.

Great location, very convenient for getting around, and good options for food and accommodation nearby. Highly recommended, though the hotel facilities are a bit old. I imagine they'll be even older in a few years. It's small, but has everything you need.

The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and I was able to concentrate on my work. The walls were thin, so the noise from the hallway was a concern, but it was perfect for sleeping. Right next to Hachioji Station.

Family mart, donki and some shopping malls are nearby. Hachioji station is within walking distance too with less than 10mins walk. As there are more people on vegetarian/ vegan diet, i would suggest to do labelling if they are suit for vegetarian. There are 2 recycle bins for clothing, beanies, scarves, small bags and toys. Located on the same level as the lobby area. These recycle bins are very useful. My son has outgrown some of his winter jackets and i can put them inside the recycle bin.

The facilities are complete and the service is excellent. Even though I arrived early and couldn't check in yet, they arranged for me to store my luggage, which made it easy to go out for food and shopping. The only thing I think could be improved is that there was no drinking water in the room. When I stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel nearby before, there was drinking water in the fridge.
